told an Indian Parliamentary delegation that outlined New Delhi's resolve to not give in to nuclear blackmail by Pakistan.
As the delegation visited the European country, it conveyed to German political and diplomatic leadership India's unwavering united stand for zero-tolerance for terrorism, especially in the wake of the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26 people.
The delegation, led by BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad, on Friday evening called on Minister Wadephul.

"Emphasizing the need for collective action, we stressed that democratic nations must unite to counter this menace."
The discussions also focused on enhancing and deepening the multifaceted India-Germany Strategic Partnership, built on a shared commitment to upholding a rules-based international order rooted in democratic values, he added.
The delegation had earlier interacted with key members of German Bundestag (MdBs) in charge of foreign and security policy, such as Jurgen Hardt, Foreign Policy Spokesperson of CDU, and Tilman Kuban, as well as leading think-tanks in Germany.
"They emphasised India's message of zero-tolerance against terrorism. The delegation conveyed that India's response to Pahalgam terrorist attack had been precise, measured and non-escalatory. They also explained India's clear position that there is no differentiation between terrorists and those who aid or shelter them," the Indian Embassy said.
Earlier in the day, the delegation met the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the German Parliament 'Bundestag', Armin Laschet, and lawmakers Ralph Brinkhaus and Hubertus Heil here.
"Grateful for today's exchange with the Indian All-Party Parliamentary Delegation. Germany and India share a trusted partnership, especially on global security. We also discussed the brutal 22 April terrorist attack in Pahalgam. I'm deeply shocked. Germany stands with India in the fight against terrorism," Laschet said.
"Now it's vital the ceasefire holds and dialogue continues. Peace serves us all," he said in a post on X.
The delegation leaders "noted momentum in India-German Strategic Partnership and joint role in ensuring global Peace and Security," the Embassy of India said in a post on X.
The Indian team also held a productive interaction with Omid Nouripour, Vice President of the German Parliament, and deeply appreciated Berlin's strong and unequivocal support for India's principled stand against terrorism.

zero tolerance for terrorism
in all its forms and manifestations," the India mission said.
The delegation arrived here on Thursday from Belgium to convey India's stance. India's Ambassador to Germany Ajit Gupte welcomed the delegation and briefed its members on India-Germany ties, with a focus on expanding strategic partnership and growing cooperation in trade and investment, defence, S&T and mobility.
A statement from the Indian Embassy here said that the delegation interacted with senior members of German Parliament (Bundestag) active in the fields of foreign policy and international affairs and a leading think-tank in Germany, the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) on day one.
Ending the day's engagements, the delegation also had an interaction with representatives from leading German think-tanks and eminent personalities at a reception hosted by Ambassador Gupte, the statement said.
The delegation includes MPs Daggubati Purandeswari, Priyanka Chaturvedi, Ghulam Ali Khatana, Amar Singh, Samik Bhattacharya, M Thambidurai and former minister of state M J Akbar and former diplomat Pankaj Saran.
The delegation is one of the seven multi-party delegations India has tasked to visit 33 global capitals to reach out to the international community to emphasise Pakistan's links to terrorism.
Tensions between India and Pakistan escalated after the Pahalgam terror attack, with India carrying out precision strikes on terror infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir on May 7.
The on-ground hostilities from Indian and Pakistan sides that lasted for four days ended with an understanding of stopping the military actions following talks between the directors general of military operations of both sides on May 10.

