Mob Wives star Renee Graziano has revealed the incredible results she achieved after using Mounjaro.
Mounjaro, which like Ozempic is an injectable originally developed to treat diabetes, has been taken by a range of celebrities.
Now Renee, the daughter of a former consigliere to the Bonnano mafia family, has become one of the latest famous faces to shed pounds with the help of the drug.
The star, 55, shared photos on Instagram displaying her slimmed-down figure.
She wrote in the caption: 'OH BABY IM DOWN 52lbs … I love sharing my weight-loss journey with y'all because truthfully, I've been so hard on myself behind the scenes.
'I've battled self-criticism in the past! Ripped myself down to the ground!! I truly was so sick and tired of my life and my inability to lose weight so I thought I'd eat until I felt better.
'THAT NEVER HAPPENED, I felt like I was constantly falling short - of how I 'should' look, feel, and keep up with what society tells us is acceptable.
'That's why, when I see photos that show the real, visible change, My clear eyes and genuine smile I have to share. I want everyone to know if I can do it you can do it! it's all possible!!'
Renee dished: 'Between taking my weekly MOUNJARO shot for the first five months, then making sure I took the right supplements (dm me I will share what take) weekly chats with my therapist and doing all the work behind my insecurity, I haven't felt the need for a plastic surgery short cut'
'Although I do believe whatever makes you happy and doesn't jeopardize your life do it!' confessing she uses 'a little Botox' and a 'touch of lip filler'.
'The substantial amount of weight that I have lost really has made me feel and look younger than I have in a long time,' she wrote. 'My mind is clear and my body has transformed, and more importantly, so has my confidence.
'Whatever goal you're working toward, know this: you can do it. Be patient. Be kind to yourself. And don't give up. But always remember if your like me your recovery must come first!!'

Donald Trump was in the audience for Wednesday's performance for what amounts to a busman's holiday. The narrative explores issues of social justice, love, and the enduring power of human compassion amidst a backdrop of poverty and revolution. Not everyone shares the president's vision of those themes. Indeed his presence drew what can only be described as mixed reviews from his fellow theatre goers - cheers and boos in equal measure as he waved from the front row of the circle. The script of Les Miserables barely presents a break from the day job - Trump won't be the only one getting a sense of art imitating life, as the real thing plays out on the streets of LA. It is the first show the president has chosen to attend since he made sweeping changes at the iconic venue, prompting an outcry and accusations that he was politicising art and 'MAGAfying' the venerated institution. According to CNN, a number of Les Miserables cast members had planned to sit out the performance in protest. The Kennedy Center is a prestigious venue that showcases the best of American performance art. More than 2,000 shows per year include the famous honours ceremony, an annual event that celebrates artists who have made a significant contribution to US culture. Honourees through the years have included Joni Mitchell, Aretha Franklin, the Grateful Dead and Francis Ford Coppola. Following his election in November, Trump made himself chairman of the Kennedy Center's board and replaced members with political loyalists. Traditionally, the board has been made up of individuals from across the political spectrum; after his election, Trump got rid of 18 members and replaced them with political soulmates, including his chief of staff Susie Wiles and Fox presenters Laura Ingraham and Maria Bartiromo.
