Beyoncé fans 'crying' after daughter Rumi steals the show on Cowboy Carter Tour

Beyoncé has kicked off her Cowboy Carter Tour, and fans were left in floods of tears as she was joined by her daughter on stage.
We're all used to seeing Blue Ivy, 13, stealing the show from her Grammy-winning mum, but little Rumi, seven, has now stepped into the spotlight.
Queen Bey, 43, launched her highly anticipated tour on Monday night in Los Angeles' SoFi Stadium and it was, of course, a family affair.
The show, which ran for just under three hours, featured songs from her first-ever Grammys Album of the Year record as well as her biggest hits.
While Blue Ivy has become a firm fixture of Beyoncé's dance crew, the sight of rarely seen Rumi hugging her mum on stage reduced fans to tears.
The tot walked on in a gold dress with Beyoncé, who wore glittering gold and green plaid chaps and bodysuit, and her sister during Protector.
She gave the American Requiem singer a big hug and waved at the crowd before walking off stage with Blue, who was in a floor-length glittering gown with plaid detail.
Rumi bounced with excitement the entire time, leaving Beyoncé positively beaming with pride and laughing at her enthusiasm.
'Beyonce, Blue & Rumi all on stage, I am weeping,' wrote X account BeyonceGarden, sharing a clip of the moment.
JayRockStarSun said: 'Me crying at Rumi on stage but then immediately laughing at Blue tapping Rumi to alert her it's time to get off stage like the manager she is.'
'Sorry I'm still sobbing at Rumi turning around and giving Bey a big hug,' added uhlexiswarren.

'Beyonce brought out Rumi singing Protector and showed videos of the twins. I am sobbing,' shared Yayahispaniola.
Rumi's brother Sir was not brought out, although never-before-seen home videos of him were played on the screen.
Pictures of the twins are rare, with Rumi last publicly posing for a fabulous snap with Madonna and her children backstage at Beyonce's gig in 2023.
Born in 2017, Rumi was named after a 13th-century Persian poet after the Halo singer suffered through a difficult pregnancy.
She had pre-eclampsia and had to undergo an emergency cesarean, spending weeks in the hospital.
In 2018, during an interview for Vogue said: 'I needed time to heal, to recover. During my recovery, I gave myself self-love and self-care, and I embraced being curvier.'
After her incredible Renaissance Tour two years ago, fans have been waiting (im)patiently for Beyoncé to return to the UK.
The Cowboy Carter Tour is set to arrive in London on June 5 for a six-date residency at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. More Trending
Tickets are still available for her UK shows on Ticketmaster as well as resale sites like Viagogo and StubHub, although we urge caution when buying second-hand.
It's highly likely Beyonce will follow the artist trend of mixing up her setlist slightly every show but – for the most part – the songs will be fairly fixed.
Here's the full setlist for night one of the Cowboy Carter Tour.

Avoid sellers charging highly inflated prices (if they're legitimate and they don't sell them, they'll drop the price) and ask for proof of purchase before buying.
There is no opening act for Ms Carter – this legend doesn't need to get the crowd warmed up, it seems.
She'll then head to France's Stade de France for three shows before going back to the States – sorry to any European fans who missed out on London or Paris.

