Gambling company offers vulgar bets after two WNBA games are interrupted by flying sex toys
BetOnline.ag has six futures bets about a possible next act for sex toys at a WNBA game, which could all be combined into a parlay.
One bet asks for the color of the sex toy, with six different options, should the device not be green, like the previous two disruptions. A separate bet asks whether it will be green at all.
Another bet asks how the sex toy will be handled first by whoever takes it off the court, with hands or feet being the options.
A third wager asks which half of the court will be the landing spot for the dildo - the home team's or the away side.
A sport crossover bet asks if the next sex toy thrown onto the court at a WNBA game will be the same color as the Gatorade poured on Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni after he led his team to victory in February's Super Bowl.
Sky star Kamilla Cardoso saw the funny side as she joked about the incident with teammates
In shocking scenes during the Chicago Sky's game against the Golden State Valkyries on Friday, the sex object was hurled from the stands during the third quarter.
Officials swiftly stopped the game and swept the bright green object aside, as players and coaches stood bemused at the bizarre incident.
The commentators were equally as puzzled as they said: 'We have a whistle away from the basketball. An object has been thrown onto the court'.
Sky star Kamilla Cardoso, however, evidently saw the funny side to the incident after being seen giggling with teammates while they game was brought to a stop.
Officials eventually swept the fluorescent green object to the side before one team member picked it up - using a towel - and disposed of it.
It's fair to say that officials handled the situation with far more efficiency compared to the incident that occurred just four days before.
During the Atlanta Dream's clash against Valkyries on Tuesday night, a similar looking object was thrown from the stands however officials let the possession continue.
Eventually, once the possession came to an end, officials brought an abrupt halt to the game as they addressed the bizarre situation.
Players, coaches and fans were left bemused by the incident and evidently so were the broadcast team, who briefly cut to a close up of the sex toy.
Eventually, after a minute of deliberation, the sex toy was collected by a police officer who had been courtside and was taken away.
Footage appeared to show the officer being handed a piece of cloth by a fan, in order to pick up the lewd object.
The betting website appears to have removed the WNBA futures bets about the sex toy on Saturday afternoon.

Chiefs player Felix Anudike-Uzomah to miss entire NFL season
By MAX WINTERS, US DEPUTY SPORTS EDITOR The Kansas City Chiefs have placed Felix Anudike-Uzomah on injured reserve, meaning he will miss the entire NFL season. The defensive end, a former first-round draft pick, will be sidelined for the foreseeable future with a hamstring injury. He picked up the injury during Friday's preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks while chasing down rookie quarterback Jalen Milroe. Anudike-Uzomah eventually pulled up on the sideline. 'That's a tough thing,' Reid said Monday. 'He's worked hard... It is disappointing for him, I know, because he works so stinking hard.' It is a major blow to Patrick Mahomes and his teammates' hopes of regaining their Super Bowl crown after February's heavy loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in New Orleans. Anudike-Uzomah, who grew up 13 miles from Arrowhead Stadium, has played in 34 games for the Chiefs, starting three times. He has made eight tackles for loss, three sacks, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. His career highlight so far was a sack on C.J. Stroud in their playoff win over the Houston Texans last season. The Chiefs also waived running back Elijah Young, re-signed defensive end Owen Carney and added linebacker Xander Mueller on Monday. The reigning AFC champions did have some good news last week, however, when it was announced that Rashee Rice will be available for the first four games of the season. The wide receiver will have a disciplinary hearing with the NFL on September 30 in New York after causing a chain-reaction crash last year on a Dallas highway that left multiple people injured. Rice still has to serve a 30-day jail sentence in the future for. He already agreed to pay more than $1million in a settlement with the victims. Rice is returning from a knee injury that cut short his sophomore season in the NFL following a standout rookie campaign. He would be eligible to play the first four games, including a Super Bowl rematch against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 2, before his hearing.

