ALBAWABA - As calls for the release of the notorious Epstein files increase, American outlet CNN recently shed light on new footage showcasing US President Donald Trump's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein in the past.
The new footage reveals that Jeffrey Epstein attended President Trump's 1993 wedding to Marla Maples, sparking debate on social media since the report was not known until CNN's exclusive coverage.
Epstein appeared in two photos associated with Trump's 1993 wedding: one of him passing through a hallway, and another of him photobombing a picture including American host and media personality Howard Stern and British entertainment reporter and writer Robin Leach. CNN also obtained another photo captured in 1993 featuring Trump and his two children (including Ivana, who was nearly 12 at the time) alongside Epstein celebrating the opening of the Harley-Davidson cafe in New York.
Additionally, the report in question also revealed footage from a 1999 Victoria's Secret fashion event in New York, which captured Trump laughing together with Epstein.
Reports about Jeffrey Epstein were reignited by the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after they revealed that he committed suicide during his prison sentence and didn't have a client list for his notorious island.
In addition to its official claims, the DOJ released a video that captured Esptein in his cell alone during the night he died, revealing no foul play or an external factor.
However, the closure of years of speculation, conspiracy theories, and political tensions didn't sit well with many individuals, sparking more debate and rumors on social media.
Calls for the release of the Epstein files have also increased tremendously after Trump took to Truth Social, urging his fans and followers to stop the speculations in question.

Trump threatens new strikes on Iran's nuclear sites, Tehran vows defiant response

ALBAWABA- U.S. President Donald Trump issued a warning on Monday, threatening renewed military strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities if Tehran attempts to resume operations at sites bombed by the United States last month. The warning came during his meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer at Trump's Turnberry golf resort on Scotland's west coast. Speaking to reporters, Trump accused Iran of sending 'bad signals' and vowed swift retaliation if uranium enrichment activities restart. 'We eliminated their nuclear capabilities. They may resume the program again, and if they do, we will eliminate it faster than you can imagine,' he declared. Iran, which has long denied pursuing nuclear weapons, reiterated its refusal to abandon domestic uranium enrichment. In a strong response posted on X, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi condemned Trump's threats, stating, 'Iran, a nation with a rich culture rooted in 7,000 years of civilization, will never respond to the language of threat and intimidation. Iranians have never bowed to foreign powers—we respond only to respect.' Iran, a nation with a rich culture originating from 7000 years of civilization, will never respond to the language of threat and intimidation. Iranians have never bowed down before any foreigners and respond only to respect. Iran knows exactly what happened during the recent… — Seyed Abbas Araghchi (@araghchi) July 28, 2025 Araghchi warned that any renewed aggression would face a 'decisive response' that would be 'impossible to cover up,' hinting at retaliatory capabilities and undisclosed damage inflicted during the previous U.S.-Israeli assault. He also emphasized Iran's reliance on nuclear technology for peaceful purposes, including producing medical radioisotopes for over a million patients and fueling nascent nuclear energy programs. 'No sane nation would abandon the fruits of a homegrown peaceful technology saving lives, just because bullying foreigners demand it,' Araghchi said. He called the recent attacks a violation of international law and reiterated that Iran's nuclear advancements were not purchased but 'built with blood, sweat, and tears.' Although acknowledging that key enrichment sites were severely damaged, he declared that Iran's 'determination is not.' Araghchi concluded by stating that while a military solution has failed to stop Iran's progress, diplomacy remains the only viable path. 'Our technology and know-how cannot be bombed away,' he added, signaling that Iran's nuclear expertise is irreversible despite the destruction of facilities.

Trump slams London Mayor as 'radical and nasty' during UK visit

ALBAWABA- U.S. President Donald Trump stirred controversy during his visit to the United Kingdom by launching a personal attack on London Mayor Sadiq Khan, calling him a "radical and nasty person." The comments came during a press interaction at Trump's golf resort near Turnberry in southwest Scotland, where he met with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. The two leaders had reportedly discussed trade relations and the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, which Trump allegedly blamed on Hamas. Tensions rose when a British reporter asked Trump if he planned to visit London during his state visit. Trump confirmed he would, but seized the moment to criticize Mayor Khan. "I will. I'm not a fan of your mayor. I think he's done a terrible job. He's a nasty person," Trump said. The unexpected outburst created an awkward moment for Prime Minister Starmer, who attempted to ease the tension with a nervous laugh, responding, "He's a friend of mine!" 🚨 LMAO! President Trump just threw MASSIVE shade at Mayor of London Sadiq Khan while sitting next to the UK Prime Minister ONLY Trump 🤣 "I'm not a fan of your mayor. I think he's done a TERRIBLE job, the mayor of London. He's a nasty person." Starmer looks so uncomfortable😂 Also Read Saudi-French led UN conference pushes two-state solution amid U.S.-Israeli boycott July 28, 2025 Trump, however, stood by his remarks, reiterating, "I think he's done a terrible job, but I would certainly visit London." The exchange reignited Trump's long-running feud with Khan and drew attention both in the UK and abroad. Many observers noted the unfiltered and undiplomatic tone of the remarks, especially given the setting and the presence of the British prime minister. The incident also overshadowed what was expected to be a more policy-focused meeting between Trump and Starmer, highlighting instead Trump's continued willingness to inject personal grievances into international diplomacy.