Robbie Williams goes head to head with Beyonce in pop superstars' North London derby
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) THE North London derby typically sees a clash between football rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur. But this weekend's version saw Robbie Williams go head to head with Beyonce at the clubs' home grounds. 11 Robbie played the third night of his Britpop Tour at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium Credit: 11 Beyonce played at Tottenham's stadium for her Cowboy Carter Tour Credit: Instagram The Angels hitmaker kicked off the third night of his Britpop Tour at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium last night. While just four miles away, Queen B played at Tottenham's £1.2billion stadium for her Cowboy Carter Tour. And Port Vale fan Robbie could not resist adding some rivalry at his gig on Friday night. During a singalong to Bon Jovi's Livin' On A Prayer, he told his fans: 'You won't get that at a f***ing Beyonce gig.' Robbie, who paid homage to his 1995 Glastonbury Festival look in a red stripe tracksuit, said he was 'anxious' in the run-up to his 38-date tour. He said: 'I turned to my wife [Ayda] in rehearsals and said: 'Babe, I'm anxious about this'. 11 'She said, 'Rob, you behave like this is normal, you behave like you have to do this for the rest of your life, you behave like stadiums is where you should be'. 'In that moment, it changed my perception.' But it seemed all the nerves had disappeared when Robbie was joined by Nineties boyband Five to sing their hit Keep On Movin', marking their first stage appearance in 25 years. And boyband fans were equally delighted when Lulu appeared on stage with Robbie to sing Take That's hit Relight My Fire. Is Beyonce's NFL Christmas Gameday show free to watch on Netflix or do I need to buy a Texans-Ravens pay-per-view? However, 35 years since he joined Take That as a baby-faced teen, Robbie said fans are now offering him 'Werther's Originals' instead of ripping off his clothes. He said: 'I might be in sniper's alley — but I believe I have got a lot longer on this runway to go. 'I look forward to getting even older with you and I look forward to seeing you at many shows to come, whatever size venue that is.' 11 Lulu appeared on stage with Robbie to sing Take That's hit Relight My Fire Credit: 11 Robbie was joined by Nineties boyband Five Credit: Leo Baron Robbie was joined at the gig by Ayda, with whom he shares children Teddy, Coco, Charlie and Beau. He joked: 'I remember why I do this. It is not for the glory, it is not for the money, it is because I have got four kids at home.' And Robbie could not resist impersonating his frenemy Liam Gallagher, who is set to kick off the Oasis reunion tour with Noel next month. In a rendition of Frank Sinatra's New York, New York, Robbie joked: 'You won't get this at Oasis.' I'm sure Oasis won't hold back . . . BEYONCE wasn't the only Knowles on stage in London this week. Her mum Tina was grilled at the Southbank Centre by fashion queen Stella McCartney for a special 'An Evening With' bash. Reflecting on home life with her two daughters, Tina said: 'Beyonce never wanted to go to bars. I was like, 'Go party, be wild!'. 'With Solange I did not have to do that . . . ' Stella also had a question from her Beatles legend dad, Sir Paul McCartney – although it wasn't the most imaginative: 'What's it like being a mother to Beyonce and Solange?' But Tina's answer more than made up for it. She replied: 'Wonderful, except when people chat s**t about my kids. Then I want to fight.' We wouldn't mess with her. BEYONCE'S backstage area sounds dreamy. Not only is she sent loads of Jo Malone candles, but I hear that US fast-food chain Wingstop sends her and her team unlimited buffalo wings, dripping in sauce. Yum. I'd expect nothing less for Queen Bey. And a quick thanks to Go Privilege for helping source tickets, including padded seats, to the spectacular event last night. Visit for more information. The reality couple broke up in April following a string of heated rows, with Jack moving out of their shared home. But I can now reveal they were spotted shopping at Swanley Market in Kent. A source said: 'Chloe and Jack have been on and off for months but have finally put their differences aside to give their relationship another chance. 'They really want to make it work so have been enjoying some low-key dates as they gradually build the trust. 