Victoria Beckham leaves fans in stitches as she reenacts iconic Friends massage on husband David in hilarious new clip

Daily Mail17-05-2025

Victoria Beckham left fans in stitches after hilariously recreating a famous Friends moment while giving husband David Beckham a massage.
The former England footballer, 50, took to Instagram on Saturday to share a light-hearted clip of Victoria, 51, behind him as he held the camera.
In the video, the fashion designer playfully tapped a metal spoon against David's neck, mimicking a scene from the beloved sitcom.
The clip then cut to the iconic Friends episode where David Schwimmer 's character, Ross, uses wooden spoons during a massage session in one of the show's most memorable moments.
Alongside the post, David penned: 'Me 'can u massage my shoulders please Victoria.' '"my hands are not strong enough for your shoulders and neck" So here was the alternative thanks @DavidSchwimmer for the inspiration.'
Fans were quick to flood the comments with laughter, praising the couple's sense of humour.
They said: 'Could be worse, at least she's not using forks,'; 'Lol The F.R.I.E.N.D.S. comedy series reference,';
'So David is a fan of Friends also,'; 'You two are awesome! I'm laughing,';
'She is doing much better than Ross,'; 'U r hilarious.'
It comes after Victoria shared snaps from a lavish evening out with her close friends of 20-years, while her estranged son Brooklyn teased his latest project.
The beauty proved the importance of long-lasting relationships with her sweet Instagram tribute to her pals amid her ongoing feud with Brooklyn.
Victoria was dressed in an all-black ensemble and styled her long brunette locks in a glamorous blowdry as she cosied up to her best pals inside the restaurant.
Meanwhile, her son Brooklyn, 26, is preparing to host a summer soiree with Airbnb in Los Angeles, with tickets staring at £113.
Guests will enjoy a welcome drink and learn how to mix a 'signature sip', before watching a live cooking demo.
They will also get tips for setting up a breathtaking dinner table, before joining Brooklyn by the pool for dessert and a Cloud23 parting gift.
On the event page, Brooklyn is described 'a culinary entrepreneur and the founder of Cloud23.'
It goes on to add: 'Recently, I have spent much of my time discovering the joy of the food industry through collaborations, cultural exploration, and innovative recipes.
'Beyond exploring the culinary arts, I have partnered with global brands such as Whole Foods, Mugler, Burberry, Bailey's, Formula E, Tiffany's, and BMW.'
It comes as Victoria and husband David are currently 'heartbroken' over the family feud after son Brooklyn and daughter-in-law Nicola were a noticeable no-show at the footballer's 50th birthday celebrations earlier this month.

David is allegedly 'desperate to make amends with his son Brooklyn as he fears history is repeating itself' following his bitter fall out with his father Ted in 2005.
Meanwhile David and Victoria reportedly feel 'blindsided' by their eldest son Brooklyn's new friendship with their 'ex pals' Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
The Sussexes, whom were once 'friends' of Posh and Becks before a messy fall out, are said to be 'secretly supporting' Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz through their 'similar family feuds', sources claimed.
They allegedly had Brooklyn and Nicola over for dinner at their mansion in Montecito, California in recent weeks where the women had a 'deep and meaningful' chat and shared a bond after being accused by critics of being 'homewreckers' and women who 'tear apart their husbands' families'.
But Brooklyn's new unlikely friendship with the Sussexes has come as a blow for his parents, after they allegedly fell out after a row over allegations of leaking stories to the press.
Friends of David and Victoria reportedly told The Sun: 'David and Victoria were blindsided by the news - they didn't see it coming. Of course it's a bit weird for them as they used to socialise with Meghan and Harry, and now their boy is doing it.
'David has no problem with Harry and has always acted very graciously towards him, even after the fall-out with Victoria, and they still communicate occasionally.
MailOnline has contacted Brooklyn, Nicola and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex' representatives for comment.

Brooklyn first met Prince Harry at just 13-years-old at The Sun's Millies awards in 2011.
Posh and Becks also attended Harry, 40, and Meghan's, 43, wedding in 2018.
However, years later Meghan and Harry fell out with Victoria and David after the couple allegedly had a suspicion the Beckhams leaked stories about Meghan's help from Victoria to the press.
Victoria has denied the claim, which left David reportedly feeling 'absolutely bloody furious'.
Nicola and Brooklyn are now said to be embroiled in a family fall out with the Beckhams, after the couple skipped all of the 50th celebrations.
The Mail's Katie Hind revealed this week that Brooklyn has ditched his old pals in the UK and has followed Nicola's lead when it comes to mixing in new LA circles.
The couple's absence at the events is said to have cemented the divide between them, with The Mail revealing that Romeo's girlfriend Kim Turnbull has been made the 'scapegoat' in the feud .
A Mail Plus report also revealed Victoria's heartbroken verdict on the row, claiming that she feels 'betrayed' by Brooklyn and thinks Nicola is a viper. Read the full story here.
A source said: 'Victoria is fairly open among her close friends about what a viper Nicola is and how she feels betrayed by Brooklyn, so the mask has fully dropped.'
The Beckhams have been hit by fears they won't be able to heal their rift with Brooklyn as Victoria has been having 'sleepless nights' over the feud.
A source told The Sun : 'This is Victoria's worst nightmare. The thought of any of her children falling out gives her sleepless nights.
'It's been difficult with Brooklyn since he met Nicola, and there's no denying that there was a family fallout over their wedding .
'But Victoria and David have worked hard to get things back on track, so this is a real blow.'

