M&S shoppers reckon they've found the ‘perfect' pair of sandals after wearing them ‘for 12 hours at a Spanish wedding'

FINDING the perfect summer shoe can be tricky, especially if you want something that will be comfortable all day long in the heat.
But Marks and Spencer shoppers claim to have found just that in the Wide Fit Ankle Strap Block Heel Sandals.
Available in three colours - platinum, tan and black - the sandals have a small heel to dress up any outfit, while still remaining comfortable for long days out.
Better yet, the sandals are available in sizes 3 to 8, with half sizes available for all to ensure you can get the perfect fit.
The timeless sandals are crafted from leather and designed in a wide fit style so you don't have to worry about your feet being uncomfortable.
"These elegant sandals make the perfect choice when the temperature starts to rise," Marks & Spencer bosses said.
"Crafted from premium leather in a wide fit to create an extra comfortable feel.
"Stylish low block heel, with a secure buckle fastening on the ankle strap."
It's no surprise the stylish sandals already have an average rating of 4.5 out of five stars online, with shoppers urging others to try them out.
One said: "I got the black ones. They fit really well and I love the way it looks on. It's pretty comfortable and I like the adjustable buckle it has."
A second also loved the shoes and said "I bought these last year in tan, had doubts at first about comfort but after wearing them for about 12 hours when at a wedding in hot Spain I changed my mind.
"Nice height heel, I can't wear flat shoes now, so they felt a little more dressed up."
M&S shoppers have found the 'perfect basic summer top' - it's only £8
And someone else noted: "Was hoping that they would come back into stock, I immediately bought a pair in platinum when they did and they feel just as comfortable. Thank you M&S."
Meanwhile, someone else raved about the shoes and wrote: "The perfect nude coloured comfy sandal.
"I have a small obsession with the perfect nude leather sandal and have about 10 pairs - these are my absolute favourite!"
The stylish shoes aren't the only reason to dash to the retailer right now though, there are plenty of summer wardrobe staples too.
The gorgeous Linen Rich Maxi A-Line Skirt can be dressed up or down, making it a staple for spring and summer - and the best part is it's only £35.
Not only that, but the popular skirt comes in two trendy colours, black and tomato, so there's something for everyone.
Available in petite, regular and long, the skirt is crafted from a lined-blend fabric, making it perfect for keeping cool in the warm weather.
"It's cut in a flattering A-line shape, with a flowing maxi-length hem. Shirring on the waistband adds pretty detail and ensures a comfortable wear," Marks & Spencer bosses said.
So, it's no surprise the skirt has an impressive average rating of 4.6 out of a possible five stars.
How to look chic on a budget
Fashion stylist Gemma Rose Breger, and beauty journalist Samantha Silver revealed how you can make your outfits elevated without spending hundreds of pounds.
Don't ever spend on designer denim: River Island ''always has such a great selection of fashion-forward jeans that follow the current trends''. The high street retailer offers a great range of sizes to fit UK 6 - UK 18, and three leg lengths - and prices start from an affordable £25.
There are no rules for jewels: ''Pick up something at a car boot sale, or charity shop, scroll on Vinted & eBay, snap up something from the clothing section in your local supermarket when doing the food shop or check out high street clothing stores.''
Don't forget the pre-loved sites: With a rising number of second-hand sites, such as Vinted and Depop, there's no excuse for not buying - or selling - pre-loved garments. Gemma, for instance, has managed to get her hands on chic Chanel sunnies for a mere £17.

Major bargain retailer slashes price of huge box of Ferrero Rocher leaving fans saying ‘that's highly unfair!'

