However, one cast member's place is under threat after angering show bosses.
Ella Rae Wise was blasted for dumping boyfriend Dan Edgar off-screen days before going on Celebrity Big Brother.
Although it's expected she'll make the journey, tensions have been high since the 26-year-old went 'off-script' and left producers in the lurch.
A source told The Sun: 'There's going to be no expense spared on the Towie trip this year as the cast celebrate making it 15 years since its launch.
'The slap-up hotel will be a welcome change in location for the stars after the last dramatic series.
"There have been ongoing discussions about Ella going on the trip after she dumped Dan off-screen.
"It causes a major headache for producers who would have ideally wanted their split recorded instead of Celebrity Big Brother benefiting from the storyline.
"She'll still end up going on the trip but she's definitely ruffled feathers behind the scenes and has some making up to do."
Our show insider added: "It's gearing up to be one of the show's most extravagant overseas shoots to date.
"Fans are being promised big moments, bold fashion, and plenty of unexpected twists.
Towie favourite sparks engagement rumours with stunning reality star girlfriend after fans spot hidden clue - did you see it?
"The cast themselves are already in prep mode – from glam squad bookings and outfit fittings to storyline planning.
"There's a real buzz building around this trip, and it's clear the team are treating it as a major tentpole in the TOWIE calendar."
Filming is set to begin on June 6 in Portugal, with the entire cast being flown out for a two-week stay.
There will be a production team of over 95 people involved, making it one of the largest international operations the show has ever undertaken.
The Westin Algarve has been chosen as the cast's base. The resort, that just opened with its five-star facilities, beachfront setting and high-end suites, is expected to serve as the glamorous backdrop for much of the upcoming drama.
Producers have also flown out ahead of schedule to scout the best beach clubs, bars, and party hotspots across the Algarve.
From luxury daybeds and DJ sets to sunset views and private lounges, every setting is being handpicked to deliver high-energy content and unforgettable scenes.
The team behind the show sees Portugal as the ideal location – glamorous, sunny and accessible with only a short 2.5 hour flight from the UK.
Ella upset Towie bosses when she blindsided Dan when she said their great sex life wasn't enough of a reason to stay together.
It was rumoured she planned for a showmance with CBB co-star Chris Hughes but grew jealous in the house when he became fixated on JoJo Siwa.
Despite initially insisting their relationship is 'platonic', JoJo and Chris have fuelled speculation they are more than friends.
Series 36 is due to air later this year as it makes a return to ITV2 and ITVX.

Nicola Peltz insists she's 'grateful to have beautiful people around her' as Brooklyn Beckham's family feud intensifies
Nicola Peltz insisted she's 'grateful to have beautiful people around her' in a gushing Instagram post on Thursday. The actress, 30, appeared in high-spirits in the snap as she was surrounded by her 'team' amid the ongoing drama with husband Brooklyn Beckham's family. She wrote: 'I love my team so much. I'm so grateful to have such beautiful people around me'. David Beckham, 50, and wife Victoria, 51, have become estranged from eldest child Brooklyn, 26, whose heiress wife has been blamed for the rift in the once tight-knit family. The Beckhams have largely remained silent in public about the rift, but they are said to fear that Brooklyn is falling increasingly under the control of Nicola. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the Brooklyn recently said he is excited to build his own family with wife Nicola, as tensions continue to simmer between him and his parents. During a PDA-packed video shared released by Glamour Magazine, the eldest son of Victoria and David gushes multiple times that he can see kids in his future, and that Nicola will be an 'amazing' mother. Taking on the magazine's Friend Test, the pair are tasked with looking into each other's eyes for two minutes and revealing what they see. Romantic Brooklyn immediately gushes: 'I see us when we have our kids,' as Nicola adds: 'I see the future father of my kids.' 'The most important thing someone can do in their life is find that person for life because they'll really change everything and they'll make everything better,' Brooklyn later adds. And revealing what he has learned from his four year relationship with Nicola, Brooklyn honed in on his wife's nurturing nature. 'We have four dogs and the way she treats them, I feel like you're gonna be the most amazing mum with our kids,' he told her. As for Nicola she was keen to highlight her husband's 'pure, good intentions.' 'I like when you say be happy and follow your heart or go with your gut because sometimes I feel like your head is overthinking and your heart is super emotional but I feel like your gut is just that intuition that you just go with,' the US actress mused. In the magazine interview with Glamour Germany, conducted in April, the couple opened up about outside interference in their marriage and hinted at worsening relations with the Beckham clan, as they instead focused on the advice they'd received from Nicola's billionaire parents, Nelson and Claudia Peltz. While Brooklyn appeared to be deliberately omitting mention of his family, as he shared a different meaning behind the name of his hot sauce, Cloud 23. The aspiring chef's representative told last week how the number 23 was a 'warm nod' to David, who wore number 23 while playing for Real Madrid and LA Galaxy, inspired by NBA legend Michael Jordan, in a touching move that appeared to be an olive branch to his father. However, in the new interview, Brooklyn failed to mention his father, simply stating: 'The 23 stands for our engagement date and my age back then.' Elsewhere in the interview, he and Nicola also seemed to hint at interference in their relationship and the ongoing reports of the family feud. When asked how they 'protect' their relationship in the spotlight, Brooklyn stated: 'Ignore the noise. Keep your head down, work hard, be kind. People are always going to talk. What matters is that we're happy together.' While Brooklyn was present at the Victoria's 50th, both he and his wife failed to make an appearance at her 51st. And while his younger brothers Romeo and Cruz took to social media to pay their birthday tributes to their parents, on both occasions Brooklyn stayed silent. Brooklyn appeared to nail his loyalties to the mast when he posted an image on Instagram of himself and Nicola riding a motorbike, writing: 'My whole world x I will love you forever x I always choose you baby x you're the most amazing person I know xx me and you forever baby.'

