Cameron Diaz Is Being Praised After A Clip Of Her Answering 'Distasteful' And 'Racially Charged' Questions About Working With Nicki Minaj Resurfaced Online
Cameron Diaz is being praised after a resurfaced clip of her shutting down a journalist's 'micro-aggression' against rapper Nicki Minaj went viral on TikTok. For reference, Cameron and Nicki worked together on the 2014 movie The Other Women, which was also the rapper's live-action acting debut.
In the clip, which was filmed on a red carpet, the reporter begins her interview with Cameron by asking: 'How terrifying is Nicki Minaj in real life?'
'Oh my god, not at all,' Cameron immediately replies. 'She's the sweetest. She came to our set and she was so fantastic, she was so prepared, she was so dynamic. She delivered literally like this, like, immediately, and we were like: 'Right on!''
'And she was so sweet!' the star continues. 'She was so humble. She'd flown in the night before from some awards show, went straight to set, got ready, and came to set — she was all business.'
But the journalist wasn't deterred by Cameron's wholly positive response, and without acknowledging anything that Cameron had said, she goes on to ask: 'What's her bum like in real life?'
'I don't know if I need to be commenting on that!' Cameron exclaims. 'She's a beautiful woman, I'll tell you that. She's dead stunning, drop-dead gorgeous. So beautiful.'
While several years old, the interview was recently posted to TikTok, where it has racked up more than half a million views, thousands of likes, and hundreds of comments — with many viewers taking the time to praise Cameron for how she handled the inappropriate questions.

One of the top comments, which has 11k likes, simply reads: 'what type of questions are those!?!?!? 🥲🥲,' while others said that the questions were 'racially charged.' One person wrote: 'This folks is what they call micro aggression!'
'That question was racially charged and Cameron was like no girl don't do that,' another echoed. One more added: 'These questions are so distasteful. Love Cameron!'
'Why would be she be terrifying?' somebody else inquired. While another said: 'They really tried to set my girl up 😭'
'Cameron Diaz answering toxic questions with kindness and politeness while still setting boundaries. Amazing. 👏🏻' another comment reads. One more echoes: 'Cameron is a girls girl and classy with it too. Love that.'
'Cameron CLEARED that messy reporter🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰' another user added, while somebody else wrote: 'the way Cameron cut the interview off after that second question is so classy.'
One more simply concluded: 'Cameron really handled that well.'
Kate Upton and Leslie Mann also starred in The Other Woman, and in a promotional video for the movie, which was filmed with Yahoo Celeb UK in 2014, Kate acknowledged that Nicki was 'overwhelmed' on set.

When asked what it was like to work with the musician, Leslie couldn't contain her laughter as she said: 'Nicki Minaj never remembered my name, she just referred to me as 'lady,' she was like: 'Uhm, that lady,' and I was like: 'Yes!''
'You know why she probably didn't remember your name?' Kate then pointed out. 'It's because she was really overwhelmed.'
Nicki only worked on one other live-action movie after The Other Woman, and that is the 2016 comedy Barbershop: The Next Cut, for which she was nominated for an acting Teen Choice Award.