Tommy Fleetwood arrives at East Lake as relatable contender on brink of greatness
The widespread euphoria that surrounded Rory McIlroy's Masters triumph served as the finest example of a moment when golf observers want a player to win. This, after all, is supposed to be a non-tribal environment aside from the weekend every two years when Europe face USA and people on either side of the ropes take leave of their senses. Golf's next pursuit of the holy grail belongs to Tommy Fleetwood. Defeat from positions of strength at the Travelers and St Jude championships threw up an unwanted statistic. In 163 PGA Tour starts, Fleetwood is yet to emerge victorious. As striking as that raw number – Fleetwood's talent is such that one assumes he should have claimed a batch of trophies in the US – is the fact people are willing him to end his drought. Fleetwood is relatable, likable, popular. He also has no objection to the discussion presently whirling around him. 'I'm not going to feed you lies and say: 'Oh, in Memphis I thought I did everything great, or Travelers I didn't do anything wrong,'' Fleetwood said. 'Of course I got things wrong down the stretch and it didn't happen for me. 'You learn from those experiences. I would rather you be questioning me about not finishing tournaments off than not questioning me at all about anything. So I've obviously shown a lot of really good stuff and put myself in great positions. 'I just want to put myself there again. I want to give myself another chance. I'll finish it off at some point. I'll get it right and I'll get it right more than once. But being there is actually the hard part, in a way. 'I don't feel like I have to rattle off all the good stuff. I just need to be aware of it, know that I'm doing the right things and know that there's still things that I can get better. I use the disappointments as motivation and I use the good stuff as confidence boosting.' At East Lake this week, another PGA Tour season will conclude. Scottie Scheffler will look to press his dominance of the game by lifting the Tour Championship and FedEx Cup. Just as fate eventually smiled on McIlroy, a two-hour drive away in April, could it finally be Tommy's time? His reliability and close shave history is emphasised by six runner-up finishes on the PGA Tour, the same number of thirds, 30 top 50s and 44 top 10s. He is the 10th-ranked player in the world. 'Best case scenario coming down the stretch at East Lake with a chance to win,' Fleetwood said. 'Whether I get it right or not, whether it happens or not, whether someone plays better or not, I'll talk about that at the time. But I would love to get there and give myself that chance again.' In short, the 34-year-old has not been burned by falling short. 'It's funny really, you walk off the course on Sunday last week and I was happier with a fourth place finish than I was with a third in Memphis,' Fleetwood said. 'It's a strange game that way. I am very happy with the consistency of my golf and the level I've been playing at. Golf is a crazy game. You never know what you're going to turn up with week in and week out but this year has been a very good year.' Fleetwood knows how to get over the line. He has done it eight times elsewhere in the world. Fleetwood has also been successful when involved in tight scraps. The nature of recent events, as opposed to core results, is what has brought Fleetwood's situation into sharp focus. He missed out on a playoff in Memphis by a shot, having led by two with three holes to play. At the Travelers, Keegan Bradley usurped Fleetwood after the Southport man three-putted the 72nd hole. Fleetwood was clearly dejected during post-tournament media duties at both but there was no raw moment, no smashed club, no fist through a window. Yes, the smile had vanished but not for long. 'I get disappointed and I get angry,' Fleetwood said. 'I've thrown the odd club in the water when I'm out there and maybe feel a bit better for a while. But I'm not that great at being angry. It just doesn't suit me. I just kind of let it go. I work really hard on letting things go, moving on. Not that much great comes from those moments of anger. 'But like I say, like anybody, I get disappointed, I get frustrated, I get angry. I doubt myself. Of course I do. It's all part of being a professional athlete and part of trying to chase your dreams and accomplish great things against unbelievable golfers.'

Fever lose G Sophie Cunningham to season-ending knee injury
August 19 - The Indiana Fever's injury woes continued after guard Sophie Cunningham was ruled out for rest of the season Tuesday because of a right knee injury. Cunningham was injured in the second quarter of the Fever's 99-93 overtime win over the host Connecticut Sun on Sunday after teammate Bria Hartley ran into her while making a pass. She was ruled out for the remainder of the game and later diagnosed with an MCL tear, according to multiple media reports. Indiana (19-16) was playing without star guard Caitlin Clark (right groin) for the 13th straight game. The Fever also lost guards Aari McDonald (foot) and Sydney Colson (knee) earlier this month with season-ending injuries. To replace Cunningham on the roster, the Fever signed veteran guard Shey Peddy to a seven-day hardship contract and also released rookie guard Kyra Lambert. Cunningham, who turned 29 on Saturday, averaged 8.6 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 25.2 minutes in 30 games (13 starts) in her first season with the Fever. She gained national attention earlier this season when she came to Clark's defense during an in-game altercation. Cunningham played her first six seasons in the WNBA with the Phoenix Mercury (2019-24) and averaged 7.7 points, 2.7 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 22.8 minutes in 182 regular-season games (92 starts). Cunningham also averaged 5.8 points, 2.2 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 19.5 minutes in 15 playoff games (six starts) for Phoenix. The Mercury selected Cunningham in the second round (13th overall) in the 2019 WNBA Draft out of Missouri. Indiana acquired her as part of a 10-team trade on Feb. 2. Peddy, 36, played in six games (five starts) earlier this season for the Los Angeles Sparks on a hardship contract and averaged 5.0 points, 2.7 assists and 23.0 minutes. For her career, Peddy has averaged 5.9 points, 2.3 assists and 18.7 minutes in 122 regular-season games (34 starts) for the Washington Mystics (2019-20), Mercury (2020-23) and Sparks. Lambert, 28, appeared in Sunday's game for Indiana and played the final five seconds. --Field Level Media
