
JAF delivers aid through new airdrops with international participation
JAF said in a statement that the airdrop included military cargo planes from the Royal Jordanian Air Force planes, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Italy, the Netherlands, and Greece, all carrying 52 tonnes of aid in total.
Since the resumption of airdrop operations on 27 July, the JAF has now conducted 150 airdrops, in addition to 314 with international partners, delivering a total of 571 tonnes of aid.

AMMAN — A new Jordanian aid convoy carrying essential food supplies crossed into the Gaza Strip on Sunday, according to a statement from the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHCO). JHCO said that it will continue to deliver aid through multiple channels, including coordinated airdrops, overland convoys, and the operation of field hospitals., in coordination with Jordan Armed Forces -Arab Army to bolster Gaza's strained medical infrastructure.

The General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces – Arab Army / Directorate of Personnel Affairs has announced its need to recruit a number of males holding a General Secondary Education Certificate (pass) to join military community colleges within the comprehensive diploma program and the technical program, subject to specific conditions for the year 2025/2026. اضافة اعلان The Command clarified that the study costs will be covered by the Jordanian Armed Forces – Arab Army, along with a cadet soldier salary according to regulations throughout the study period. According to a statement issued on Sunday, those selected will be granted the rank of Sergeant for graduates of the Medical Devices Institute, Corporal for graduates of the comprehensive diploma, and First Soldier for technicians. The statement added that those who achieve first and second place in the Intermediate University Certificate (Comprehensive) exam will be sent to Jordanian universities to obtain a bachelor's degree at the expense of the Jordanian Armed Forces – Arab Army. Applicants wishing to register for military community colleges are invited to apply electronically through the official website of the Directorate of Personnel Affairs / Military Recruitment Center ( which will be activated free of charge starting at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, until 6:00 PM on Monday, August 25, 2025.
