Fans angry after another music festival bites the dust
Listen Out has been cancelled for 2025, with a post shared on social media saying it could happen due to not being able to curate a 'cultural and energetic' lineup that 'flows' between musicians and fans.
'Okay...deep breath. This one's tough. Listen Out won't be going ahead this year,' the post said.
'We've always tried to build something special where the lineup reflects the culture and the energy flows both ways between the artists and you...The last few years have been tough.
'So, we're hitting pause on Listen Out as you know it. But we're not going anywhere.'
Instead, the team behind the popular festival will introduce Listen Out Presents.
A 'one off carefully curated parties in killer locations around Australia all year long'.

Perth has been confirmed as a location for this featuring 'some of the best artists in the world'.
'We're still here for the good times...just in a new way. We're not saying anything else...for now,' the post continued.
Disappointed music lovers took to the comments section of the post with messages of outrage.
'This is not okay,' one fan said.
Another fan said: 'Had me excited for it.'
'That's a joke, where are all the good festivals going? I was counting on listen out to pull though ugh,' a third added.
Some people felt jipped by the fact the festival had last month teased the event and encouraged fans to 'Sign up for Listen Out '25' for updates.
The cancellation comes after last year's headliners pulled out within days of the event.
South African R&B singer Tyla and US rapper Flo Milli cancelled their Australian trip just two days before they were set to take the stage at venues in Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Sydney.
Aussie artist Lithe and American DJ John Summit also pulled out.
Summit addressed his cancellation in a TikTok video after the event happened saying: 'A lot of American artists dropped from this festival for 'personal reasons''.

Hannah Waddingham compares Ted Lasso to 'beloved dead dog' which has been 'exhumed'
Hannah Waddingham says Ted Lasso season four is like a "beloved dog that was buried" and now "exhumed". The 50-year-old actress will return as AFC Richmond owner Rebecca Welton in the Apple TV+ sports comedy-drama - which follows the story of an American football coach (Jason Sudeikis) hired to manage the fictional UK football team AFC Richmond - two years after most people involved thought the show had ended with the third run. Hannah told Variety: 'It feels like it was the most beautiful, beloved dog that was buried, and now we've exhumed it, and I am here for it. 'I was hankering and hankering and hankering and hankering to see where Rebecca had gone, where she was going to. "She's my girl. She's in my bloodstream, so I'm thrilled that it's been exhumed.' Hannah's performance as Rebecca in the episode All Apologies earned her a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series in 2021. Now, she's excited to immerse herself in the character for another stint. She added: "I can't wait to get involved with that and put my penneth in and go shopping for her looks.' Back in March, Kason Sudeikis - who also serves as executive producer of the multi-Emmy winning global phenomenon - confirmed it was coming back for more episodes. He said in a statement: "As we all continue to live in a world where so many factors have conditioned us to 'look before we leap', in season four, the folks at AFC Richmond learn to leap before they look, discovering that wherever they land, it's exactly where they're meant to be.' Although a release date wasn't confirmed, Apple TV+ was "thrilled" Ted Lasso is coming back. Matt Cherniss, head of programming for Apple TV+, said: "Ted Lasso has been nothing short of a juggernaut, inspiring a passionate fanbase all over the world, and delivering endless joy and laughter, all while spreading kindness, compassion and unwavering belief. 'Everyone at Apple is thrilled to be continuing our collaboration with Jason and the brilliant creative minds behind this show.'

Pascal's fame stretches Down Under for Fantastic Four
Stars of the upcoming Fantastic Four film have graced Australian shores for its local launch. Actor Pedro Pascal, who plays the stretchy superhero Reed Richards, headlined the promotional event in Sydney for Fantastic Four: First Steps - the third silver-screen incarnation of the comic-book series and first in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Pascal, star of The Mandalorian and The Last of Us, makes his first appearance leading a superhero movie as his star continues to rise. The first Fantastic Four film in 2005 and its 2007 sequel were commercially successful but received a mixed critical reception, before a 2015 reboot panned by audiences and critics alike. This latest iteration, from TV mini-series WandaVision director Matt Shakman, stars Pascal as Richards - also known as Mister Fantastic - who can stretch any part of his body at will to superhuman lengths. The others in the titular quartet stepping out in Sydney are Vanessa Kirby (Sue Storm/Invisible Woman), Ebon Moss-Bachrach (Ben Grimm/The Thing) and Joseph Quinn (Johnny Storm/Human Torch). Kirby shares an interesting trait with her on-screen persona, with both actor and character sporting baby bumps. In the film, the Four "must defend earth from a ravenous space god called Galactus (Ralph Ineson) and his enigmatic Herald, Silver Surfer (Julia Garner)". The action happens on parallel planet Earth-828 and features elements of 1960s culture and futuristic technology. The return of the Fantastic Four to the silver screen will lead into the 2026 release of the next Avengers film, Avengers: Doomsday, the film's producer and Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige said in June. Jessica Biel's 'peak shape' only maintainable if she lives 'strictest, most rigid lifestyle'
Jessica Biel was in "peak shape" in thriller series The Better Sister. The 43-year-old actress - who is married to pop star Justin Timberlake - has been inundated with compliments for the new Amazon Prime Video series, and one fan praised her look while her character Chloe Taylor was wearing a $1,190 white Proenza Schouler Selena Twist Back Crepe dress. But Jessica insisted the shape she was in for the show is "not maintainable unless you are living the strictest, most rigid lifestyle with your nutrition and fitness". Speaking in a TikTok video, she said: "I just felt I wanted to share that that peak shape in the show is not maintainable unless you are living the strictest, most rigid lifestyle with your nutrition and fitness, which I cannot do. "So, I'm currently back on my plan to get a little bit back towards that shape." After doing a series of exercises in the clip, including Romanian deadlifts, goblet step through lunges, hip thrusts, hamstring curls, and cable med glute kickbacks, Jessica admitted she was feeling fatigued and told how she adjusts her workouts depending on what her body "needs to do". She said: "I'm tired. My body's not 20 years old anymore, you know? "So, I'm adjusting my workout to what I need to do." The Sinner star also admitted building muscle is a "key" part of her workout routine. She added: "You've got to build muscle. That's a key part of my particular routine. And a ton of flexibility. "I hope it wasn't totally boring. Thanks for checking it out. Let's get older and stronger together!" While Jessica has plenty of fans on social media, she also has a huge supporter at home - her husband Justin. After the actress turned 41 in March 2023, he gushed about her on Instagram: " "Let me tell y'all about this human… she is the most bad***, most graceful, most gorgeous DREAM of a partner I could have ever wished for. And today is her bday! I'm so glad you were born, my love. And, I'm so lucky that you are choosing to do this thing called life with me. Aging like a FINE [wine emoji] !!!! I love you to the moon and back. (sic)"
