Irish rap trio Kneecap have been confirmed to perform at the Somerset festival on the West Holts Stage on Saturday June 28 from 4pm to 5pm, despite calls from Conservative Party leader Kemi Badenoch and a number of other politicians to remove them.
Kneecap were taken out of the line-up at Scotland's TRNSMT festival last week due to safety concerns by police, after member Liam Og O hAnnaidh was charged under the name Liam O'Hanna by the Metropolitan Police last month over the alleged display of a Hezbollah flag at a gig.
The festival, which will run from June 25 to June 29, will see The 1975 headline the Pyramid Stage on Friday, Neil Young and his band The Chrome Hearts as the closing act on Saturday, and Olivia Rodrigo topping the bill on Sunday.
Glastonbury's main yet to be announced sets come on the Pyramid Stage between 4.55pm and 5.30pm on Friday and Woodsies between 11.30am and 12.15pm on the same day, with room for a number of surprise performances on The Park Stage on Saturday between 7.30pm and 10.30pm.
An unknown band named Patchwork are due to perform on the Pyramid Stage on Saturday between 6pm and 7pm.

Other notable sets include Brat star Charli XCX, who will headline the Other Stage between 10.30pm and 11.45pm on Saturday, while rising rapper Doechii will headline the West Holts Stage between 10.15pm and 11.45pm on the same day.
Indie rockers Wolf Alice will continue their return, ahead of their first album in four years, The Clearing, on the Other Stage on Sunday, between 7.45pm and 8.45pm, while the recently reunited Scissor Sisters will perform at Woodsies between 10.30pm and 11.45pm on Saturday.
Folk singer Roy Harper, who performed at the first edition of Glastonbury in 1970, will perform on the Acoustic Stage on Sunday between 9.30pm and 10.30pm, as he continues his final tour.
Glastonbury will have two opening ceremonies on Wednesday, which will feature a theatre and circus show including high wire walkers and acrobats in the Pyramid field, followed by a fireworks display at 10.45pm, while a 1,000-voice choir will unite around the Flame Of Hope.
The festival has confirmed its line-up app will launch on Thursday allowing festival goers to plan their personal schedule.
The BBC has announced it will cover more than 100 sets at the festival on TV, radio, iPlayer and BBC Sounds.

Glastonbury app will count festivalgoers' steps around the 900-acre site - and reward them for walking

In just over three weeks, more than 200,000 excited festivalgoers will head to Worthy Farm for what's arguably the best festival in the world - Glastonbury. This year's event will see several global superstars take to the stage, including The 1975, Charli XCX, Doechii, and Rod Stewart. With the festival set across a whopping 900 acres, attendees can rack up enormous step counts over the five-day event. Now, they can be rewarded for their efforts, thanks to a new feature in Vodafone 's Glastonbury app. The tech giant has added a step counter to the 'My Highlights' section of the app, where users can compare their activity to their friends. What's more, Vodafone will match the daily average step count with donations to - Vodafone's campaign to help people and businesses cross the digital divide by providing connectivity, devices and skills to those who need it most. 'We're delighted to be able to use these features to reward both fans and communities across the UK, by tying the new step count feature to our campaign,' said Maria Koutsoudakis, Chief Brand Officer at Vodafone UK. 'Social impact is a key part of Glastonbury's ethos as a Festival, and we're proud to be able to play our part in that.' Ahead of the festival, which begins on 25 June, Vodafone has launched its Official Glastonbury Festival App for 2025 today. Aside from new step counter, Vodafone has also added several exciting new features - including live location sharing, and shared line-ups. 'As The Nation's Network we are all about connecting fans to those moments that the nation loves, and Glastonbury Festival is no exception,' Ms Koutsoudakis explained. 'We know the app plays a big role in the Festival experience so, this year, we have gone even further to ensure that fans can connect with their friends or family and get as much out of Glastonbury as possible.' 'Combined with us delivering the most Vodafone network capacity ever on-site, these new features will help festival goers always be connected no matter where they are across the site.' People who find it hard to stick with the group will be happy to hear that there's now a live location sharing option. Meanwhile, those who are excitedly planning their days will enjoy the Shared Line-ups feature, which allows you to plan your itinerary in line with your friends. In addition, Vodafone has added the ability to shortlist acts via 'Add to Favourites', helping users to distinguish between their locked line-up and their top considerations at one quick glance. Finally, the map has been given an 'intuitive' search feature. So whether you're trying to hunt down a delicious burrito, find your tent, or pinpoint the merch stand, you can simply use the seach bar within the app to look for it. Beyond the app itself, Vodafone will also be offering free phone charging and WiFi at its Connect & Charge tent at the centre of the Glastonbury site. Vodafone's Official Glastonbury Festival App for 2025 is available now on both App Store and the Google Play Store. Reaching the golden number of 10,000 steps a day has long been lauded as one of the best ways to keep us in peak physical and mental health. Studies have suggested reaching the five-figure step count can cut your risk of suffering a range of serious health issues including dementia, type 2 diabetes and heart disease. But walking this far at a regular pace can take about two hours, an impractical target for many with busy lives.

