Many areas in various districts experienced dust storms and rainfall in the evening, causing the temperature to dip. Churu was hottest in the state, with a maximum temperature of 41.5 degrees Celsius, according to Met reports. Attributing the change to the northerly winds and active western disturbances, the Met office stated that similar conditions are expected to prevail in the eastern and southern parts of the state Monday. Jaipur's minimum temperature was 29.6 degrees Celsius, which was followed by cloudy conditions in the afternoon. A maximum temperature of 39 degrees Celsius was recorded in the state capital in the afternoon. Later, around 3pm, many places in and around Jaipur witnessed mild to moderate showers and dust storms. High-velocity winds affected vehicular traffic. In the evening, the weather remained mainly pleasant. Earlier in the morning, mild to moderate showers were witnessed in the Pali, Sawai Madhopur, and Bundi districts. Later, in the afternoon, districts including Alwar, Rajsamand, Jaipur, and Jodhpur experienced good rainfall.
