Besides that, specific data like running power, cadence and sweat loss will not be synced with Google Health Connect. It's important to mention that other data that Garmin smartwatches typically measure might not sync with Health Connect.
For example, Garmin says its Connect app will share Sleep Data to Google Health Connect, but it doesn't go deeper than that, so it's impossible to tell if data like blood oxygen saturation, body temperature and heart rate variability will be supported.
There's still no ETA for this update that's supposed to bring Google Health Connect support to Garmin users, but it's safe to assume it will arrive sometime this month considering that the company has just updated its support page with all the info above.
As mentioned earlier, Garmin will not receive any data from Google, so you'll only be sending your data to Google Health Connect, which basically means that you won't be able to see a workout's results if you're using a Galaxy or Pixel Watch.Besides that, specific data like running power, cadence and sweat loss will not be synced with Google Health Connect. Google's Health Connect allows smartwatches to sync health data and store it on the user's smartphone. Unfortunately, Garmin's smartwatches, although they're quite popular, don't support Health Connect, so owners can't share their Garmin Connect Data to Google's service.Despite the fact that Google confirmed a few months ago during I/O 2025 that Health Connect support will finally be available for Garmin smartwatches sometime in June, we're already in July and support for Health Connect is still not live.Even though we still don't have an ETA for Google Health Connect integration, the folks at Android Central noticed that Garmin recently updated its support page with details about what its customers can expect once Google Health Connect integration goes live. The good news is most of the data from Garmin Connect can be synced with Google Health Connect. The bad news is that some data will not be compatible with Google's service so it can't be synced. If you have a Garmin smartwatch , here is what data you'll be able to sync to Google Health Connect:

A real iPhone 17 Pro has been spotted: confirming both good and bad news for you
A real model of the upcoming iPhone 17 Pro has been spotted, and a picture of it has leaked online. The image confirms both good and bad news, depending on how you see it, and leaves absolutely no doubt about what Apple's newest flagship phones will look like this year. This is a prototype of the iPhone 17 Pro undergoing stress testing, hence the massive cracks across its back. The specific test being conducted here lets manufacturers study how a device fares after a the image, the bad news seems to be that the new redesign is basically set in stone. While I personally think that the iPhone 17 Pro looks great, there is a significant number of people who think otherwise. I will admit, the phone shown here looks slightly less appealing than some renders. It's too late for this prototype to not be the final form of the iPhone, but I'm hoping that the comically large cameras — when compared to the island — look different on the final product. Renders make the iPhone 17 Pro look a lot more refined. | Image credit — Setsuna Digital However, there's also some good news here for everyone interested in getting the iPhone 17 Pro. If the redesign is all but confirmed, then so are the myriad of hardware upgrades that Apple is reportedly introducing this year. For starters, all iPhone 17 models are getting LTPO 120 Hz panels, or 'ProMotion' displays, as Apple calls them. The only iPhone 17 model with a 60 Hz display will likely be the iPhone 17e next year. Second, either all or almost all of the iPhone 17 models are going to be equipped with 12 GB of RAM. Supply chain shortages may force Apple to keep the base iPhone 17 model at 8 GB of RAM, but all of the other models have various reports confirming their RAM upgrade. A recent invitation to an Apple event scheduled for September turned out to be a fake. However, the new phones are still very likely coming out next month. It'll be the last time that each flagship iPhone model is released together during one event, if rumors about Apple's new release schedule are accurate.

Walmart slashes the powerful Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra down to $799.99
Merchants like Amazon and the Samsung Store no longer have brand-new Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra models for sale. Walmart, however, still has it in stock—and at a splendid discount! Right now, it offers the 256GB configuration for just $799.99, $200 off its new MSRP of $999.99. $799 99 $999 99 $200 off (20%) Right now, Walmart is letting you save a hefty $200 on the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra! That brings the flagship tablet down to only $799.99, making it absolutely irresistible. The offer is available from a third-party seller and is fulfilled by Walmart. Buy at Walmart For context, this same 256GB model launched at $1,119.99, and it's still priced at $1,199.99 at Best Buy. This retailer also gives you a $200 discount, but that only brings the flagship Android tablet to $999.99. So, if you're looking to get the best deal, we'd definitely recommend picking Walmart as your retailer of Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra remains one of the best Samsung tablets. It stands out with a breathtakingly good-looking 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. Offering ultra-pitch-blacks, vivid colors, and a smooth scrolling experience thanks to the 120Hz refresh rate, this slate is a joy to interact with. That said, the newer Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra comes with a screen that looks just as good but features an anti-reflective coating for an even better viewing experience. Under the hood, the premium Samsung tablet from 2023 features a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, delivering excellent performance despite its age. Sure, the newer model is even more powerful with its MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor, but it also costs more than $799.99. So, unless you really need the absolute newest chip, the S9 Ultra is the smarter buy. As you can see in our Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra review, the device also packs fantastic battery life. Our in-house tests showed its 11,200mAh battery lasts over seven hours with nonstop streaming. As if that's not enough, it's still receiving regular software and security support, and Samsung will deliver security updates until 2028. All things considered, the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is a fantastic pick for Android tablet buyers. It might no longer be the best pick at its standard price, but now that it's down to $799.99, it's simply irresistible! Good news everyone!
