A vignette for Rusev played. Rusev responded to Sheamus saving Tozawa from his attack last week. The "Bulgarian Brute" reminded Sheamus of their past alliance in WWE, and he claimed "The Celtic Warrior" turned his back on him.
The cameras then cut to the backstage area. Sheamus had encouraging words for Maxxine Dupri, Tozawa, and Natalya. Cathy Kelley then caught up with Sheamus, who said Rusev's prior downfall was his doing. He told Rusev that he bullies bullies.
Finn Balor and JD McDonagh vs. War Raiders
The New Day served as guest commentators. Erik took Balor down with a shoulder tackle. McDonagh was tagged in, but Balor eventually got off the ring apron. Ivar sent McDonagh over the top rope. Ivar scoop slammed Balor onto McDonagh. Erik then lifted Ivar and tossed him onto the McDonagh.

Valkyria said she won't allow Lynch to "poison" what it means to be the WWE Women's Intercontinental Champion. Lynch claimed she wanted to make Valkyria better. She said what will hurt Valkyria the most is being forced to raise her hand.
The champion dared Lynch to step in the ring and fight her. Lynch refused, but Valkyria followed her up the entrance ramp. The two brawled before security broke things up.

Penta was surrounded by flames during a vignette, and he reminded everyone that ladder matches are in his wheelhouse. He said the MITB briefcase is in his future.

Breakker held Zayn on the announce table as Reed was setting up for the Tsunami. CM Punk then attacked Reed and Breakker with a chair. He went after Rollins, who bailed.
Trust Issues in The Judgment Day
Liv Morgan entered The Judgment Day's hangout. Morgan accused Balor of sabotaging the faction by introducing Roxanne Perez to the group. Morgan said it's not Dominik Mysterio who she doesn't trust.
Mysterio tried apologizing to Balor for his miscue last week, sliding a chair in the triple threat men's qualifier. Balor insisted everything was fine and he slapped the Intercontinental title in a friendly matter, but perhaps it was a sign of a future program.

5-Star Oregon Football Target Makes Announcement After Visit With Ducks

5-Star Oregon Football Target Makes Announcement After Visit With Ducks originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Oregon Ducks head coach Dan Lanning is up for a pivotal weekend, as he and his staff are hosting a handful of five-star and blue-chip prospects on official visits. Advertisement One name involved with the Ducks this week is five-star safety Joey O'Brien, who would be a massive get for Lanning and co. According to 247Sports, Oregon ranks No. 29 in the nation with their 2026 recruiting class at this time -- which is subpar to Lanning's standard in Eugene. Landing O'Brien, a Pennsylvania native, would be phenomenal for Lanning's class, especially if Oregon can receive commitments from others on the trip this week. Battling Penn State, Clemson and Notre Dame, Oregon will soon know where O'Brien will pledge his services, as the highly-touted safety has announced when he will make his announcement. Advertisement O'Brien will choose between the four programs on June 20, which isn't long after his visit with Oregon. "Almost that time!" O'Brien shared on X after his commitment date was revealed. Given that the Ducks are getting a great chance to sell the safety on landing in Eugene this close to his commitment, Lanning might be able to secure O'Brien over their new Big Ten rival, Penn State. Still, Penn State's proximity to O'Brien, as a Pennsylvania native, might give them a leg up when it comes to decision day. According to 247Sports, O'Brien is the No. 30-ranked prospect in the 2026 class and the No. 4-ranked safety. Advertisement The Ducks won't get the last word in the blue-chip recruitment, as he will be visiting Notre Dame next weekend to round out his trips before his commitment. Oregon would love to land O'Brien's services and bolster their 2026 recruiting class with another five-star talent, as they could be up for a pivotal few weeks. Cowboys Biggest Camp 'Storyline' An Easy One To Predict

Cowboys Biggest Camp 'Storyline' An Easy One To Predict originally appeared on Athlon Sports. The offseason for the Dallas Cowboys has been dominated by the contract situation of pass-rushing linebacker Micah Parsons. Advertisement While a new deal has been discussed and per reporting maybe valued at more than $40 million APY and thought to last around five years, so far, there have been no substantial developments between Micah and the Cowboys regarding the finalization of an extension. Yes, ideas have been pitched back and forth, but the longer it goes without getting done, the more fans shift nervously and angrily in their seats. Training camp looms as a "real" deadline in negotiations for Micah and Dallas, with Parsons stating that it is crucial for him to have a deal in place by the time he arrives in Oxnard. Given the magnitude of the deal and the player, it is no surprise that CBS Sports has named getting Micah's contract done the biggest training camp storyline. Advertisement "There's a case to be made that Parsons, who just turned 26 years old on May 26, is the best pass rusher in football," CBS Sports writes. "However, a potential training camp holdout could be looming if a deal isn't done before the Cowboys head to Oxnard, California for training camp." Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons (11).Kevin Jairaj-Imagn Images With the contracts of Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb dragging through training camp last offseason, Parsons won't want to suffer a similar fate. So far, Parsons has been in and out of OTAs, and being voluntary, there's nothing wrong with that, although in an ideal world, he would attend. Mandatory mini camp is just around the corner - another "deadline'' on June 10 - and Micah is expected to attend, but in what capacity is unknown. Advertisement Dallas has had a solid offseason in Brian Schottenheimer's first go-around as head coach. The missing piece? A Parsons contract extension to let out all of the unnecessary tension. "Deadlines make deals," owner Jerry Jones once famously said to our Cowboys insider Mike Fisher, and we are quickly approaching the biggest deadline in Parsons' contract talks. Will that finally end this storyline?
