GTA 6 was for a long time little more than hearsay and fuzzy promises. That changed in late 2023, when Rockstar unveiled the first official trailer, featuring Lucia as one of the lead protagonists.
Then, one year later, Trailer 2 delivered to fans a far more substantial preview, featuring a colorful, modern-day Vice City, a darker tone to the story, and a complete reveal of Jason, Lucia's partner. This second trailer revved up the community and assured Rockstar that they were dedicated to bringing a game the hype was worth it for.
Now, with May 26, 2026, circled on the calendar, and in glorious confluence with Rockstar's Tuesday release tradition, the clock has officially started.
