He further cautioned that the so-called humanitarian zone is incapable of hosting Gaza's 2 million residents within just 60 square kilometers of devastated land, describing the area as uninhabitable and void of any semblance of life or future. Suicides in 'Israeli' military: Haaretz report reveals rising trend in 2025
The number of 'Israeli' soldiers who committed suicide since the start of 2025 is 15, a recent report by Haaretz said. A combat soldier took his own life in a military base in northern 'Israel' on Monday, marking the third case in eight days. The 'Israeli' military police criminal investigations department said they are currently investigating the incident. Since the start of the war on Oct. 7, 2023, 43 'Israeli' soldiers have committed suicide. The breakdown is as follows: Between Oct. 7, 2023 and end of that year: Seven soldiers 2024: 21 soldiers. 2025 (ongoing): 15 soldiers. Haaretz reported that the 'Israeli' military refused to provide the official figure for this year, saying it will only do so as at the end of 2025. Military officials cite the increasing number of active personnel as the reason for the rise in suicides, particularly reservists, as most of those who took their own life are reservists.

'Israel' says striking Hezbollah targets in east Lebanon
'Israel's' military said it was striking targets belonging to Hezbollah's elite Radwan force in eastern Lebanon on Tuesday, the latest attack despite a ceasefire between 'Israel' and the Iran-backed group. "Moments ago, Israeli Air Force fighter jets... began numerous strikes toward Hezbollah terror targets in the area of Beqaa, Lebanon," it said in a statement. "The military compounds that were struck were used by the Hezbollah terrorist organisation for training and exercising terrorists to plan and carry out terrorist attacks against (Israeli) troops and the State of Israel."
