CWTI Closed Private Placement – $209,450
GUELPH, Ontario, June 03, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Current Water Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: WATR) ('CWTI' or 'the Company') announces that the private placement announced May 26, 2025 with total proceeds of $209,450 CAD is now closed. The Company has raised a total of $209,450 and issued 6,981,667 units at a price of $0.03 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one Common Share and one Share Purchase Warrant ('Warrant'). One Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one Common Share at an exercise price of $0.06 per Share, which is exercisable for a period of three (3) years from the date of closing. All securities issued pursuant to the Private Placement will be subject to a four month and one day hold period, in accordance with applicable securities laws. In connection with the Private Placement, the Company has paid no finder's fees.
