Pickl just released a limited edition ice cream and fried chicken sandwich (not kidding)

Summer in the UAE isn't for the faint-hearted, but Pickl's latest menu drop is making the heat a little more bearable – and a lot more delicious.
Meet The Boujee Bird Sando, a fried chicken and ice cream (yes, ice cream) sandwich that's here for a good – and very limited – time.
This unexpected creation stacks crispy fried chicken with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream, then tops it off with a drizzle of hot butter honey, all inside Pickl's signature toasted potato bun.
It's the ultimate clash of contrasts: hot and cold, sweet and spicy, soft and crunchy – somehow balanced in one gloriously messy bite.
Spice fiends, take note. You can customise the heat, from a gentle tingle to full-blown reaper status for those who like their sandwiches with a side of sweat.
And yes, it's meant to be eaten in the kind of 45-degree weather where your sunglasses melt off your face.
Available for dine-in only across Pickl locations in the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain, The Boujee Bird Sando is priced at Dhs45 and won't be around forever.
Consider this your official excuse to skip the salad.
