actor shared his emotional connection to this year's celebration as his family, who had been staying in India for the past two years, prepares to return to Canada.
'My family from Canada was here for two years, and initially for a year or more I was busy shooting for the show Kundali Bhagya,' Baseer said. 'But when the show went off air in December last year, I got to spend time with them a lot more. I had my parents, brother, his wife and their kids who had come over.
I got to celebrate Eid with them this time, which is wonderful.'
Baseer emphasised how rare and meaningful such moments are. He shared, 'It's rare when I get this opportunity, especially with the kids. While they will be going back soon, I will miss them, and I'm glad I got to celebrate this Eid with them. I will keep the memories with me.'
While he has been happy spending time with family, he's looking forward to returning to some exciting projects. Baseer said, 'I'm looking forward to my next project and show, which is good, I don't want to take up something just for the sake of it.'

Everybody, including us, the fans and the admirers, learnt that the show is going off-air. The last few days are remaining. Kaafi protest chal raha taaki show bana raha hai. Fans are trying their level best to prove that they love the show and want the show to be retained. That's what they want." The actor admitted that it hurts when one has to say goodbye to something. Paras on Bidding Goodbye to a Show The actor admitted that parting ways with a show is always painful. He expressed, 'But being an actor, all we can do is while going sabse pyaar banakar aur dil ki baat bolkar jaaye. And that is what I am looking forward to. Jaate waqt, main sabse bohot acche se milte hue aur sabse baat karte hue jaana chahunga." Paras also recalled how he did not get the chance to say goodbye properly during Kundali Bhagya. He said, 'Because I didn't get this opportunity in the last show. Last show main din dekhne mila tha ki bas bandh hogaya show. We couldn't meet anyone. But now there's a chance." How Paras Feels About Parineetii Ending In another conversation with Telly Chakkar, Paras opened up about the sudden news and how the entire cast is coping with it. 'It came like a shock for all of us. I definitely feel bad—not for myself, but for the entire team. They have been shooting for the show for more than 3 years, and I wanted the show to work better for all of them, for all of us to be honest." The actor further described his short yet memorable journey on the show. 'Mujhe lagta hai ki main jaha jata hu, main ek khubsurat memory create karta hu, aur uhe apne sath apne pocket mein rakhke nikal jata hoon. Toh mere liye abhibhi yehi hua hain, dhai mahine ki bohot hi jyada khubsurat memory rahi hain. Achanak se pata chala, aisa nahi tha ki pehle se thodi bohot khabar thi, bohot speculations tha, 6 mahine pehle se chal raha hai ki Parineeti off-air jane wala hain. Lekin koi confirmation nahi tha.