The couple made their red carpet debut at the glitzy event, cuddling up for photos and packing on the PDA. The Love Triangle star carried a designer clutch in a soft off white tone and completed her look with heels that matched the purse. She added a chunky gold watch but otherwise skipped the accessories to let her outfit do the talking. Jono got the memo and chose complimentary tones of white in shirt and jeans, completing his look with sneakers. The trainer officially moved on from his fashion designer ex Nilofar Khirzad. Jono was earlier was spotted enjoying a romantic night out with Emily at the Sydney Opera House. In a moody black-and-white clip filmed during their outing, the couple looked completely smitten as they paused on a grand staircase under dramatic lighting. The pair have reportedly been dating for several months and are taking things 'very slowly'. Sources close to the couple say Jono and Emily bonded over their shared passion for fitness and adventure, and are often seen working out together. While the couple have kept their relationship relatively low-key until now, insiders claim they are 'absolutely smitten' and looking forward to spending even more time together. 'Their relationship just ran its course.' Emily meanwhile rose to fame on Stan's hit dating series Love Triangle, where she was initially matched with Sam Fisher. Their relationship quickly soured after it was revealed that Sam had been secretly communicating with an ex-girlfriend named Hannah during filming, leading to a dramatic fallout on the show. Emily later spoke out about the betrayal, stating, 'The lies were so detailed, you couldn't even write this.

Martine McCutcheon reveals how she became friends with her teen idol Patrick Swayze

Martine McCutcheon has gushed about her friendship with late Hollywood star Patrick Swayze. The EastEnders icon, 49, revealed the surprising bond with the Dirty Dancing legend during a chat with her pals Rylan Clark and Scott Mills on their BBC Radio 2 podcast Pop Top 10. Confessing that she had always idolised Patrick, who died of pancreatic cancer in 2009, Martine said she just knew one day they would meet. 'I was always in love with Patrick Swayze. This is a true story and I felt in my heart, I knew I was going to know him,' she told a shocked Rylan and Scott. After the success of her 2003 role in Love Actually, Martine was offered another movie, this time playing opposite her dream co-star. 'I did Love Actually and the music career, everything happened and I was asked by my agent if I wanted to go and work and do a film with Patrick Swayze in Austria,' she revealed. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Martine spent the summer of 2006 in Vienna with Patrick shooting Jump!, a 1920s drama about the Jewish celebrity photographer Philippe Halsman, wrongly convicted of murdering his father. 'I met him. We sang She's Like The Wind together. He became a friend and he was just adorable,' she gushed. Martine also told an emotional-looking Rylan and Scott that Patrick 'was the loveliest soul in the industry I've ever met.' 'He had met his childhood sweetheart Lisa, who he danced with at her mum's dance school. I said to her "if the man I'm with looks at me the way he looks at you after all these years I will be one lucky lady."' Elsewhere in the interview, Martine was the one left in shock when Rylan revealed their surprising Love Actually connection. Martine played unlucky-in-love Natalie who ultimately found her Prince Charming in the form of David, the Prime Minister (Hugh Grant) in the film. But little did she know when her character is caught kissing David backstage at the Christmas Nativity, Rylan was there to see the whole thing. 'I was in Love Actually,' he revealed, as Martine gasped: 'Shut the front door!' Rylan confirmed: 'I was a school kid. At Hill Top, I think the school was called. I had to take four days off school and get it signed off. 'I had to learn Catch A Falling Star to sing it for the scene.' Martine asked: 'So you saw when I kissed Hugh?' with Rylan confirming that he was there for the scene. Elsewhere, Rylan is reportedly having another shot at singing and is flying to Los Angeles to record in a studio with a successful songwriter. His music career sadly faltered in its early days when his run on The X Factor ended with an early elimination during the 2012 series. But he took a break from his successful radio and TV career last month to head to California to work with music icon Diane Warren, according to The Sun. Diane has been behind a string of huge hits including I Don't Want To Miss A Thing by Aerosmith, Cher 's If I Could Turn Back Time and Rhythm Of The Night by DeBarge. Rylan now looks set to join the prestigious list of greats who have worked with Diane, from Beyonce and Taylor Swift to Britney Spears and Whitney Houston. An industry insider told The Sun of his new project: 'His first love has always been music. 'He has been writing songs for years, so when the chance for him to get into a studio with Diane came up he couldn't say no. 'He was out in Los Angeles for four days and they had a great time together.' Last year, Rylan revealed that he had been secretly writing music under a pseudonym.

Two major games to stop working on some PlayStation and Xbox consoles – it'll cost fans a fortune to keep playing

TWO popular games are winding down this month as they lose compatibility with older consoles. To keep playing, fans will have to upgrade to the newer PlayStation 5 and Xbox X|S - costing as much as £499. 2 2 Black Desert Online and The First Descendant are the latest titles to ditch support for the aging PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. After nearly a decade of service, the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the Black Desert Online will be shutting down on 26 June. The creators at developer Pearl Abyss said they were shifting focus to the existing PC version of the game and the all-new PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions. In-game purchases for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players are set to be restricted. Gamers will be able to keep playing - and pick up from where they left off - only if they upgrade to a new console. When Black Desert Online is eventually made available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S after maintenance, players on the respective PS and Xbox platforms may continue with all their saved data, its creators said. All game data, including purchased items and in-game currency will be stored and accessible on those platforms. The First Descendant is also ending support for last-generation consoles, less than a year after it first launched. The title is set to be discontinued on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One from 19 June, just two weeks before the game's first anniversary. The creators at Nexon Games pinned the decision on the "increased scale" of the game. The developer added that the team was spending "a lot of effort and difficulty maintaining the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One builds," prior to the shutdown. The First Descendant has been on a downward trajectory for the last few months as its player count dwindles, according to The Gamer. There are a number of reasons why games lose support for older consoles, such as development costs and hardware limitations. Older hardware can't keep up with modern game features, making it harder to deliver new content smoothly on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
