View inks SAR 13.5M deal with Al Rajhi Bank to fund land purchase in Riyadh
View United Real Estate Development Co. signed on Aug. 17, a Shariah-compliant banking facilities agreement with Al Rajhi Bank worth SAR 13.5 million. The company stated in a filing on Tadawul that the purpose of the facilities is to finance the purchase of land in Riyadh as part of View's strategic plan to expand its real estate development projects. The financing has a term of 24 months, with the financed property mortgaged in favor of Al Rajhi Bank until full repayment of the credit facility.

Sumou wins SAR 135M project in Jeddah
Sumou Real Estate Co. was awarded a project in Obhur Al-Janoubiyah district of Jeddah from Diyar Real Estate Development Fund, a real estate fund managed by SEDCO Capital, at an estimated value of SAR 135 million (excluding VAT), according to a statement to Tadawul. Sumou will manage the development and implementation of the project's infrastructure, covering an area of 960,000, in partnership with Diyar Real Estate Development Fund.
