Shares of Markolines Pavement Technologies Limited may be in focus on Tuesday after the company announced receipt of two work orders worth Rs 16.75 crore (inclusive of GST) from Vadodara Kim Expressway Pvt. Ltd. The contracts are for rain cut repair works at the project site and are to be executed by July 31, 2025.
According to the company's regulatory filing dated June 10, 2025, the first work order is valued at Rs 13.81 crore, and the second at Rs 2.94 crore. Both orders are from a domestic entity, and there is no promoter or related party involvement in the awarding of these contracts.
The company emphasized that the orders are in the ordinary course of business and fall under the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) norms for material developments.

MRF posted a net profit of Rs 500.47 crore in Q1 FY26, down from Rs 571.02 crore in the same period last year.