Would you pay £575 for a Britney Spears tour T-shirt?
The Balenciaga portion of that doesn't seem to be too seismic – 4 per cent according to Kering – which is a saving grace considering what has come before; a 2023 controversy that almost destroyed the house. First of all, a campaign featuring children holding teddy bears in leather bondage gear. Weird, but not unexpected in Balenciagaland. Then the truly mind boggling follow up; a campaign featuring Isabelle Huppert and some product placed amongst some seemingly innocuous objects. Except on closer inspection – via ever-present social media sleuths – one stack of documents were Supreme Court rulings on child pornography, and another featured a diploma with a name that happens to also be that of a convicted abuser. The result was a Balenciaga bomb going off at the heart of the Kering conglomerate, with celebrity denouncements from avid fans like Kim Kardashian, who said on her Instagram stories and on Twitter that she was 'shaken' by the images, and subsequent apologies from the house. Then CEO Cédric Charbit said at the time; 'I want to personally reiterate my sincere apologies for the offence caused and take my responsibility.' The statement pointed out that a third party prop's company supplied the materials on the shoot in question. In March this year, it was announced that Demna Gvasalia would be leaving Balenciaga. His destination, however, was a curveball; Kering choppering him into Gucci, its spangly jewel in the crown, a house of hi falutin glamour and those distinctive double G branded bags. Granted, Demna knows how to create buzz with logomania – although how much design nous it takes to emblazon your brand name across everything and anything is debatable – but Gucci's signature sense of seduction, throughout all of its iterations from Tom Ford to Alessandro Michele, isn't something Demna's dark arts dabble in. His is a deliberately jarring, quirky-ugly aesthetic that doesn't seem to tally with what Gucci stands for. Time will tell whether the house that once sold us must-have bags and defined the 1990s (and early 2020s) fashion is ready for a darkly turbulent aesthetic. Granted, Balenciaga couture can make some exceptionally beautiful clothes – as exhibited on the Cannes red carpet by Balenciaga ambassador Isabelle Huppert – but that's the rarity rather than the rule. Balenciaga is set to be taken over by Pier Paolo Piccioli, an Italian designer known for his sense of romance and feminine exuberance.

EXCLUSIVE Molly-Mae Hague confirms Behind It All will return for a second season as she and Tommy Fury rekindle their romance - but he STILL won't appear on camera
Molly-Mae Hague has confirmed Behind It All will return for a second season, and she has already begun filming. The former Love Island star, 26, whose Prime Video show became a viral hit when it launched earlier this year, will continue to let the cameras follow her life from running clothing brand Maebe to parenting two-year-old daughter Bambi. MailOnline can reveal that Molly's on-again boyfriend, boxer Tommy Fury, 26, still won't appear on camera despite the couple officially rekindling their romance. It was previously confirmed that Tommy is unable to show his face on the Prime Video series due to his contractual agreements with the BBC as he films documentary The Good, The Bad, The Fury, set for release later this year. A TV source explained the second series of Behind It All will be less 'relationship focused' as Molly continues to build her 'business empire' and navigate family dilemmas with mother Deborah and sister Zoe. An insider said: 'Molly-Mae was over the moon that Behind It All was so well received and popular among her fanbase, she's more than happy to continue sharing more personal aspects of her life with the cameras. 'This season will be as jam-packed as the last, with Molly testing living arrangements, taking on challenges, and making some life altering decisions, all while managing her business ventures. 'Viewers shouldn't expect to see Tommy on the show because he still won't appear even though him and Molly are very much together now.' Behind It All has been recommissioned for a second season following the success of the debut six-part series, which became the streamer's most watched show on Prime Video by young women aged 18-34. The show followed Molly as she navigated her public breakup from Tommy, who later revealed the reason for their split was because he had been struggling with alcohol addiction. It also tracked the launch of Maebe, Molly's first fashion brand, and her complicated relationship with sister Zoe, who felt protective over the YouTuber getting back with Tommy before they had properly worked through their issues. Elsewhere, Molly looked back at her childhood aspirations as her family said she was always destined for fame and sharing her hopes for the future, the mother spoke of her longing to give Bambi a sibling. The final scene of season one showed the first picture of Molly and Tommy together again as they reunited in Dubai for a family holiday with Bambi. Molly announced Behind It All season two was in production on Instagram on Thursday evening alongside an image of herself smiling during the first day of filming. In the show, Molly looked back at her childhood aspirations as her family said she was always destined for fame and sharing her hopes for the future, the mother spoke of her longing to give Bambi a sibling Molly rose to fame on Love Island in 2019, where she met Tommy, and during the show's 10-year anniversary special this week, producers aired the star's unseen audition tape. In the clip, she said: 'The last guy that I was with told me that I was too much for him to handle, whatever "too much" actually means…' The episode also replayed the emotional moment Molly and Tommy reunited after the Casa Amor loyalty test, which showed the couple fall back into each other's arms. Despite not winning the show, the couple, who were engaged before their split last year, remains of Love Island's most famous pairings.
