According to multiple sources, including a report by Mid-Day and Gulte, Kayadu's name came up during the ED raids on individuals connected to the scam. It is alleged that she was paid Rs 35 lakh by people involved in this fraudulent network to attend night parties hosted by them.

Despite the serious nature of the allegations, Kayadu's team has not yet issued any official statement or clarification regarding the investigation.
Kayadu Lohar hails from Tezpur, Assam, and began her career through beauty pageants before entering the film world. She made her mark with the Kannada film 'Mugilpete' in 2021 and later ventured into Malayalam, Marathi, and Telugu cinema.
In 'Dragon', Kayadu Lohar plays Pallavi Parasuram, the girlfriend of the main character, D. Ragavan "Dragon" played by Pradeep Ranganathan. Though not the lead female role, Lohar's portrayal of Pallavi has been described as captivating, and she has garnered attention for her screen presence.