Black Cat's Unexpected Hiding Place Leaves Internet in Stitches
Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. A mischievous cat named Kiki has left internet users in hysterics after her owner revealed her unusual hiding spot in a viral TikTok video. The hilarious clip shared on Monday under the username @ninjalys322 starts with what looks like a regular fast food bag sitting on the floor, however, as the poster opens it, she finds her black cat just chilling inside. "McDonald's bag, and my Happy Meal!" the poster says, as Kiki is filmed licking a napkin with leftover sauce. Whether it's food bags, closets, or cardboard boxes, cats are know for loving all sorts of hiding spaces. But why? Cats Protection says that if there's no medical reason for your cat to hide and they're not feeling stressed, hiding can be a pretty normal behavior for them, inherited from their wild ancestors. Domestic cats spend at least 12 hours a day sleeping, and finding an isolated place to do so can help them feel warm and comfortable. Because they are more vulnerable in their sleep, their natural instincts tell them to sleep in hidden place, where they can feel totally safe and relaxed. Often, cats also hide when they're feeling playful, imitating their wild ancestors' hunting behavior, hiding before pouncing on whatever is moving near them, which in the case of a house cat would probably at a toy, or a foot! The video quickly went viral on TikTok and it has so far received over 767,200 views and 172,900 likes on the platform. A stock image shows a cat hiding inside a grocery bag. I had a black kitty that I called my baby more then its name or I would always say the world baby after calling its name. Btw [by the way] my kitties name was ninja. So it either was baby or ninja baby nothing else." said: "My little Bombay boy also loves to hide in bags! Most of the time it's to sneak out at jump at my feet! He's a prankster." Another user, Bree, wrote: "I too, have a void that self identifies as fast food. He prefers though to destroy the bags if he deems them too small." Powerball draw 1517: Lucky Aussie wins ENTIRE $100 million jackpot
One lucky Aussie's life has just changed forever after taking out Powerball's incredible $100 million jackpot. Australia's newest multi-millionaire was the only winner in tonight's draw, which was Powerball's biggest jackpot of the year. The jackpot doubled after last week's $50m draw failed to be won. While not many details are known about the winner yet, they now officially share the title of Australia's third-highest lottery winner. What is known is that the ticket was purchased in either NSW or the ACT. With this week's massive offering, officials from The Lott anticipated up to half of all adults in the country would be purchasing a ticket. Tonight's winning numbers are: 28, 10, 3, 16, 31, 14 and 21, with the all-important Powerball number 6. The last big win was back in early May, when a man from Cessnock in NSW became an instant multi-millionaire with an incredible $30m win. He burst into uncontrollable laughter when he heard the good news, and said he saw the win as a sign of good things to come after having a "rough trot" lately. 'I just had this ticket on the fridge. I was looking at it this afternoon and thought, 'wouldn't it be lovely to win'," he told The Lott. 'The ticket was there with all the bills. There will be no more worrying about bills now. I don't care if I get a bill now!" Only six Aussies know what it's like to win $100m. One of those lucky winners was a Queensland woman who took home half of the record-breaking $200m Powerball jackpot last February. Reflecting on her win more than a year on, the new millionaire revealed she's since embraced a sea change, relocating from the suburb of Hawthorne in Brisbane to a serene coastal home. "I often speak with my partner about the version of us from last year to now, and if only we knew what was to come," she said. "On a day-to-day basis, not a huge amount has changed. I still get up for the 6am gym session, and the dog still needs to be walked and fed. The longer-term vision we have for our life is slowly coming together." Do you have a story tip? Dutch royal family shares health update after Princess Catharina-Amalia, 21, rushed to hospital
The future queen of the Netherlands underwent surgery to repair a fracture to her upper arm after she was hospitalized during a horseback-riding accident, the Dutch royal family said. Princess Catharina-Amalia, the 21-year-old heir to the Dutch throne and daughter of King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima, broke her arm after being thrown from her horse on Tuesday. On Wednesday, the Dutch Royal Palace confirmed that Catharina-Amalia, who is known as Princess of Orange, will remain under the watchful eye of doctors and nurses at UMC Utrecht this week. The royals have been forced to hit the brakes on their busy schedule as several engagements have been postponed to a later date. The Princess Royal, 74, spent a total of five days in the hospital with head injuries following a horse-related incident last June. The ordeal has left her with minor wounds to the head, which are consistent with impact from a horse's head or legs. The royal — who is King Charles' only sister — was concussed and experienced subsequent memory loss after she was struck by a horse on the grounds of her Gatcombe Park estate. 5 The royals have been forced to hit the brakes on their busy schedule as a result of the accident. / Speaking about the ordeal the following month, Anne told the BBC, 'It just reminds you, shows you — you never quite know, something [happens] and you might not recover.' The princess added that the experience taught her that 'every day is a bonus.' 'You're jolly lucky…if you can continue to be more or less compos mentis, and last summer I was very close to not being. Take each day as it comes, they say.' Advertisement It's not the first time Anne has experienced memory loss as a result of a horse-related incident. At the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal — at which she represented Great Britain — the then-26-year-old suffered a bad jump that prompted her to fall. 5 The 21-year-old is the heir to the Dutch throne. Anne — who is often regarded as one of the hardest-working royals within the Firm — is expected to ride horseback at the Trooping the Colour ceremony Saturday alongside Prince William and Prince Edward.
