She also explained to her 746,000 Instagram followers that she has experienced terrible morning sickness.
In a Q&A on her Story, one fan asked her how far along she was exactly and she responded: 'I'm not going to say exactly how far along I am for a couple of reasons.
'People get so fixated on the date for medical reasons because I have in the past had a few treatments and operations which can make me high risk for having a baby early.
'Fingers crossed everything is going to be alright and I can carry to full term, that's the dream. I've done four months.'
Kendall and Preston North End footballer Andrew announced they were expecting a baby boy in a sweet gender reveal video shared on his social media page
She added of her sickness in the first trimester: 'I did not know your sickness could get that bad that you just want to give up and just lay on the sofa and cry.
'The sickness - I'll actually go more in depth on my TikTok... I've heard the mum brigade is really bad on Instagram.'
Her caption read: 'I am still being sick now! But I'm taking only being sick once a day now.'
'For the first three months, sick at least five/six times a day on average, couldn't keep anything down.'
Kendall went on to reveal she and Andrew they didn't tell anyone their pregnancy news for a while and kept it as their 'little secret' before telling her sister when she reached nine weeks.
She announced the couple were expecting a baby boy in a sweet gender reveal video shared to the footballer's social media page in December 2023, two months after confirming their pregnancy.
Andrew penned: 'It's a little …BABY BOY!!!! This was the happiest, most magical moment for us so far!'
In a snap shared to Instagram at the time, Kendall looked incredible in a white bikini while cradling her bump.
Alongside the beaming picture, Kendall wrote: 'Mummy & Daddy.
'After 5 amazing years together we couldn't be happier to say WE'RE HAVING A BABY!!.'
Speaking to The Sun about baby plans a couple of years ago, Kendall said: 'Andrew is more broody than me! Yeah we'll have a baby but probably not this year - well I don't know, we will get a house first!'
Kendall made her reality show debut on the 2018 series of Love Island, but became the first contestant dumped from the island.
During the Love Island Christmas 2018 reunion, the former shoe shop worker shared a kiss with fellow contestant Eyal Booker, but the romance soon fizzled out.
A year after leaving the show, Kendall was wooed by professional footballer Andrew, a defender with Championship club Preston North End.
Going public with their romance, she shared: 'He got me. We've had the longest run at keeping us private but here I am ruining it!
'Thanks for making me the happiest I've ever felt and also irritating me for what feels like forever.. don't worry I plan on being just as annoying for the foreseeable future.'

Pixie and Oliver met for the first time at a Select Model catwalk show back in 2010 and quickly struck up a romance. The model then popped the question in November 2016 on the steps of St Paul's Cathedral in London. Tommy Fury left ‘shaking' after facing another injury as he admits 'my career's over'
Tommy Fury was left shaking after facing yet another injury in the ring that could have spelled the end of his career Tommy Fury was left shaking after facing yet another injury in the ring. The boxer, 26, has faced numerous fights over the course of his career but one incident in particular left him with doubts over his future in sport. In the sixth episode of his BBC docuseries The Good. The Bad. The Fury, it all seems as if one of his latest matches had gone well but then he notices a 'problem' and he was left overcome with worry as it dawned on him that he had sustained a hand injury. In a confessional, he said: "After I the fight, I took the glove off and it was massive. So that's when the worry started to seep in. Ah f***, my career is over." The former Love Island star, who famously suffered a hand injury in the past that stopped him boxing and then ultimately spelled the end of his now-rekindled relationship with Molly Mae Hague after he turned to drink, admitted that it felt 'just the same' as it did during that fateful time. He added: "It doesn't feel great, to be honest. It feels exactly the same as it did when it was bad. I can't stop it shaking and it's killing me. I'm just praying that I'm not in the same boat as I was." "The hand is still badly swollen and badly bruised. I'm praying that all the surgery that was done and performed is still intact. I'm praying that nothing has come out or come loose or that nothing is torn or damaged." Tommy was rushed to the doctor and told the cameras that all he could to was 'ask God to be there' with him throughout, and kept hoping that everything would turn out all right in the end. He decided to wait for the results of an MRI scan and 'refused to get into the headspace' of thinking that it was all over for him. In a moment of reflection, he said: "I won the fight but hopefully I ain't lost the war." As the episode wrapped, Tommy went shopping to welcome Molly and their two-year-old daughter Bambi back home. He said: "At the end of the day, my sole purpose was to get Molly and Bambi back here, back under one roof, back like before. I've had to sortmyself out and put my a*** in gear. They've stuck by me through thick and thin, and I'm so grateful for it." Asked how he felt about the future, he said: "To lose Molly and Bambi again, that's the biggest fear for me. Without training in my life, everything will fall down again. "It's like Jenga, so I guess we will just have to wait and see."
