2026 Infiniti QX60 Arrives With A Substantial Price Bump
The QX60 Pure offers 20-inch wheels, newly standard dual 12.3-inch displays with Google built-in, wireless phone charging, and five USB-C ports. Under the hood, a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder delivers 268 horsepower and 286 lb-ft of torque, and when properly equipped, Infiniti claims a tow rating of 6,000 pounds for all trims. Adding AWD adds $2,000 to the price. Next up is the Luxe trim, starting $56,800 as standard and $58,800 with AWD, meaning its price is unchanged for 2026. This gets a 3D surround view monitor with Mobile Object Detection, a new feature for 2026. The Luxe also boasts a 16-speaker sound system from Klipsch, climate-controlled front seats, and heating for the second row.
The Sport gets AWD as standard and starts at $61,700. When the Sensory trim could still be ordered without AWD, it started at $59,100, so this represents an increase of $2,600. Fortunately, the range-topping Autograph variant - with massaging front seats, a 20-speaker Klipsch Reference Premiere sound system, semi-aniline quilted leather, a color head-up display, a two-tone roof, and black open-pore ash wood trim with metal inlays - starts at $66,150, the same as it cost last year.
After Infiniti culled its most affordable SUVs last year, the QX50 and QX55, the QX60 is the entry point to ownership, but that may soon change. A report from Automotive News last month indicated that Nissan is preparing a new compact crossover under the internal codename i33C. Unconfirmed reports indicate that this will form the basis of the next Nissan Rogue and that Infiniti will piggyback with something similar. This is expected to be either a mild-hybrid or a plug-in hybrid, and in Infiniti guise, it'll have more upmarket appointments and technology. If these reports are accurate, we expect to see the production version arrive in 2027.

Google Messages support for remotely deleting texts you've sent now widely rolling out
Edgar Cervantes / Android Authority TL;DR RCS support has opened the door for some advanced messaging features, and earlier this year Google started work on a new remote-deletion option. Users are able to delete recently sent messages from the phones of recipients. After beta testing this past spring, we're now seeing the feature widely available. Who doesn't love a good do-over? Everybody makes mistakes, and we don't have nearly enough opportunities to go back and try setting things right. That's exactly why we were so hyped earlier this year to catch wind of Google Messages building support for not just deleting texts off your own screen, but using the power of RCS to remotely delete them from everyone else's screens, too. And now that support looks like it's finally widely available. Don't want to miss the best from Android Authority? Set us as a preferred source in Google Search to support us and make sure you never miss our latest exclusive reports, expert analysis, and much more. Back in February, we identified text strings developers had recently added to Messages that hinted at the forthcoming support. In addition to 'Delete for me,' the app was readying a 'Delete for everyone' option. While how well that works would depend on everyone you were communicating with also running software supporting the feature, it sounded like a great addition, especially if you're a bit of a careless texter. By May, we had finally started to see confirmation that the ability was going live, with beta testers beginning to get access. But even then, we had lingering questions about how all this would work — like if the option would be exclusive to group chats, or if it might also be available for one-on-one conversations. Rita El Khoury / Android Authority This week, we're seeing the feature generally available across all the devices and accounts we've checked. When you're communicating with someone in Messages over RCS, you'll now be able to choose between 'Delete for me' and 'Delete for everyone' after highlighting one of your messages and tapping the trash can icon. It's still probably a good idea to think twice before sending a questionable text; this tool isn't going to do anything to stop people from reading your message (and judging you for it) before you get a chance to delete it, nor will it impede their ability to snap a quick screenshot. But even those limitations aside, this is one change that we expect a whole lot of Messages users are going to be very, very happy about. Follow

Google Warns Gmail Users—Hackers Gain Access To Accounts
Google has confirmed that Gmail attacks are surging, as hackers steal passwords to gain access to accounts. This also means a surge in 'suspicious sign in prevented' emails, Google's warning that 'it recently blocked an attempt to access your account.' Attackers know this — that Gmail user concerns are heightened by security warnings, and they use this to frame their attacks. 'Sometimes hackers try to copy the 'suspicious sign in prevented' email,' Google warns, 'to steal other people's account information,' which then gives those hackers access to user accounts. If you receive this Google email warning, do not click on any link or button within the email itself. Instead, 'go to your Google Account, on the left navigation panel, click security, and on the recent security events panel, click to review security events.' If any of the events raise concerns — times or locations or devices you do not recognize — then 'on the top of the page click secure your account' to change your password. If you do click a link from within this email or any other email purporting to come from Google, you will be taken to a sign-in page that will be a malicious fake. If you enter your user name and password into that page, you risk them being stolen by hackers to hijack your account. And that will give them access to everything. This is the same risk as the recent Amazon refund scam, which texts a link for a fake Amazon refund, but which actually steals login credentials. The answer is twofold. First, never click any such link in a text message or email. And second, add passkeys to your Google, Amazon and other accounts to stop such hijacks. This exploitation of seemingly legitimate emails, messages and calls that perfectly mimic the content and style of the real thing has become an alarming theme in the last year. This also includes exploiting legitimate infrastructure to add authenticity. Beyond adding passkeys and shoring up two-factor authentication with something other than SMS, the key rule is never to use links to access accounts. Always use your app or the sign-in page you usually use in your browser. Account hijacks are painful, and while there are mechanisms to recover lost accounts, these can be time consuming and will not stop the content in your account from being stolen. It takes just seconds to secure your accounts — do that now.

