Good Morning Britain's Susanna Reid was left feeling concerned for her co-star Richard Madeley on Wednesday
Good Morning Britain host Susanna Reid shared "concern" for her co-star Richard Madeley minutes into Wednesday's (June 11) show.
During today's edition of the hit morning news programme, Susanna and Richard discussed the latest headlines from across the UK and around the world.

They spoke about the serious disorder in Ballymena, Northern Ireland, as well as the Chancellor Rachel Reeves ' upcoming spending review.

Following Martin Lewis ' warnings about winter fuel scams the previous day, the pair also walked viewers through steps to avoid falling victim.
However, Richard's hoarse voice soon took centre stage, prompting Susanna to express her concern for her co-host's well-being.
"I'm a bit concerned we're going to lose you through the programme," Susanna said, to which Richard gestured to his throat and replied: "What, this thing?"
He optimistically added: "I think it'll get stronger through the programme. That's my prediction."
Later in the show, Richard revealed he had been given honey and water to soothe his throat, and reassured viewers that he would be back to full strength by the next day.

"If it's annoying you, I'm really sorry. Tomorrow it'll be better," he said.
The show sparked a flurry of concerned comments on X (formerly Twitter), with many questioning the decision to let Richard host despite his vocal struggles.
"Why on earth have you let Richard take the chair today when he can hardly talk?" one viewer asked, reports the Manchester Evening News.

Another added: "Richard Madeley sounds like Daddy Pig this morning," while a third said: "Richard's ill, should have replaced him today."
A fourth fan echoed the sentiment, saying: "Richard's voice is so hoarse."

The news comes after Richard's revelation about suffering a double wrist fracture during a recent trip to France.
In other parts of today's programme, Richard and Susanna chatted with the UK's Eurovision hopefuls, Remember Monday, who discussed their experience in Basel, Switzerland, where they performed last month.
The hosts also interviewed Reform UK's new chairman, David Bull, after he replaced Zia Yusuf, who quit the role last week following a clash with one of the party's MPs.

Emmerdale's Lisa Riley ‘learned a lot about grief' after Robin Windsor death

The 48-year-old, who plays Mandy Dingle on the ITV soap, lost her mother in July 2012, just months before she joined BBC dancing show Strictly Come Dancing, where she was paired up with Windsor, who she credits with helping her through her grief. Windsor died in February last year at the age of 44, and his cause of death was not given. Asked about how she coped with the two deaths on ITV's Good Morning Britain, Riley said: 'I've learned a lot about grief and how to deal with it, and how to be open and to literally ask for help, because it's okay. 'Sometimes people go really within, my brother's that person, we all deal with things differently, and I was pressing the bravado button going, 'I've got to go out and play Mandy Dingle every day, I've got to dress up as Mandy and be funny'. 'There were some days I didn't want to be funny, I'm lucky with the brilliant girls in my dressing room, where we lean on each other, and my work with Sue Ryder, I've realised that there is a helpline out there. 'The internet is brilliant, there are so many places you can go to, Sue Ryder being one of them for help.' Riley went on to say that the Emmerdale team were 'phenomenal' following their deaths, but said she wanted to continue working. The actress said: 'Me, being me, I didn't want to be at home in my bedroom, or at home thinking about it too much, I had to carry on with my day job. 'But the make-up girls, what people at home won't know when they're watching Emmerdale is I was having my make-up done three times because I couldn't get it together, I couldn't, day in, day out, and work were brilliant, like we know, we'll write you out, we'll give you time off should you need it. 'But I wanted to do my job and keep going, because I know Robin would have wanted that, that sparkle, he wanted to keep that spark alive, and I felt I had to do that for him.' She said that when she first met Windsor and they began preparing for the BBC dancing show, she told him she wanted no-one to know her mother had died. Riley added: 'I said, 'under no circumstances can anyone in the press, anyone, know that my mum has just died', because the thought of someone picking up the phone to vote for us as a sympathy vote would break my heart, it would break my mother's heart. 'And Robin was like, 'I'm with you', he understood that, because some people would have gone, 'oh woe is me'. 'We did it because we were Lisa and Robin, the original Will and Grace, and that's what people fell in love with, they fell in love with just us two.'

Channel 4 Gogglebox star gives tearful update days after heartbreaking family death

Gogglebox star Julie Malone has shared a touching moment that 'made her cry' following the sad announcement last weekend. Gogglebox star Julie Malone has shared an update with fans following a huge loss in the family. Julie shared the sad news of the passing of their dog Bobby last weekend. The Channel 4 favourite confirmed the death of their beloved Rottweiler, who is often seen mooching around the cakes in the Malone household on the popular show. Fans have been left devastated following the announcement of Bobby's death. ‌ Julie husband Tom and sons Shaun and Tom Jr joined the hit Channel 4 show in 2014 for its fourth series and have become a staple on the show. ‌ They disclosed that they are "heartbroken" that their "beautiful" and "protective" dog Bobby has died. The family shared some sweet snaps which featured Bobby sporting a suit-and-bow-tie bandana, and as a puppy at Christmas, on their joint Instagram, reports Manchester Evening News. Captioning the post, they wrote: "Today we said goodbye to our beautiful protective Bobby, he spent his last day doing what he loved, watching over the grandchildren playing in the garden. "We are heartbroken. RIP our beautiful Big Bob xx." Their Gogglebox co-stars were quick to express their condolences. Ellie Warner said: "So sorry to hear about Bobby. Run free over the rainbow bridge." Her sister Izzi Warner wrote: "Sending you all lots of love." Jenny Newby and Lee Riley penned: "Heartbreaking for you. Sending love to you all. RIP Bobby xx." ‌ The death of Bobby comes following the loss of their other beloved Rottweiler Dave back in 2023. It's been a heartbreaking period for the Malones, after losing dog Lucy in 2022 and Frank, who passed away in 2018. However they did welcome new four-legged family member Tilly back in 2022, who has made Julie emotional as she mourns the loss of her dog Bobby. ‌ Taking to Instagram with a new post, Julie shared a picture of Tilly and explained: "My beautiful Tilly has just made me cry! Tilly has always been a quiet girl hardly ever barks as Bobby was always the barky one if anyone knocked on the door etc. "Tilly has been quieter than usual and had been looking for Bobby every time she goes in the garden ,so we have been giving her plenty of love and attention Today she has accepted he's gone. How do I know? The window cleaner is on the street and even though not at our house she's taken over from Bob and barked." Fans soon rushed to the post with messages of support. One person said: "They are the most beautiful breed of dog. Sending much love." Another commented: "Oh my heart. I'm so sorry and hope Tilly is ok. I can't begin to imagine the loss you are feeling. Sending love from me and my son." Someone else wrote: "Sending Tilly massive hugs and you guys lots of love and strength." Another replied: "Omg poor Tilly. Your heart just breaks for them." One fan added: "Awww bless love to you all though such a sad time."
