He had been sitting in the car for six hours waiting for a tow truck when the motor was caught on camera outside a bay.
Jeremy, 48, said: 'Thankfully, I was unhurt, but there is no way they knew that.
'The thing that shocked me was the inhumanity of it.
'Did it ever occur to them to ask if I was OK?'

The NHS apprentice manager hit the post when he was caught in the glare of another vehicle in a commuter car park near Edgware Tube Station, North London, at 6am on April 9.
Despite doing only 5mph, dad-of-two Jeremy says the post proved too firmly embedded to free his car and he had to wait for help.
It meant Jeremy missed an important meeting with his team, which sources apprentices for St Guy's and St George's hospital.
And he was angered when he received the penalty notice about a week later.

Jeremy, from Borehamwood, Herts, appealed the charge and received a brusque, three- sentence letter informing him he no longer needed to pay.
He said: 'I was livid when I received that letter.
My car gets ticketed every morning but I can't park anywhere else - city makes thousands in fees & I can't get a permit
"It was just robotic, no apology, nothing. What has the world come to?'
Jeremy remains annoyed neither the parking enforcement company nor passers-by showed him any understanding.
He said: 'I could have been concussed, anything.
'Two people in six hours stopped to check if I was OK, out of the hundreds that slowed to ogle the scene. A couple even laughed.'
UK Parking Control, which issued the fine, was asked to comment.

In a petition to the council, they said: 'Customers regularly use the street to park which at peak times not only means that residents struggle to find space but have recently also been facing verbal abuse and threats from customers.' They added: 'The current parking situation is especially an issue for those with small children and limited mobility as having to park further away constantly is a challenge. "Costco has over 500 spaces which is more than ample to meet demand, and there is no reason why customers and staff need to use the street at the expense of residents.' A council report explained: 'The parking survey conducted in response to that petition showed that the section of Torrington Avenue highlighted did not meet the parking availability criterion set out in the Council's Residents' Parking Policy (less than 40 per cent of spaces available during the daytime).' A follow-up check on Thursday 3 April 2025 reached the same conclusion — with 54 per cent of spaces free, well above the required threshold. The report concluded: 'As the recent parking survey shows that the number of parking spaces available during the daytime (54 per cent) still exceeds the criterion for consideration for a residents' parking scheme, the Cabinet Member is recommended to decline the request for a residents' parking scheme on Torrington Avenue between Eastcotes and the A45.' Residents say they fear things will only get worse if action isn't taken soon. It's a version of the manufacturers WEC and ISMA championship winning machine. And it's been built to mark 50 years since Count Rossi drove the trailblazing Porsche 917 from Zuffenhausen to Paris. Like that all-conquering motor, this one's been made road legal. "The 917 from the story was every inch a race car – albeit one driven on the road – and we took the same approach with the 963 RSP. ONE-OF-A-KIND 'SPECIAL' MOTOR The 963 RSP gets its name from the involvement of American auto racing team owner Roger Searle Penske on the project.
