Victoria Beckham breaks cover with Harper as Brooklyn's snub plunges new depths

Brooklyn Beckham has failed to publicly congratulate his dad on his knighthood after saying he 'chooses' his wife Nicola amid the family feud Victoria Beckham has been seen for the first time since her husband was knighted in the King's Birthday Honours. The former Spice Girl singer turned fashion designer, 51, took daughter Harper on a girls' night at the ballet. Victoria, who is now Lady Beckham, attended the Alice's Adventures in Wonderland ballet in London with her Harper. The mum described their trip as a 'special night' as she and Harper, 13, took photos in the their box at the Royal Ballet & Opera house. ‌ The sweet mother and daughter trip came hours after dad David was made a Sir for his services to sport and charity. ‌ In a post shared on Saturday on Instagram, Lady Beckham said: 'You've always been my knight in shining armour, but now it's official. Sir @davidbeckham!!! What an honour, I couldn't be prouder of you. Your dedication to the things that matter most — your country, your work, your passion, and most of all, your family — has never wavered. The way you've touched so many lives over the years with kindness and humility speaks volumes about the man you are and continues to inspire us everyday. 'But above all else, I'm so, so proud to call you mine. I love you so much xxxx.' The football star, who was formerly appointed an officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 2003, responded to the post by expressing his love for his family, mentioning each of his children and adding 'I love you all'. David has since been inundated with congratulations from his famous friends and former teammates from Gordon Ramsey to Gary Neville. But one person notably absent from the celebrations has been his eldest son Brooklyn. ‌ Brooklyn is said to be embroiled in a feud with his family after moving to Los Angeles with wife Nicola Peltz. He was also not seen at his dad's 50th birthday celebrations last month. The eldest of the Beckham boys alarmed fans when he posted that he was 'choosing wife Nicola' and described her as his 'whole world '. It has since been reported that Brooklyn has 'cut all ties' with the Beckhams and only learned of his dad's knighthood when he read about it in the press. Despite the fallout, David appeared to offer an olive branch to his son when he said he wanted to share the emotional moment with his family. ‌ In a statement to the PA News Agency, Sir David said: 'Growing up in east London with parents and grandparents who were so patriotic and proud to be British I never could have imagined I would receive such a truly humbling honour. 'To have played for and captained my country was the greatest privilege of my career and literally a boyhood dream come true. 'Off the pitch I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to represent Britain around the world and work with incredible organisations that are supporting communities in need and inspiring the next generation. ‌ 'I'm so lucky to be able to do the work that I do and I'm grateful to be recognised for work that gives me so much fulfilment. 'It will take a little while for the news to sink in but I'm immensely proud and it's such an emotional moment for me to share with my family.'

Sutton Foster dodges questions on red carpet amid Hugh Jackman romance

Broadway star Sutton Foster has made her first public outing since explosive claims linking her to Hugh Jackman amid his bitter divorce from Deborra-Lee Furness Sutton Foster turned heads at the 69th Annual Drama Desk Awards - but made sure to dodge any mention of her romance with Hugh Jackman. The 50-year-old actress walked the red carpet alone amid speculation over her connection to the Wolverine star, 56, whose messy divorce from Deborra-Lee Furness has sparked widespread chatter. Furness, 69, officially filed for divorce two years after their separation and broke her silence in a powerful message which was seemingly aimed at her ex. 'My heart and compassion go out to everyone who has traversed the traumatic journey of betrayal,' she said. ‌ Unbothered by the drama, Foster smiled for photos with costar Michael Urie but avoided press and exited the red carpet quickly, escorted by her publicist. While other stars like Nicole Scherzinger and Debra Messing gave interviews, Foster steered clear. ‌ This was her first public appearance since Furness's sharp words. She was nominated for Outstanding Lead Performance in a Musical alongside names like Darren Criss and Jonathan Groff - who all stopped to chat with media. Adding fuel to the rumor mill, Foster is reportedly 'slowly moving' into Jackman's New York penthouse - the same $22 million Chelsea home he bought with Furness in 2022. 'They're living together, they're inseparable... She's slowly migrating her things over to Hugh's place,' a source told New Idea. 'Deb is shattered knowing Sutton is making the penthouse her own - the place she poured her soul into.' Jackman was recently spotted helping Foster carry boxes into the luxury apartment. Days later, she was seen biking away from the building. In her exclusive interview with Mail Online, Furness made her feelings painfully clear: 'Hugh's betrayal is a profound wound that cuts deep.' ‌ 'However I believe in a higher power and that God/the universe, whatever you relate to as your guidance, is always working FOR us. This belief has helped me navigate the breakdown of an almost three-decade marriage,' she said. 'Even when we are presented with apparent adversity, it is leading us to our greatest good, our true purpose. It can hurt, but in the long run, returning to yourself and living within your own integrity, values and boundaries is liberation and freedom.' The former couple filed for divorce in New York on 23 May. They then announced their separation in September 2023 after 27 years of marriage. Jackman, best known for playing Wolverine in the X-men film series, has not responded directly to Furness's statement. The pair met on the set of the Australian TV show Corelli in 1995, shortly after Jackman had left drama school. They married the following year and later adopted two children.