Majhi, based on intelligence reports, went to inspect sand being lifted illegally using excavators. When he opposed it, he was attacked. Police said the miscreants, mostly goons of the sand mafia, intercepted Majhi's car and tried to stop him from venturing into the sand lifting site in the river bed. Pujari announced free sand provision for Pradhan Mantri Awas beneficiaries, with a draft standard operating procedure (SOP) already in preparation to streamline the process. "The most important thing is how to facilitate the supply of sand at low cost to the lower middle class and poor. We will introduce the provision of issuing permits to beneficiaries of PM Awas to lift at least two tractor fulls of sand for free for construction of houses. The PM Awas will be free from the sand cost burden," Pujari told reporters. India seeks exemption from US' 10% baseline tariff
The fate of the 10% baseline tariffs that the Trump administration invoked on imports from all countries on April 2 is among the issues now at the heart of negotiations between New Delhi and Washington as they attempt to hammer out an early tranche of the trade deal, people aware of the matter have said. Delhi is not in favour of replicating, as suggested by the American negotiators, the approach in the trade deal struck between the US and the UK, where British goods are still subject to the baseline tariffs, these people added. According to a person with direct knowledge of the discussions, Indian negotiators are pushing for their American counterparts to remove the baseline 10% rate as well as commit to assurances that the additional 16%, due to be implemented on July 9, will be left off. An American negotiating team led by assistant US Trade Representative Brendan Lynch 4 landed in Delhi on June for what is the fifth time negotiators from either side have gone to the other's capital for face-to-face talks. The American delegation is expected to be in Delhi till June 10, longer than the previously expected two-day visit. The mini deal secured some concessions for the UK, but the 10% baseline tariff continued. Both partners are racing to conclude an interim, or regarded as an 'early harvest', deal before July 9, which will be followed by a wider first tranche of Bilateral Trade Agreement (BTA) by September-October 2025. After that a comprehensive BTA will be negotiated, they said. Focus is on enhancing diagnostic equipment in government hospitals, says Health Minister
The TDP-led NDA government in the State has evolved an action plan aimed at infusing a sense of discipline among doctors, bringing a change in their conduct towards patients and enhancing diagnostic equipment in government hospitals, according to Minister for Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare Satya Kumar Yadav. Addressing the media in Vijayawada on Saturday (June 7, 2025), the Minister took a jibe at the YSRCP, and said the NDA did not consider people who voted against them as 'back stabbers'. 'We try to fulfil the promises made to the people. We have worked with accountability and responsibility,' he said. Giving an account of the changes in the Primary Health sector, the Minister said, in recognition of the State's efforts in improving the implementation of the Centrally-sponsored schemes at the village level, the Centre sanctioned ₹100 crore for the State towards performance incentive. 'This is not a small thing. During the past five years, the Centre did not give any such incentive,' the Minister said, adding the present government secured funds, to the tune of ₹1,065 crore, from the Centre for construction of 3,318 buildings of Ayushman Aarogya Mandirs in the State. At present, many were being run in rented spaces. Pointing out that timely and reliable diagnostic confirmation of diseases was the first step in ensuring healthcare for all, he said the government procured more than 3,200 diagnostic equipment in the past one year and decided to conduct 47 types of diagnostic tests at the doorstep of the people through the '104' service vehicles. Referring to the Tirumala laddu episode, the Minister said the government was focussing on opening drug testing laboratories in Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada and Kurnool. New labs had been sanctioned for Tirumala, Eluru and Ongole. In line with Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu's vision of digitising healthcare, the Minister said an MoU had been signed with the Bill Gates Foundation for setting up Digital Health Command and Care Centre, strengthening Telemedicine services, supply chain management for drugs and consumables. Giving numbers as 'stastical evidence' of the change brought in by the present government, he said the attendance of doctors and other medical staff had increased by about 7.42% to 14.20%, OP services increased by about 8%, In-Patient (IP) services saw an improvement of 4% to 17.61%, lab tests saw an increase of 7.20%. He added that various surveys had shown that the public perception regarding availability of doctors in Government General Hospitals, their attitude, supply of free medicines improved. Talking about further plans, the Minister said the universal health insurance of up to ₹25 lakh would be rolled out soon. During an interaction with the mediapersons, the Minister said the COVID situation was not alarming in the State and that there were no restrictions on gathering. 'We have N95 masks, oxygen cylinders, beds, wards ready. However, the situation is not alarming and there is nothing to worry,' he said, adding that only those with comorbidities need to be extra careful. Health Special Chief Secretary M.T. Krishna Babu and Commissioner G. Veerapandian were present.