A MAJOR bargain chain has sent chocolate lovers into meltdown after slashing the price of a 24-piece box of Ferrero Rocher to just £1 — sparking a frenzy online. Shoppers spotted the mega deal at B&M, with customers across the UK now racing to grab the luxury treat. 3 The 300g box, normally priced at £5, has been reduced by a whopping 80 per cent — now just £1. That's just £3.33 per kilo. Product code: 319629. One eagle-eyed Facebook user shared the news, posting: 'Ferrero Rocher 24pc Box 300g for £1 at B&M,' triggering hundreds of comments from sweet-toothed bargain hunters. One fan wrote: 'Well that's highly unfair…I was in there an hour ago and didn't see this post until now. These are my favourites.' Another asked: 'What time please?' while someone else chimed in: 'I'm impressed.' Many rushed to their nearest store in the hopes of getting their hands on the cut-price chocolates — with some warning that stock is flying off shelves. The shock deal follows a similar CHOC SHOCK offer at Heron Foods, where the same 24-piece Ferrero Rocher box was reduced to just £5 — a 55 per cent saving on the usual £11 price tag. That discount was also hailed as a great option for a last-minute Mother's Day gift. One shopper said: 'Great price if you have a Heron Food store near you and would make an ideal Mother's Day gift too. Everyone loves Ferrero Rocher so well worth stocking up at this fantastic price.' The chocolates are often seen as a premium treat, perfect for sharing or gifting. Their golden wrapping and posh packaging make them a go-to choice for special occasions. Ferrero Rocher says its chocolates are 'the perfect gift to share with your loved ones.' Its description adds: 'A whole hazelnut surrounded by delicious layers of crispy wafer, a velvety filling, smooth milk chocolate and finely chopped hazelnut pieces.' Another delighted shopper said: 'Will be picking up some of these for my son, thanks for sharing.' A third added: 'Brilliant price, cheapest I've ever seen Ferrero Rocher chocolates for a box this size.' And it's not just B&M and Heron Foods slashing prices. Morrisons has cut the cost of the same 24-pack from £10.50 to £5 for More Card holders, just in time for Mother's Day on March 30. Tesco has also joined the chocolate price war, with yellow sticker deals reducing 16-piece boxes (200g) to just £1.75. They're usually £7 — so shoppers are saving over 70%. One savvy shopper, Matthew Dawes, shared his delight in a Facebook group, saying he nabbed three boxes. He joked: 'Me: Shall I go to little Tesco, see if they have anything nice for pudding?' His wife replied: 'Can do but I doubt you'll find anything.' His response? 'Hold my beer.' The post racked up more than 200 likes and 35 comments, with others eager to find the deal at their local store. While prices vary across supermarkets, fans are urged to shop around and act quickly — as these bargain boxes won't stay on shelves for long. Retail experts also advise checking for loyalty card discounts and using online comparison sites to find the best value. With Mother's Day fast approaching, these sweet deals could make the perfect gift — without breaking the bank. So if you're looking to treat your mum, a friend, or just yourself, now's the time to stock up. But be quick — once they're gone, they're gone. How to save money on chocolate We all love a bit of chocolate from now and then, but you don't have to break the bank buying your favourite bar. Go own brand - if you're not too fussed about flavour and just want to supplant your chocolate cravings, you'll save by going for the supermarket's own brand bars. Shop around - if you've spotted your favourite variety at the supermarket, make sure you check if it's cheaper elsewhere. Websites like let you compare prices on products across all the major chains to see if you're getting the best deal. Look out for yellow stickers - supermarket staff put yellow, and sometimes orange and red, stickers on to products to show they've been reduced. They usually do this if the product is coming to the end of its best-before date or the packaging is slightly damaged. Buy bigger bars - most of the time, but not always, chocolate is cheaper per 100g the larger the bar. So if you've got the appetite, and you were going to buy a hefty amount of chocolate anyway, you might as well go bigger.

Savvy interiors fans race to B&M as ‘stunning' £100 chair scanning for just £30

SAVVY shoppers are flocking to B&M to get their hands on a piece of "stunning" furniture that's been heavily reduced. So if you're looking to make an interiors upgrade but don't want to break the bank, you've come to the right place. 2 2 One bargain hunter couldn't believe her luck after she spotted the originally priced at £100 for just £30. This works out at 70 per cent off and a huge £70 saving. Posting in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group, which boasts 2.6million followers, they said: "These chairs are scanning at £30 in B&M! Bargain!" The Louise chair comes in cream or green and is the perfect accent piece for any home, adding a touch of style to your space. With a luxurious velvet finish and wooden legs, it would fit in perfectly in a dressing room or bedroom. The chair sits at 58cm wide and 72cm high, with a depth of 68cm, and can hold weight of approximately 100kg. It is no longer available on the website, so you'll have to be quick to pick it up in your nearest store. And savvy shoppers are now racing to get their hands on the bargain buy before it sells out. One said: "I literally just saw this. Will have to go and have a look." "I need one", cried somebody else. I went to B&M for a radiator cover & came out with £230 of furniture for £40 - here's how I nabbed such epic bargains A third wrote: "Just got the last one from ours, thank you." Another person simply hailed it as "stunning". A fifth chimed in: "We need to pop and see if we can get one." Meanwhile, a sixth said: "I need one of these for the girls room if you see one." It's not the only offer at B&M in recent weeks. The popular store has launched a huge sale on garden kit, with the cheapest item selling for just £1. Over 50 products have been reduced in price, including a Solar Table Lamp that is on sale for just £1. The product, which can be used to light up your garden at night originally cost £1.50 but has had its price reduced by 33%. And that is not all the retailer has also cut the price of Johnstone's Paint by 25% for those looking to do some DIY. The paint usually goes for £15 at B&M but it is now scanning for £11.25. Those looking to pick up some garden furniture also have a chance to save £150 on a Bali 8 Seater Dining Table Set, which now costs £350 Why B&M is so good for bargains SENIOR Digital Writer, Abby Wilson, who loves a shopping trip to B&M, has shared her thoughts on why the chain is the place to go for bargain buys... WE all love B&M (especially me). It's a one-stop-shop where you can nab all things from gardenware and homeware, to snacks and cleaning supplies. Not only do we love the variety B&M offers (because after all, who can be bothered to go to five different shops anymore?!), but the prices are brilliant too. If you're on a budget, B&M is definitely worth vising - as it's full of cheap bargain buys. Not only will you find affordable items, but B&M is full of dupes too - so if you're after beauty buys without the designer price tag, you'll need to take a trip. Similar to this, the chain are eager to get on trends - so if you see something in H&M Home but are on a budget and can't justify the price, give it a few weeks and you'll probably spot something similar on the shelves in your local B&M.
