'I know they are going through a tough run at the minute, but the whole worldwide feel of it. That's a big super-powered club.'
Dyche also dished out some advice to Amorim on how to improve results while claiming he would have done better in the role.
Dyche added: 'Amorim better win some games – pretty quick. I reckon if I went there and played my way, we'd win more games.
'Just 4-4-2 – give them basic rules of principles. They have some good players. You don't have to over teach everyone.

'I'd be interested more in the longer run, if he can stick to his principals and then next season, we're all going, 'Fair play' – but, he's been there a while now so you better start bringing some wins soon.'
Dyche finished by claiming he would have given ex-England boss Gareth Southgate the job over Amorim last year.
He noted: I thought the Manchester United job fitted Gareth [Southgate] really well. Coming out of the hardship of managing your country – because it is hard managing your country.
'The fans and the media can drive [decisions] but sometimes you've got to be brave enough. Think of all the managers down the years where clubs have been brave.'

And Gyokeres' agent has come in claiming he has proof of an alleged agreement that can allow the Manchester United and Arsenal target to leave for less than his astronomical release clause. The 27-year-old has come to blows with club bosses after trying to force through a dream move to the Premier League. The striker is furious with Sporting for going back on their word over a promise to lower his £84million asking price and reportedly plans not to play for the club again. The Sweden international believes he had a gentleman's agreement to leave the Portuguese champions for £50m with a further £8m in add-ons. But that claim has been denied by club president Frederico Varandas, who insisted he will not be bullied into letting Gyokeres move to the Premier League on the cheap this summer. According to Corriere dello Sport, United have decided to hold on to Zirkzee. This comes amid intense interest from Inter Milan for Hojlund, whom Man Utd are open to selling this summer. According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter are so keen on the striker they are set to go "full speed ahead" for his signature. The two Italian sources claim the Red Devils are much more interested in a permanent deal. And Amorim's side value the striker at around £34-38million this summer. Inter prefer a loan deal with a purchase clause which is almost an obligation to buy in 2026. The Nerazzurri's offer would also include a hefty loan fee for the initial year. Copy link Copied By New transfer rule Massive transfer fees could soon become a thing of the past with players' chiefs wanting stars to have freedom to break their contracts for a fixed compensation payment. The international players' union FifPro has accused Fifa of dragging its feet over new transfer rules after the European Court agreed that ex-Arsenal and Chelsea star Lassana Diarra was illegally "handcuffed" by Russian side Lokomotiv Moscow a decade ago. Major agents claimed the October ruling was the first step towards a US-style 'free agency' for players, with fees becoming a thing of the past and stars only liable to pay the balance of their contracts when they switch clubs. Top clubs and Fifa are battling to resist such a move, while this summer Prem clubs already splashed out £375million before the full market officially opens on Monday. But now FifPro has told stars and their lawyers to be ready to test Fifa's failure to react and use European law to push for freedom of movement. Copy link Copied By Chelsea target reunion Chelsea wants to reunite with Marc Guehi for a low-cost summer contract. According to a recent source, the Blues seek to sign Guehi "for a reduced fee" in order to bolster their centre-back options for their Champions League comeback. Chelsea "are eyeing a good value deal and are aiming to use his contract situation to their advantage," according to GiveMeSport, as Guehi enters the last year of his contract with Crystal Palace. In 2021, Chelsea paid £18 million to Palace for Guehi. Since then, he has made a name for himself as a regular for England, and this season, he led Palace to FA triumph. Copy link Copied By Milan target Reijnders replacement AC Milan have made contact with Valencia over a move for 22-year-old midfielder Javi Guerra, Calciomercato reports. Milos Kerkez edges towards Liverpool move as Bournemouth sign replacement left full

The 23-year-old was Rennes' captain and played 33 Ligue 1 games last season before swapping northwest France for south England. The move could pave the way for Liverpool to sign Milos Kerkez, with Bournemouth already adding a replacement to their ranks. Kerkez is expected to depart the club for Premier League champions Liverpool, with a deal reportedly worth £45m agreed. The Belgian-born Frenchman, who won a sole cap for his nation in 2022, has made 191 appearances for Rennes having come through their youth ranks. The left-back has scored nine goals and provided 19 assists during his spell with the club. Speaking to the Cherries' club website, Truffert said: 'It's a great opportunity for me to keep progressing and to be part of an ambitious project. I felt the club's confidence in me from the first discussions, and I'm excited to get started. 'It's a dream for any player to play in the Premier League. It's one of the best and most competitive leagues in the world. I'm looking forward to testing myself at this level, facing top players every week, and helping the team achieve great things.'
