He titled the video "Faith will overcome all challenges" accompanied by a montage of his rehab and touching moments with teammates.
The star was airlifted to a London hospital and suffered a broken leg after crashing his £260,000 Ferrari near Theydon Bois, Essex, in early December.
Antonio's crash occurred in Epping on the way home from the Hammers' Rush Green training ground and he underwent surgery on the broken leg that night.
Hammers players all wore shirts bearing Antonio's name following their subsequent home win over Wolves, the first game following the crash.
Each of those, as well as the match-worn shirts, were signed and auctioned off to fans in order to raise cash.
West Ham players and staff all went to visit their team-mate during his time in hospital.
The Jamaica international, West Ham's all-time top Premier League scorer, is out of contract in the summer.
A decision is yet to be made over whether to extend his deal in order to cover the recovery, though discussions will take place in the near future.
Antonio would watch West Ham games weekly throughout the early stages of his recovery to motivate him.
The Hammers icon admitted that hearing his name being sung by supporters "helped him massively".
He made an emotional return to the London Stadium for West Ham's 1-0 defeat to Newcastle in March.

Son Heung-min drops hint on his future amid departure rumours with Tottenham star 'open to leaving on a high' following Europa League triumph

Son Heung-min has spent a decade at Tottenham, finally winning his first trophy last month, but has been linked with a departure as his contract nears its end. The South Korean international is captain at the club, and has been one of the most important players at the north London outfit, particularly during their more successful periods. His partnership with Harry Kane saw the two combine for goals more often than any other duo in the league's history, but with the England captain's exit his own influence had begun to wane. Now, reports from The Sun suggest that Son would be open to the idea of leaving Tottenham at long last on a high, having just sealed Europa League victory. It would represent a rare opportunity to leave the club having added silverware to the trophy cabinet - something not even Kane managed - but at 32, and turning 33 in less than a month, his options are perhaps slimmer than those of his former team-mate. His formerly prodigious pace has shortened up a touch, while he would appear to have lost his golden touch in front of goal. Son managed only 11 goals in all competitions for 2024-25, his lowest tally since his first season at the club, though he did provide 12 assists. Speaking after his country's 4-0 win over Kuwait, he remained coy when asked about his immediate future, rather than ruling out any departure. 'I still have one more year left on the contract,' he said. 'Rather than saying anything at this moment, I think we should all wait and see what happens. 'But no matter where I end up, I will always do the best I can. It will never change.' It would be a bitter blow for Tottenham to lose their captain should he decide to leave the club, especially in such a crucial summer. After finishing 17th in the Premier League, Ange Postecoglou was sacked after winning the Europa League and securing a Champions League return for Spurs. Brentford boss Thomas Frank is widely expected to take over in north London, and faces a massive rebuild if he is to help Tottenham to be competitive in Europe after such a dismal showing last term. Yet for Son, this disappointing season will still live long in the memory for the silverware it brought the club at long last. 'I think I've accomplished everything I've done while playing the football I wanted to. 'Football is about winning and only winners are remembered. Despite the difficult season, it was a really happy season for me because I experienced the trophy that I've been chasing since I was young. 'It was a year where I wanted to do better. I was so happy to be able to share that moment with so many people who cheered me on. 'I haven't been in good condition many times, but I think I'll be able to prepare for the new season in really good condition.

Promotion: Tony Pulis doesn't rule out Wrexham going up

That is the view of Tony Pulis who believes nothing is impossible at The Racecourse. The Reds finished runners-up in League One last term to go straight up to the Championship where they will line-up for the first time in 43 years. Having made history by clinching back-to-back-to-back promotions, with the club climbing from the National League to the second tier at a rapid rate, Wrexham will make the biggest step-up yet when they come up against the likes of Leicester City, Ipswich Town and Southampton. But former Premier League manager Pulis says Parkinson knows that is needed in this division, where he managed Bolton Wanderers, and refuses to discount Wrexham. Pulis told BoyleSports, who offer the latest football odds, "Phil Parkinson has experience of Championship football. He'll understand what's needed. "To get three promotions, I don't care what anybody says, to get three promotions on the bounce is just exceptional. "They are in such a positive place at the moment, the crowd are behind them massively and they'll have to be next year as well because the level moves up again, but nothing is impossible. "The fans will really get behind them and it's going to be an interesting league next year. Very, very interesting. "It'll be interesting to see what Wrexham do and what they can achieve."

Rayan Cherki signs for Manchester City on five-year deal

The 21-year-old moves after an impressive season with Lyon in which he scored 12 goals and provided 20 assists in 40 appearances. He also made an eye-catching debut for France last week when he came off the bench and scored in a 5-4 Nations League loss to Spain. Cherki has put pen to paper on a five-year deal which will keep him at the Etihad Stadium until 2030. We're delighted to announce the signing of Rayan Cherki ✍️🩵 — Manchester City (@ManCity) June 10, 2025 He said: 'This is a dream for me. Honestly, to be joining a club like Manchester City and have the opportunity to make the next step in my career here is something very, very special. 'I have worked so hard for this all my life. I love this sport, and I can't wait to develop further here in Manchester with Pep (Guardiola) and his backroom staff. 'Everyone knows how good City are – they have been so successful for many years now. The responsibility to help the team continue winning is something I want to embrace. 'I would only leave Lyon for a project I really believe in and everything at City suggests I can develop my game and help the team be successful in the future. I can't wait to show City fans what I can do.' His arrival comes on the same day City completed a deal for Chelsea's third-choice goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli and follows the £31.3million capture of left-back Rayan Ait-Nouri from Wolves on Monday. All three deals have been completed in time for the players to be registered for the group stages of the Club World Cup this month. Director of football Hugo Viana said: 'We're very happy to have Rayan at City. We want to bring top talent to the club, and he falls into that category. 'He's a player our scouts have watched for a long time, and we have all been impressed with his skill and creativity. I am convinced our fans will be excited to see him play. 'There's no doubt that he's now in the best place possible to develop further under Pep's guidance and I really believe he can become a world-class player with our support and direction.' City's latest transfer activity continues an overhaul of the squad that began with the January signings of Omar Marmoush, Nico Gonzalez, Abdukodir Khusanov and Vitor Reis. Further deals are also possible as the club respond to a disappointing season in which they failed to mount a strong Premier League title defence and exited the Champions League before the last 16. Dutch midfielder Tijjani Reijnders has been heavily linked with a move to City from AC Milan as Guardiola looks to bolster his midfield options following this summer's departure of Kevin De Bruyne. In further business, City have installed former Liverpool assistant manager Pepijn Lijnders as Guardiola's new number two. The Dutchman, who served under Brendan Rodgers and Jurgen Klopp at Anfield, was available after being sacked as manager at Red Bull Salzburg last December. His appointment coincides with that of James French as set-piece coach. French has been working at Liverpool for the past 13 years.
