‘Hrithik Roshan and Kapil Sharma don't wear wigs or patches; their hair is absolutely real': Celebrity hairstylist Aalim Hakim
Celebrity hairstylist Aalim Hakim said in a new interview that Bollywood actors don't wear hair patches or wigs, even though many of them are rumoured to. He said that he, in fact, doesn't have real hair himself. But Aalim claimed that stars such as Hrithik Roshan and Kapil Sharma have real hair. In his career, Aalim has styled every major actor, from Amitabh Bachchan to Ranbir Kapoor. His clients also include cricketing icons Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Virat Kohli.
In an interview with Hindi Rush, he was asked about the rumours that float around about Bollywood stars having fake hair. He said, 'I've heard these rumours, but let me tell you that they don't wear hair patches or wigs. To be very frank, my own hair is fake. I don't lie about it. Many people send me messages, saying that some actor's wig is excellent. And I tell them that they're mistaken.'

Asked directly about Hrithik Roshan and Kapil Sharma, he said, 'No, it's all real. None of them. Sabke asli baal hain boss. I cut their hair myself. Fake hair wouldn't react the same way as real hair on camera. Like Hrithik's chopper shot in War. Not only does he have real hair, he has great quality hair. Everybody has great hair.' Touching his own head, he said with a laugh, 'This is fake.'
In an interaction with his father Rakesh Roshan, Hrithik had joked about the men their family being bald. 'Ye baalon ka kissa hamari family mei arson se hai (This discussion over hair has been there in our family for a long time),' he said in an interview with Pinkvilla. Rakesh recalled an anecdote from the past, when a mediaperson had predicted that Hrithik would go bald as well. 'This person came to me and said, 'Aapke baal nahi hai, aapke bete ke bhi udd jayenge, phir kya karega (You are bald and your son will also lose his hair. What will he do then)?' I said you have hair, what have you done?' The director than added, 'I told him 'Even if he loses his hair, he will not lose his kismet. Lakerein baalon mei nahi hote, baalon ke neeche hote hai',' he said, pointing to his forehead.

However, do you know about the largest set being built for an Indian movie? Superstar Mahesh Babu and director SS Rajamouli are joining hands for the first time with the tentatively titled SSMB29. The magnum opus, touted as one of the most expensive ventures ever made in India, will feature a grand film set worth Rs 50 crore. According to reports, the makers of the upcoming adventure film have recreated the entire city of Kashi in Hyderabad. Being set partly in Varanasi, the makers have crafted the ghats and temples in the city owing to the logistical constraints of shooting on location. With the Rebel Star in the lead, the movie has Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan, Sanjay Dutt, and many more in key roles. Celebrity hair stylist Aalim Hakim rubbishes rumours about Hrithik Roshan and Kapil Sharma wearing hair patches: 'I personally cut their hair'
Celebrity hairstylist Aalim Hakim is known for cutting the hair of most big celebs - be it actors or cricketers like Virat Kohli , Ranbir Kapoor , Abhishek Bachchan , Hrithik Roshan among many others. While many feel that most actors wear wigs or hair patches, in a recent interview, Aalim has addressed these rumours and said that most of them aren't true. Aalim confidently spoke about Hrithik's hair and also about Kapil Sharma . He said, during a chat with Hindi Rush, "Ironically, I don't have real hair myself,' he confessed with a chuckle. 'But as far as the actors go, they don't wear wigs or hairpieces. I work closely with them—I know.' 'I personally cut their hair. If it were fake, it wouldn't behave the same way on camera. For instance, Hrithik's chopper scene in War—that hair movement, that texture—it's all real and top quality,' he explained. When asked about the origin of the constant chatter, Aalim said he often receives messages from people praising the "wigs" of certain stars. 'They've got it all wrong,' he added. 'Meanwhile, I'm the one with the fake hair—and I don't hide it.' Hrithik Roshan himself once joked about the subject during a chat with Pinkvilla, referencing a family legacy of hair loss. 'In our family, discussions about hair—or the lack of it—have been going on for generations,' he quipped. His father, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, recalled a journalist telling him Hrithik would also go bald one day. Rakesh had calmly replied, 'Even if he loses his hair, he won't lose his fate. Luck doesn't lie in the hair; it lies beneath it,' he said, gesturing to his forehead.