Infiniti QX65 Monograph: Why it's a big deal for the brand
Infiniti revealed its QX65 Monograph at Monterey Car Week. Infiniti Americas vice president Tiago Castro tells Yahoo Finance Senior Autos Reporter Pras Subramanian why this vehicle is an important part of the brand's product renaissance. To watch more expert insights and analysis on the latest market action, check out more Asking for a Trend. We're at the Quail event at the Infiniti stand. I'm here now with Thiago Castro, the head of the Americas here at Infiniti, with the new vehicle, the QX65. Now, it's a concept but we're going to see a similar car. Talk to me why this product is so important in that ultra competitive mid-size SUV space. First of all, thank you for for joining us here, Pras. It's a it's an honor to have you here. QX65 monograph, beautiful vehicles you see. Uh we're trying to attack this uh the biggest segment in the industry, really for the luxury industry, with a true roll fastback, really sexy SUV which will bring more customers to Infiniti and allow us to continue our growth path. Um so that that's the event here. Showing the vehicle in front of a lot of people. This is a concept as you just said, uh but it gives you a good hint of what's coming next spring, 2026. So, yeah, but next spring, right. So, but but Infiniti though is in the middle, I I believe, of a product Renaissance. Talk to me about that and how the QX kind of sits in that in that perspective. Absolutely. So we're in the middle of a product Renaissance that really started with the QX80 uh last year. This vehicle has built been building momentum. We actually had this year the best seven months ever in sales for the QX80. So really good moment. Uh we are now transition to launching the new QX60. That's our three row SUV uh is smaller than the QX80. Uh also doing really well. Both of them are up year over year. And next year, we launched the QX65. And the goal now as we accelerate the future is to launch one vehicle per year for the foreseeable future. So you mentioned, you know, strong sales of the of the 80, which is that full-size SUV back there. It's a very popular segment in America. But Infiniti overall with Nissan, you know, you had a rough patch and you're sort of emerging from that. What's sort of the game plan there to get that, the two brands sort of on the right path here in the United States? So so first of all, yeah, nobody can just say that we didn't have a tough year last year. Very clear. Uh but here's the important part. We have a very clear understanding what needs to happen. There's full alignment in the global team and the regional leadership team that, in order for Nissan to be stronger, Infinity needs to be strong. So we're going to invest in the right product and the right moment. Uh today, in addition to the QX65, you can see two concept cars for the QX80. So this is our flagship model. What we're trying to do is to check with the market, what do people really like. We're look at two sides of the spectrum. One is the QX80 Tracks Pack. Tracks Pack is think about getting our current engine and increasing horsepower and torque by more than 50%. Torque is up to 750. So think about this. And then horsepower is 650 plus. But not word plus is just plus, you know? So I mean, pretty competitive features here. Absolutely. uh with Infiniti and kind of versus the competition. But Infiniti being a Japanese automaker and having a presence around the world, tariffs are sort of a thing that's that's a story these days in the automotive sector. Do you have a deal with Japan in the US with like 15% that helps, but not with Mexico and Canada. Where do you sit there? How do you battle tariffs from an Infiniti point of view? Well, the first step for us was to understand the the product portfolio and how can we optimize delivery. So for example, QX50, we had to pause the production into the US. Uh and but in Canada there's a lot of opportunity. So we ship more vehicles there. We also increase production of QX60 that is built here in the US. The good news, for example, is the QX65 behind us will be built here in the US as well. So very important for us to increase that footprint. Um but then we continue to accelerate um for example on the flagship model uh that I just mentioned. We we want to continue to bring them and not stop, you know. The customers are reacting very well and we need to deliver the vehicle. So even if they're built abroad in other places where you're facing tariffs, you're able to still sell the product and maybe absorb some of that cost. Absolutely. And then identify you know, where's the opportunity for example to reduce costs every elsewhere. There's other things you can do. So it is a evolving uh challenge for sure. Uh but we have to do this.
