Jenkins named RSC Offensive Player of the Week

SAINT MARY-OF-THE-WOODS, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Greg Jenkins of the Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College men's basketball team has been named the River States Conference Offensive Player of the Week.
The Pomeroys finished the regular season 23-5 and 13-3 in conference play. They captured the outright River States Conference Regular Season Championship and earned the No. 1 seed at the upcoming conference tournament. They open play in the quarterfinals when they host Alice Lloyd (Ky.) at 6 pm (ET) on Wednesday, February 26 inside the Knoerle Center.
SMWC — by virtue of winning the RSC regular season crown — have already earned a bid into the NAIA National Tournament for the second year in a row.
