Munro pleaded guilty mid-trial at Glasgow Sheriff Court to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner.
He earlier admitted a similar charge as well as two breaches of bail.
Munro's mum Cathy - who passed away in 2016 aged 60 - won the Lotto in 2005.
It is understood that there is no money left from her mother's winning ticket.
Munro has previous experience behind bars after he was caught with a mobile while serving a four-year stretch for a terrifying shop robbery.
Munro also claimed £17,000 of taxpayers cash in legal aid to cover the case of robbery.
In his latest crime, jurors heard that Munro shouted and swore at the woman while in the company of children.
Munro refused to leave when asked and uttered threats of violence towards her and others.
Munro was in possession of a knife at the time which he held while he followed her.
Two days later, Munro appeared at her home again after he was granted bail.
Munro sat with the woman's brother in her living room while she was asleep on the couch.
She later woke up and asked Munro to leave.
Prosecutor Danielle McGuinness said: "Munro began to shout and swear and behaved erratically.
"She threatened to phone the police."
Munro told the woman: "That's the only way I'm f***ing leaving, who the f*** are you talking to?"
Munro's behaviour continued to escalate and a 999 call was made.
He left the property and was traced by police nearly two months later.
Judith Hutchison, defending, told the court that the knife belonged to him and he brought it to cook dinner that night.
The lawyer said: "(The woman) had got annoyed and my client went away then came back to make a sandwich despite being told to leave.
"She was doing his head in which were his words as he didn't give her his entire attention...an argument escalated."
Sentence was deferred pending background reports until next month by Sheriff Louise Arrol KC who granted Munro bail meantime.
She said: "This was disgusting behaviour in front of three children.
"Custody is in my mind and you should understand when you come back before me you should be prepared to go to prison."

A vet and her friend claimed a dog owner falsely accused them of stealing her pet... here's why they're the ones who have to pay $660,000

A vet and her friend have been ordered to pay $660,000 in legal costs after losing a defamation case against a dog owner and a pet detective. Ainslee Munro and agronomist Lauren Marchant lodged the case at the NSW District Court in 2020 after they claimed they were falsely linked to the disappearance of a five-month-old puppy. Judge Judith Gibson ordered on April 24 that the two women pay $629,000 to the pet detective and $30,000 to the dog owner. The judge found they had stolen the puppy, which was a high-value Cavalier King Charles spaniel, and taken him to a breeder. The spaniel, 'Teddy', was reported missing when his owner Shannon Wheeler returned home in Young, NSW, on June 9, 2020. In a post to a Facebook group at the time, Ms Wheeler said: '(The back) gate could have been opened any time between 9.30am and 7pm. We are very worried.' She then found CCTV images of two women walking down the street with a small black dog on the day of the incident and posted them on social media. Social media users identified one woman as Munro, who had worked with Greyhound Racing NSW, The Sydney Morning Herald reported. An investigation by Ms Wheeler and pet detective Anne-Marie Curry ensued as they looked into Munro and her friend Marchant. Ms Wheeler, a beautician, then shared a 'name and shame' social media post tying them to Teddy's disappearance but, within 24 hours, she and Ms Curry were served concerns notices. Marchant and Munro claimed the posts and comments painted them as 'criminals, dog thieves, (and) liars'. But the defamation case was dismissed in NSW District Court by Judge Gibson in February after she found evidence supporting the allegation the pair stole Teddy. 'The intention to deprive the true owner was more or less instantaneous with their recognition of the value of Teddy,' Judge Gibson found. Teddy was a black and tan male, non-desexed Cavalier King Charles, with puppies valued from $1,000 to $3,000 on Gumtree. The court heard Munro and Marchant did not take Teddy to a pound when found him on the street, reported. They instead drove to a former colleague's home who was a licensed microchipper and Cavalier King Charles breeder. Teddy jumped out of the car and escaped. He has never been found. Judge Gibson told the court she was 'comfortably satisfied' Munro took Teddy to the breeder 'namely to put Teddy into his backyard'. 'I am comfortably satisfied that she did so for the purpose of seeing if he would like to keep Teddy,' she said. She added Munro took Teddy there knowing the ex colleague had the 'expertise and equipment to remove and replace Teddy's microchip if required'. Judge Gibson also said that, if Ms Wheeler and Ms Curry had not proved the pair stole the dog, she would have ordered damages of $10,000 to Munro and $15,000 to Marchant. But as a result of the judge's findings, it was the pair who were ordered to pay $629,000 to Ms Curry and $30,000 to Ms Wheeler who self-represented herself, meaning her legal costs were lower. The demand has been stayed as Munro and Marchant filed at the Court of Appeal on May 13.

Woman left malnourished dogs in cages and didn't walk them for 'months'

A woman who severely neglected three dogs found in cages has been tagged for 90 days. Broxy, Poppy and Skye were discovered at Lynda Munro's locked former home in Glasgow's Haghill in August 2021. Two of the dogs were found to be malnourished and showed little signs of fat or muscle on their bodies. Munro pled guilty at Glasgow Sheriff Court to three charges of causing the dogs unnecessary suffering. Sheriff Allan McKay put Munro on a restriction of liberty order keeping her indoors between 9pm and 6am. She was also placed under supervision for one year. The court earlier heard that the SSPCA was made aware of the issues with the dogs following an anonymous report in November 2020. The dogs were found to be in 'good condition' but Munro and her partner were warned about their weight. Munro called the SSPCA on August 20, 2021, to report that she had left her home and that her co-accused had potentially been remanded in custody. SSCPA officers attended the property on August 23 and were told by a neighbour that nobody had been there for three days. The officers re-attended the next day and forced entry. Prosecutor Jeremy O'Neill said: 'The dogs were noted to be in cages and in unfavourable living conditions. 'Their overgrown nails signify that the dogs have not been walked for several months.' Broxy was found to have suffered from a skin condition. Munro was stated to have sought treatment for it while the man did not. The three dogs were taken to the vet for a further examination. Broxy – an eight-year-old Shar Pei cross – was found to have overgrown nails. His body condition was rated 4.5 out of 9 and stated to have been caused 'unnecessary suffering or neglect'. Poppy – a German Shepherd cross – was noted to have her fur 'caked in faeces' and nails overgrown. Poppy presented with no sign of fat on her ribs, less muscle and was deemed 'severely underweight.' Her toe was also found to be 'distorted', tartar was evident on her teeth and she was given a body condition rating of two out of nine. Mr O'Neill added: 'It is likely that the dog was underfed since it was a puppy at about six weeks old.' Skye – a nine month old Shar Pei cross – was noted to be 'nervous' and suffering from inflamed ears. A sore was also found on her nose and she was noted to have a heart murmur likely to have been present since birth. Skye's ribs were seen to have little muscle present and it was stated that she was 'inadequately fed'. Mr O'Neill told the court that the dogs 'had not been walked in four to six months'. Munro's co-accused was not able to be traced. Get all the latest news from around the country Follow STV News Scan the QR code on your mobile device for all the latest news from around the country
