Despite being available on all platforms, Blitz Royale is actually made for mobiles. This is a great push from Epic Games after its legal war against Apple to finally successfully bring Fortnite back to iOS devices. And also Valorant Mobile is near, Fortnite doesn't want to leave a single spot to its competitors in the field of mobile gaming.

Blitz Royale is a new mode in Fortnite
which lasts up to just 5 minutes, with a maximum of 32 players in each match. Every player on a small map starts with the same random Medallion or unique weapon, posing the same advantage for all the players.
However, players can increase their Blitz level as they progress through the match by eliminating opponents and surviving the Storm circles. That is why Blitz Royale is dubbed as a roguelike mode. Increasing the Blitz level means getting more powerful weapons and power-ups called Boons. Players can look for Golden Chests and Golden Supply drops for even more power-ups and Medallions respectively.
Not only that, the Blitz Royale mode will also introduce four weekly updates. Each upcoming update will replace the immediate previous update content like weapons. Here are they:

Players can get the Blitz Knight Outfit and Blitz Brella Glider for absolutely free via this recently launched game mode. In order to get the outfit, players need to reach 15 Account Levels in the game or earn the top 10 spot 20 times in Blitz Royale. Whereas winning the Blitz Royale mode three times will grant the players the glider.
Those who are looking to make the most out of the Blitz Royale mode in Fortnite should keep in mind that this is a limited time event and will be available until July 15, 2025 at 9 AM ET. However, the outfit and the glider might become purchasable later in the in-game shop.
