Two people have been taken to hospital following a serious crash between a motorcyclist and car on a Wiltshire A-road.
Emergency services rushed to the A361 at Southwick, south of Trowbridge, on Monday afternoon and the major road was closed in both directions for several hours.
At around 2:10pm, a blue Honda Jazz, turning from Chantry Gardens onto the A361 Frome Road, was said to crash into an Aprilia Motorcycle.

Two men were taken to Royal United Hospital in Bath for treatment.
A man aged in his 20s, thought to be riding pillion on the motorcycle, suffered potentially life-changing injuries, while a man thought to be the rider of the motorcycle, also aged in his 20s, sustained injuries.
The driver of the Honda did not sustain any injuries and cordons were set up around both vehicles.
No arrests have been made and police are appealing for witnesses to the incident who can assist with their enquiries.
They have appealed for anyone with dashcam footage either just before the incident or of the crash itself to contact them.

A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: "Anyone with dash cam footage either prior to or of the incident, or who witnessed the incident is asked to contact us on 101 quoting reference 54250054158."
A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: 'We were called at 14:09hrs on Monday 05 May to a road traffic collision in Southwick, Trowbridge.
"We sent two double-crewed land ambulances, two operations officers and a critical care car to the scene. We conveyed two patients by land ambulances to Royal United Hospital Bath'.

Mitsubishi Estate Co. has bought a majority stake in European private equity property fund manager Patron Capital, the latest sign of Japanese investment washing into the UK. The Tokyo-based group's investment management business, Mitsubishi Estate Global Partners, is acquiring the stake from Patron's management led by founder Keith Breslauer, according to a statement Thursday.