Hugh Jackman's Ex-Wife Deborra-Lee Furness Describes Their Split As A ‘Traumatic Journey Of Betrayal'

In the wake of their split, and pending divorce, Hugh Jackman's ex-wife Deborra-Lee Furness has described their break-up as a 'traumatic journey of betrayal', and shared the ways in which she's been navigating her marriage breakdown. Jackman appears to be in a new relationship with his former theatre co-star Sutton Foster, as they were seen holding hands on a date in LA back in January. Deborra-Lee, also an actor, filed for divorce from Jackman last week. Foster filed for divorce from her husband, screenwriter Ted Griffin, after 10 years of marriage in October 2024. 'My heart and compassion goes out to everyone who has traversed the traumatic journey of betrayal,' Furness wrote in her statement. 'It's a profound wound that cuts deep, however I believe in a higher power and that God/the universe, whatever you relate to as your guidance, is always working FOR us. 'This belief has helped me navigate the breakdown of an almost three-decade marriage. I have gained much knowledge and wisdom through this experience. Even when we are presented with apparent adversity, it is leading us to our greatest good, our true purpose. 'It can hurt, but in the long run, returning to yourself and living within your own integrity, values and boundaries is liberation and freedom.' Furness added that the 'one thing' she has learned is 'that none of this is personal'. 'We are all on our individual journeys and I believe that the relationships in our lives are not random,' she said. 'We are drawn to people, we invite them in, in order to learn our lessons and to recognise and heal the broken parts of ourselves...I remain grateful.' Jackman and Furness met on an Australian TV show called Correlli back in 1995, which was his first role out of drama school, while she was already established in the industry. They then got engaged 4 months later and got married in Melbourne in April 1996, and adopted two children – Oscar and Ava, who are aged 24 and 19 respectively. The Wolverine star told Today back in 2018 that he knew two weeks into meeting Furness that they were 'going to be together for the rest of our lives.' The former couple announced their split back in September 2023, releasing the following statement: 'We have been blessed to share almost 3 decades together as husband and wife in a wonderful, loving marriage. Our journey now is shifting and we have decided to separate to pursue our individual growth.' Rumours have swirled that Jackman had an affair with Foster, which would admittedly fit with Furness' descriptions of a 'traumatic journey of betrayal'. Jackman and Foster first met back in 2008 when she was starring in a Broadway production of Shrek. Their families became friendly, spending Memorial Day together back in 2022. In an interview with _Vogue_in 2022, Foster talked about her friendship with Jackman at length: 'He has an impeccable reputation of being the hardest working man, incredibly kind, and generous—and all of that is true. He disarms everyone, and he doesn't make anything about him. And he's now become one of my best friends, which was a surprise, because you usually go into these things thinking, Well, I hope we get along. But we just spent Memorial Day with our families. It's really fun to meet new friends after 40.' Fans began to speculate whether Foster and Jackman were an item roughly four months after he had announced his split from Furness, when he was seen in the audience of a play she was performing in, Once Upon A Mattress , back in January 2024. As far back as 2014, the pair danced together in the audience of the Tony Awards, a year that Jackman himself was host. They then began performing together in The Music Man from late 2021, with Jackman posting on X (formally known as Twitter) paying tribute to Foster, calling her 'an exceptional talent and friend'. 'There are hundreds of people who've made this moment happen. But there's one in particular I pay tribute to - [@sfosternyc]{href=' target='_blank' rel='noreferrer noopener'}. this show is nothing without you,' he wrote. 'You're an exceptional talent and friend. Your joy brings the company of [@MusicManBway]{href=' target='_blank' rel='noreferrer noopener'} to life. Let's do this!' The post also included a video of the pair doing a dance routine together. Foster posted on Instagram shortly after calling dancing with Jackman 'a dream'.
