If you're going camping or want a reliable light for an emergency like a power failure, you'll want a durable lantern that can light up the night and last a long time. Walmart has a highly-rated option available for a price that's so low, you can buy several.
The Ozark Trail 500 Lumen Lantern, LED Camping Light is just $11 at Walmart. It has a 4.5 out of 5 star rating.
The water resistant, portable LED light has four settings: high, medium, low, and candle flicker mode. High is 500 lumens with an 8-hour run time and 14-meter beam distance. Medium is 120 lumens with a 19-hour run time and 7-meter beam. Low is 42 lumens with a 42-hour run time and 4-meter beam.
One customer writes on Walmart's website, "Great little lantern. Has a low setting which gives the whole room a soft light. This low setting gives you 40 hours on the batteries. There is a higher setting for brighter light. Small and light, perfect for camping or power failure."
The light runs on 3 AA batteries and is designed to be compact and easy to carry.
Walmart writes, "Light up your outdoor adventures with the Ozark Trail 500 Lumen Lantern. With four lighting modes—high, medium, low, and candle flicker—you'll have the right light for any situation. Powered by three AA batteries, this lantern runs up to 8 hours on high and 42 hours on low. Hang it with the built-in hook or set it on a table for hands-free lighting. The bright LED provides reliable light, perfect for camping, backyard gatherings, or evening tailgates. Stay prepared and enjoy the outdoors with the Ozark Trail 500 Lumen Lantern—your go-to for bright, dependable light."
One reviewer shares, "I bought this for an emergency power outage because it was an inexpensive extra light source to have on hand. In the product specs it says it has a 42 hour run time... Turned it on and it's been on the lowest light setting (it has 3 settings) for going on 43 hours now... I gave it 5 stars because it is what I was looking for-an extra long run time light for emergencies. I am quite impressed with it and it won't take up much space. It can be easily stored with extra batteries for it to grab if needed. I wouldn't hesitate to buy several."
Another customer writes, "This lantern's worth every dollar... They light up the entire room on low."

Here's where you can buy microSD Express cards for the Switch 2

All microSD cards look pretty much the same, but when it comes to buying the right one for your Nintendo Switch 2, only microSD Express cards will work for storing and playing games. The microSD card you used in your original Switch or Switch Lite will offer limited functionality with Nintendo's new handheld, as it will only let you view screenshots or video clips you captured previously — that's it. That's because Nintendo opted for a significantly faster spec in its new handheld console, which boasts an advertised 4.4x improvement in terms of transfer speeds over the microSD cards you might already have lying around. That improvement is signified by a small, easy-to-miss 'EX' emblem etched onto the front of the card. What's harder to miss is how much more expensive Express cards are, with some costing more than $50 for just 256GB of storage. The Switch 2 supports microSD Express cards up to 2TB in size, although 1TB is the largest capacity widely available (that's an overstatement, as many are sold out currently), with some cards selling for up to $200 a pop. Phew. I suppose it makes sense that they're pricier since they're classified as bonafide PCIe NVMe SSDs by the SD Association. Walmart's Onn label is a beacon of light, as its microSD Express cards are significantly cheaper than the competition, with its 512GB model costing $65.88 when it's in stock. Thankfully, since the Switch 2 has 256GB of built-in storage, you most likely won't need a microSD Express card immediately upon receiving your console. Getting a microSD card was a rite of passage with the original Switch since all versions, aside from the newer OLED edition that launched in 2021, came with just 32GB. If you're in the market for one of these pricier storage expansion cards ahead of the console's launch, we've listed the available options below.

LeBron James Makes Major Announcement Featuring Luka Doncic on Saturday

Advertisement Following those initial photos, Doncic shared images of himself working out at Real Madrid's facilities—further drawing attention to his improved fitness. His conditioning has long been a point of criticism from fans and media alike, despite his status as one of the NBA's elite talents. Doncic is known for keeping a low profile during the offseason, but on Saturday, LeBron James made a major announcement that brought him back into the spotlight. James revealed that Doncic will be the next guest on Season 2 of the Mind the Game podcast, which he co-hosts with NBA legend Steve Nash. 'Look who we got on the pod tomorrow,' read the post from the "Mind the Game" social accounts, teasing Doncic's upcoming appearance. Los Angeles Lakers stars Luka Doncic (77) and LeBron James (23)Kevin Jairaj-Imagn Images Doncic and James only played together during the second half of the season, and while there were some growing pains—especially evident in the playoffs due to roster limitations—their chemistry developed quickly. By season's end, they proved they're more than capable of playing together at an elite level as the Lakers hope to build around Doncic for years to come and continue to maximize whatever time James has left in the NBA. Advertisement The first season of James' "Mind the Game" podcast was co-hosted by JJ Redick before he took the Lakers' head coaching job. Now, in Season 2, fans will get the rare opportunity to watch three of the highest basketball IQs in the game—James, Doncic, and Steve Nash—sit down and talk hoops. Alabama Announces Big Kalen DeBoer News on Friday

Alabama Announces Big Kalen DeBoer News on Friday originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Kalen DeBoer is entering a pivotal second season as head coach of the Alabama Crimson Tide after taking over for Nick Saban in 2024. In his debut season, Alabama narrowly missed the 12-team College Football Playoff, finishing with a 9–4 overall record and 5–3 in SEC play. Advertisement The Tide appeared poised to make the expanded playoff for much of the season, but a late-season loss to Oklahoma ultimately dashed those hopes. While last season is now in the rearview, DeBoer has found himself back in the spotlight this week following the announcement of the highly anticipated College Football 26 video game cover, which features Ohio State's Jeremiah Smith and Alabama sophomore wide receiver Ryan Williams. In addition to the buzz around the cover, Alabama revealed that DeBoer — along with his offensive and defensive coordinators — has chosen to be featured in this year's edition of the game. Participation is optional for coaches and players, and DeBoer's inclusion further connects the Crimson Tide to what is expected to be a blockbuster release when the game launches in July. Advertisement Alabama's post on social media read, "They're in the game," tagging head coach Kalen DeBoer, OC Ryan Grubb, and DC Kane Wommack. Fans reacted to the news: "Love this. Much better," a fan said. Someone else added, "Roll tide! Get with the times coaches!! RTR." Another fan posted, "LET'S GOOOOOOO!" "I can't wait for Deboer to do this," one more fan commented. Alabama Crimson Tide head coach Kalen DeBoer© Matt Pendleton-Imagn Images EA Sports brought back the college football video game last season to great fanfare, marking the first release since NCAA Football 14 hit shelves in the summer of 2013. Advertisement However, the new game features significant changes, including the inclusion of player names thanks to NIL rules and the option for coaches to appear in the game, which has only boosted its popularity.