Liam Gallagher stars alongside his three children, Cara Delevingne and Alexa Chung in Burberry's festival-inspired campaign - just weeks ahead of Oasis's long awaited reunion

Liam Gallagher harked back to his younger Burberry-clad Oasis days as he posed with his three children for the designer brand's star-studded new summer campaign. Having reportedly signed a £1million deal with Burberry ahead of Oasis's much-anticipated reunion in a few weeks, the rock star, 52, featured in the campaign alongside Cara Delevingne, 32, and Alexa Chung, 41. The luxury designer's promotion shoot is centered around festival season and - with Glastonbury just weeks away - sees its stars clad in wellies and trench coats while braving the British rain. Posing outside of a truck backstage with his three children, Gene, 23, Molly, 27, and Lennon, 25, Liam cut a typically stylish figure in his own signature Burberry parka coat. Having initially released in the summer of 2018, the Christopher Bailey designed jacket is set to be re-released this July to coincide with Oasis's return. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the Daily Mail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Sporting haircuts clearly inspired by Liam's iconic noughties trim, Lennon and Gene pose either side of their father in designer jackets while their sister Molly emulates Liam in a classic trench coat. Cara Delevingne - who has starred in many a Burberry campaign - is once again front and centre for the brand, this time donning a pair of designer wellies and a black dress. The Suicide Squad actress made sure she got well and truly in the festival spirit for the shoot as she was pictured playfully laying in the mud in her lavish outfit. She too posed in a Burberry skirt with a matching bag, looking as sensational as ever while being ferried around the festival grounds in a buggy. Having stunned in a glamorous black dress at Cannes a couple of weeks ago, Alexa Chung rocked a very different look for the Burberry Festival shoot. The model first features while sporting a summery pink dress with some muddy wellies before slipping into a bikini and a pair of shorts for a later photo. Burberry's latest campaign also features a host of other famous names from the worlds of music and fashion, with Loyle Carner, Chy Cartier, Goldie, John Glacier and Seungmin included. Liam Gallagher and Burberry have become almost synonymous with each other over the years, with the Live Forever hitmaker regularly pictured in their garments. Indeed, during the 1990s - when Oasis first took the music industry by storm - the star was often seen sporting Burberry on stage. Liam has since inspired his son Lennon's love of both of fashion and Burberry, with the 25-year-old starring in multiple campaigns previously. The release of the new Gallagher-inspired Burberry collection comes on the same week that the Manchester-born brothers reunited to perform together for the first time in 16 years. After splitting in 2009 following a huge row before a Paris show, Liam and Noel are beginning rehearsals in London ready for the band's reunion tour this summer. The Oasis Live 25 tour is now less than a month away with the brothers officially reuniting on stage at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on July 4. On Thursday, both Liam and Noel were pictured arriving at a secret London studio to begin rehearsals. In typical Liam style, the singer made a chaotic entrance to rehearsals, arriving in a van laden with Lockets and cough syrup, suggesting his vocal cords were in need of some TLC. Don't Look Back in Anger singer Noel was seen waiting for a District Line tube at Paddington station earlier in the day, but while it is no doubt a momentous occasion for fans, the 58-year-old struggled to muster up a smile. Liam recently shared his excitement about rejoining the band as he answered a plethora of fan questions on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Sunday morning. One fan asked: 'Happy sunday man! Are you ready for rehearsals? there are only a few days left and you're joining the others?' To which the singer replied: 'Yes Rasta D I'm in Tuesday to blow there minds.' Another asked whether he was 'excited' to begin rehearsals, with Liam responding: 'Can't wait'. Meanwhile, Liam further confirmed he was joining rehearsals after a different fan commented: 'How long will your rehearsal day be? Will u breeze in & breeze out quickly?' With the rocker remarking: 'I'll sing the set then I'm out there I don't hang about.' The Morning Glory singer also told how he was feeling 'biblical' and would not hang around to take photos as he noted: 'You won't see me I'm not a poser, I'll be in and out.' In April it was reported that Noel had kicked off rehearsals for the hotly-anticipated Oasis comeback tour in the summer. Just months away from their on stage reunion, Liam was said to be prioritising 'rest' instead of getting back in the studio with his brother. A source close to Noel told The Mirror: 'Noel is often in and out of the studio working on things, he is a singer songwriter so it's only natural. 'But Liam is a singer and he has a long list of dates ahead of him with Oasis this year so he will not be overdoing rehearsals. After a big solo Definitely Maybe tour your last year, the main thing his voice needs at the moment is rest.' After playing dates across Britain, the band will later head to Japan, Argentina, the United States and Brazil for further shows. It comes as the truth behind Noel and Liam's reconciliation and subsequent Oasis reunion has been revealed. According to reports, fans of the band have Noel's daughter Anais to thank for the long-awaited reunion tour. The model, 25, is said to have helped bring the estranged siblings back together after 'planting the idea' of a reconciliation. Anais is also said to have helped piece together the set list and give an insight into what younger fans might want to hear. According to The Sun, a source said: 'Anais could tell her dad really wanted both his brothers, Liam and Paul, by his side after the split so was determined to get them back in touch.' They continued: 'She gets on great with Liam's sons Gene and Lennon so she asked them if their dad would be willing to hear her out. They have this week began rehearsals for the upcoming tour, with the pair pictured arriving at a secret London studio on Thursday 'It enabled her to plant the idea of a reconciliation on both sides. Thanks to her close relationship with Liam, she was able to call him. Once Liam called Noel, the rest was left up to them.' Anais has frequently been seen with her cousins Molly, Lennon, and Gene with them often attending events together. Molly's mother is Lisa Moorish, who Liam had a brief relationship with while he was married to Patsy Kensit in 1998. Liam did not meet Molly until 2018 after which he expressed hope he would remain in her life. Liam shares Lennon, 25, with ex Patsy Kensit, and Gene, 23, whose mother is Nicole Appleton who he dated following his divorce from Patsy in 2000.