'They have realised they have something special so want to put their time and energy into making it work.' Earlier this week they sparked rumours of a reunion when they shared snaps on their respective Instagrams from the same East London market. Jack posed outside the Birdcage pub at Bethnal Green's Columbia Road Flower Market on Sunday. Then Chloe posted from the same spot with a huge bouquet of flowers. Things must be coming up roses at last. PADDY IS RILEY SMITTEN 11 Paddy McGuinness has admitted he has a secret celebrity crush Credit: PA NEWLY divorced Paddy McGuinness has admitted he has a secret celebrity crush. The comedian, who has split from ex Christine, confessed on Celebrity Gogglebox to pal Vernon Kay that he fancies Countdown star Rachel Riley. He said: 'There's something about Rachel Riley. I don't know what it is. 'You know when you have, like, a celebrity crush that you're not supposed to have?' Her husband Pasha Kovalev might have something to say about that, Paddy . . . SHAGGY: 'I TRUST NO ONE' 11 Shaggy admits that he is always suspicious of people Credit: Getty IT'S been 30 years since Shaggy topped the charts with pop hit Mr Boombastic – and the reggae legend is still going strong. But speaking as he supports Pitbull on his UK tour, the American-Jamaican star admitted that he is always suspicious of people. He said: 'The biggest lesson I've learned is to trust no one. Everyone has an angle or a motive. Everyone has an agenda. Make sure if you're the brand then you are the agenda. 'You trust people, but there comes a point where you do some inventory and realise people weren't there to help you – they were in it for themselves. 'A lot of it is ego or jealousy. People look at you and think it comes easy but they don't realise the amount of work that has gone into it. 'People feel like they should be in your shoes, they feel like they should be you. But the truth is they can't carry the candle at all.' Noted, Shaggy. RITA EARNS HER STRIPES AT PRIDE 11 Rita Ora flaunts her figure in a leopard-print bra and striped hotpants RITA ORA got her groove on as she danced at the World Pride festival in Washington DC on Friday night. The singer, who dropped her new summer anthem Heat this week, flaunted her figure in a leopard-print bra and striped hotpants as she performed on stage at the LGBTQ celebration. Sharing snaps on Insta, she wrote: 'Pride baby! I love you!' We love you too, Rita. SCOOTER'S RACH SPLIT 11 Music exec Scooter Braun has split from his girlfriend Credit: Getty IT looks like Taylor Swift's nemesis has been dealt another blow. I can reveal that music executive Scooter Braun has split from his girlfriend, Canadian actress Rachelle Goulding. A source revealed: 'Scooter and Rachelle have quietly split after they were first linked last year. 'He has recently been spotted on celebrity dating app Raya after their romance fizzled out.' The couple were first linked in July 2024 after they were said to have enjoyed dates in California – including at the Stagecoach country music festival. Taylor's feud with Scooter started in 2019 when her former label, Big Machine, sold the masters of her first six albums to him without telling her. He later sold them on to Shamrock Holdings. But last month Taylor announced that she finally controls all her music after finally buying them all back. The Lover hitmaker confirmed she has bought the rights back to all six albums for a fee thought to be in the hundreds of millions. MOLLIE KING has opened up about how she and fiancé Stuart Broad juggle work and raising two young children, saying they are like a 'tag team'. The former Saturdays singer, who is back hosting on Radio 1 after maternity leave, shares daughters Annabella, two, and Liliana, five months, with the England cricket legend. She said: 'Stuart has moved from playing cricket into commentating. He still goes away for long stints. 'But we basically juggle it between the two of us. We are a bit of a tag team. 'He works most weekends and I work Monday to Thursday so it is a bit 'one in, one out', but we are making it work.' SHE'S no longer filming Love Island USA's Aftersun spin-off show, but I hear Maura Higgins has landed another exciting reality gig that will give her plenty of Stateside stature. The Irish beauty is set to head to Scotland to film the US Traitors, hosted by Scot actor Alan Cumming. It's not the first time a Love Islander from the UK has taken part in the American version of Traitors, after Ekin-Su Culculoglu was cast last year. A source said: 'Maura has been inundated with telly offers and she is very tempted by this big-money deal to film Traitors. 'She's a massive fan of the show and thinks it would be an amazing opportunity to introduce herself to US audiences and opportunities.'

