Des automobilistes, qui n'étaient pas conscients du niveau de l'eau et qui ont été surpris par le débit soudain, se sont retrouvés coincés dans les flots.

« Les occupants ont dû sortir sur le toit de leur voiture pour se mettre en sécurité. On a demandé l'assistance de l'escouade de sauvetage nautique du service incendie pour leur venir en aide », explique la porte-parole Sandra Dion du Service de police de la Ville de Québec.
