Kanye West asks Trump to release 'brother' Diddy, calls out celebrities for silence: "FREE PUFF"
Kanye West is advocating for the release of Sean 'Diddy' Combs from prison. The controversial rapper expressed his support for the music mogul, who is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, by posting on X Thursday night.
"FREE PUFF," West wrote in capital letters.

He further added, "ALL THESE CELEBRITY N—-S AND BITCHES IS P—Y YALL A WATCH OUR BROTHER ROT AND NEVER SAY S–T."
West also mentioned Chris Brown in his post, criticizing those who did nothing as Brown was "canceled."

"WE ALL WATCHED THEM TRY TO CANCEL CHRIS BROWN AND AINT NOBODY DO NOTHING," West continued.
"I WAS P—Y THEN TOO CHRIS BROWN ITS TIL THE WHEELS FALL OFF," he said, apparently referencing his new song, "Wheels Fall Off."
The rapper then shared a video on Instagram showing him FaceTiming Christian 'King' Combs, the son of Sean 'Diddy' Combs.
Christian, 26, appeared to be smiling and talking on the call, though his voice was unclear.
'… FOR EVERY SON WHO DAD IS LOCKED UP WRITE [sic] OR WRONG I WANT YALL TO LISTEN TO DAVE CHAPELLES JOKES VERY CLOSE THIS TIME,' West wrote in the caption.
'LETS SEE HOW FUNNY IT GETS WHEN FAMILIES ARE SEPARATED ESPECIALLY BLACK FAMILIES,' he added.
Interestingly, West now follows Sean on Instagram, after previously only following his wife, Bianca Censori.
Sean, 55, is currently being held without bail in Brooklyn while awaiting his sex trafficking and racketeering trial scheduled for May.
Last Thursday, federal prosecutors filed a superseding indictment accusing Combs of coercing two more women into 'commercial sex acts,' according to court documents.
Combs' lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, has denied the allegations, stating that the new indictment does not introduce any new charges.
"The latest Indictment contains no new offenses," Agnifilo explained. "The prosecution's theory remains flawed. The government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs' former girlfriends were not girlfriends at all but were prostitutes."
"Mr. Combs is as committed as ever to fighting these charges and winning at trial," Agnifilo added.

DHS official slams Kim Kardashian over ICE criticism amid Los Angeles deportation riots
A senior Department of Homeland Security (DHS) official publicly rebuked Kim Kardashian following her criticism of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deportation operations amid ongoing riots in Los Angeles. Tricia McLaughlin, Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs at DHS, responded directly to Kardashian on X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday, challenging the reality star's remarks calling ICE actions 'inhumane.' McLaughlin's post featured mugshots and criminal backgrounds of four undocumented immigrants recently arrested by ICE in Los Angeles. .@KimKardashian, which one of these convicted child molesters, murderers, drug traffickers and rapists would you like to stay in the county? These are just a few of the convicted illegal criminals who have been picked up in the last 72 hours. — Tricia McLaughlin (@TriciaOhio) June 11, 2025 The arrests were part of ICE enforcement raids that sparked widespread protests and violence across Los Angeles since last Friday. In response, President Trump has deployed the National Guard and U.S. Marines to assist federal agents. On Tuesday, Kardashian posted an Instagram Story condemning ICE's methods. 'When we witness innocent, hardworking people being ripped from their families in inhumane ways, we have to speak up,' she wrote. The SKIMS founder emphasized the role immigrants play in L.A.'s community and economy, urging for a 'better way' to handle immigration policy. The clash highlights growing tensions between immigration advocates and federal authorities as ICE continues mass deportation operations across major U.S. cities.

Saba Qamar skipped Eid glamour for rest
Actor Saba Qamar has opened up about her absence from social media during Eidul Azha, revealing that she chose rest over ritual dressing this year. In a heartfelt Instagram story, the Kamli actor explained she spent the three days of Eid in quiet reflection, prioritising healing and self-care after a demanding year of non-stop work and travel. "I know so many of you were waiting to see my Eid look this time, and I just want to say that there wasn't one," Qamar wrote. "I didn't wear anything special, didn't dress up, and, for once, I didn't feel like I needed to." The actor added that she spent Eid taking it slow. "This Eid, I chose rest - pure, simple, and soulful rest," she said. "I spent these three days lying down, oil in my hair, good food in front of me, quiet prayers in my heart, and a whole lot of healing." "My heart was quietly asking for a break, and I listened," Qamar explained. "Sometimes, we have to pause, breathe, and come home to ourselves. This Eid, I did just that. No glam, no noise - just me-time." This is not the first time the star has emphasised the importance of a break. While most celebrities welcomed 2025 with a more energised online presence, Qamar worried fans with a brief social media hiatus. Taking to Instagram Stories, she reassured fans that her absence on social media was not a cause for alarm. "Sometimes in life, you just need to take a step back, be quiet for a bit, and give yourself some time to heal and recharge," she penned. With more gentle words to dispense, Qamar continued, "I promise this is just a little pause, not the end of anything. Even the brightest stars need to rest sometimes so they can shine even brighter."

Brian Wilson, beach boys co-founder and frontman, passes away at 82
Brian Wilson, the legendary co-founder and frontman of the iconic American rock band The Beach Boys, has passed away at 82. His family confirmed the news on June 11 through an Instagram post, sharing their grief with the world. A photo of the smiling musician on a bench accompanied the statement: "We are heartbroken to announce that our beloved father Brian Wilson has passed away. We are at a loss for words right now. Please respect our privacy at this time as our family is grieving. Love & Mercy." Wilson, born on June 20, 1942, in Inglewood, California, was the eldest of three siblings, with brothers Dennis and Carl Wilson. He was known for his exceptional musical talent from a young age, which led to the formation of The Beach Boys in 1961. Initially named the Pendletones, Wilson and his brothers, along with cousin Mike Love and friend Al Jardine, began their musical journey with hits like "Surfin' U.S.A." and "Surfin' Safari." Wilson was the primary songwriter, co-lead vocalist, and bass guitarist for the band. He helped define the "California sound," with hits like 'Good Vibrations' and the 1966 album Pet Sounds. His visionary approach to music marked a departure from the band's surf-centric themes, establishing his influence on modern pop and rock. Despite his musical success, Wilson struggled with mental health issues, including depression and the pressures of fame. He faced personal challenges, including a difficult relationship with his father, which later led to hearing loss in his right ear. In the 1970s, he retreated from public life, battling drugs, alcohol, and emotional distress. Wilson's comeback began in the 1980s with therapy and a revitalization of his career. He released several solo albums, including Brian Wilson Presents Smile in 2004, a project he had initially abandoned with The Beach Boys in the 1960s. Throughout his career, he received numerous accolades, including Grammy nominations, two wins for his solo work, and induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1988. Wilson leaves behind a legacy that shaped the landscape of American music. He is survived by his children from two marriages and his extended family.