The police corner Vanessa in huge Emmerdale murder story
To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick) finds herself implicated in Nate Robinson's (Jurell Carter) murder when Tracy Shankley (Amy Walsh) drops her in it in Emmerdale. Things are getting nasty in the Dales after the discovery of Nate's body and accusations are levelled at two likely suspects. John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth) – the actual perpetrator – is questioned by police, but not over his own possible guilt, Cain is the one in the frame. After arguing with Nate before he died, he is prime suspect. John does some quick thinking and talking to get Cain Dingle's (Jeff Hordley) name off the suspect list, and after Cain's own grilling by the police, he airs his suspicions that Tracy's dodgy behaviour makes her look guilty. So those are the two suspects, Cain and Tracy. John then does the unthinkable to secure Cain's freedom – he plants Nate's phone in the playhouse at Tracy's. When the police show up with a warrant, Tracy thinks she's done for when they find the mobile tucked away. Worse still, the police discover that the removal man who came to collect Nate's things doesn't exist. Things are looking bad for the single mum. More Trending The police reveal to her that they believe Nate died the day he was meant to leave, and thinking on her toes, Tracy blurts out an alibi – she was with Vanessa all day. Gemma Collins makes first appearance after admitting she feels like she's dying
Gemma Collins launched Trainline's 'SlayStation' pop-up at King's Cross station today, encouraging commuters and party-goers to step in to get their hair and makeup done Gemma Collins was glowing today as she made her first public appearance since admitting she feels like "dying" while battling pneumonia. The 44-year-old brought full glam to King's Cross station in London as she launched Trainline's "SlayStation" pop-up, helping commuters and concert-goers prepare for their night out - offering free hair, makeup and selfie-ready moments to those heading to Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter Tour as well as people passing by. It comes as former The Only Way is Essex (TOWIE) star Gemma, who is celebrated for her glamour, meme-worthy one-liners, and unapologetic self-confidence, was named the ultimate night out partner in a poll - receiving 27 per cent of votes by Gen Z - quickly followed by Katie Price (25 per cent) and Alison Hammond (22 per cent). The survey, commissioned by Trainline, also revealed that for three quarters of 18-34 year olds (75 per cent), the night out begins well before they step foot in the venue. With three quarters saying getting ready is one of the most important parts of the night, one in five Brits now plan their outfit and look up to one month in advance of their night out – with 70 per cent of Brits using time on the train to perfect their look. Speaking about her own experiences with nights out and looking back at the good old days, the GC said: "Listen, the best part of the night is the build-up. It's the getting glam, the playlist, the group chat chaos, and those deep, hilarious, 'why did we even start talking about this?' moments on the journey to the venue. SlayStation is all about bringing the glam – a bit of hair, a bit of makeup, and a whole lot of fabulous. If you're stepping out, step out ready to slay." Sarah Helppi, UK Country Director at Trainline, said: "At Trainline, we know that great nights out start long before you reach the venue – they start with the journey. Whether it's touching up your look up on the train, sharing music playlists, or those conversations that only happen en route, travel has become an essential part of the night. That's why we launched SlayStation – to celebrate the journey and make it as iconic as the destination." To help commuters and party-goers feel their best, SlayStation brought together professional hair, makeup and glam artists to King's Cross today. The free-of-charge event, held until 8pm on Saturday, is now sold out. Earlier this week, a bedridden Gemma took to Instagram to share an update about her health, revealing that she had been seriously unwell for a number of weeks. In her post, which included a photo of the reality TV star laying in bed, she wrote: "Hey guys sorry been quiet i have Pneumonia. I'm not as fast or on it as I usually am on the daily. I am still honouring my work commitments which is taking every bit of energy I have but will be back entertaining you all soon." In a further update on her Instagram Story, Gemma revealed she was receiving treatment via a drip and had been seen by a doctor. Pneumonia is an inflammation of the lungs typically caused by an infection and while most people recover within two to four weeks, infants, the elderly, and those with heart or lung conditions are at a higher risk of severe illness and may require hospitalisation. Luckily, Gemma has not had to go to hospital, but speaking to The Mirror, she admitted that she feels as though she is "dying" as she said: "Because the Pneumonia is viral, no antibiotic is going to help me. I've been really short of breath and obviously I have work commitments that I would never not turn up to. I'm old-school, I would always fulfill my work commitments. "It's shocking, I've had it now for over three weeks and I had steroids given to me by my doctor. It was DJ Fat Tony's wedding and I had to take them to get through that, but I'm off them now and the sickness is really kicking back in. It's so frustrating because I normally have so much energy and I'm always loving life, but now I get really breathless really quickly and I feel like I'm dying."
