Palmer, 23, has now jetted off for a break ahead of the 2025/26 Premier League campaign which starts next month.
The England international is now enjoying himself before returning to London for pre-season.
He has flown to St. Kitts in the Caribbean with the island holding a special place in his heart.
The exotic holiday destination was the birthplace of Palmer's grandfather, Sterry Palmer.
Palmer's love of the island is well-known as he wears the flag of St. Kitts and Nevis on his boots alongside the English flag.
It is the first time that Chelsea 's No.10 has visited the island and he was given a rousing reception.
Palmer was greeted by the deputy prime minister Dr. Hon. Geoffrey Hanley and the minister of tourism Hon. Marsha T. Henderson.
A troupe of traditional Masquerade performers were also on hand to give the star an authentic Kittitian welcome.
Palmer admitted his excitement to see the island and experience its culture shortly after landing.
He said: "Landing in St. Kitts off the back of winning the Club World Cup felt really special.

The trip follows on from Palmer's excellent performances at the Club World Cup in the US.
The midfielder engrossed himself in the American lifestyle and even scootered incognito through Times Square before the final against PSG.
During the trophy lift, Palmer was left looking confused as president Donald Trump joined the Blues for their celebrations.
Palmer's dad, Jermaine, previously spoke about the prospect of him visiting St. Kitts and Nevis and joked that he would need a police escort.
Palmer and co will start their Premier League campaign with FOUR London derbies in a row.

John Stones fires warning to Manchester City's Premier League rivals

John Stones is convinced Manchester City have the 'fire in our bellies' to regain their Premier League title. City surrendered the crown they won in the previous four seasons to Liverpool during an underwhelming 2024-25 campaign. Defender Stones believes lessons have been learned and has detected a strong desire to put things right since the players have reported for pre-season training. The England international said: 'It was humbling for us after all the success that we've had. 'It makes us realise what we've done, what we've achieved over the years and how proud we should be, but we're obviously frustrated at what we did last season. It's not what we want to replicate. 'To finish third, three or four points behind Arsenal is – to our standards – not good, (nor) how we played through the season. 'We've got to put that right and get back to our identity, get back to winning matches and having that presence about us and believing in ourselves as a team. 'I'm sure we'll find that and bring it back because it was tough last season to go through what we did. We've definitely come back with that fire in our bellies to go and achieve.' Stones is now fit after an injury-hit past season but was not risked by manager Pep Guardiola during the Club World Cup in the summer. Despite not featuring, the 31-year-old made emphatically clear when speaking to media during that tournament that he would not be leaving the club. Entering the final year of his contract, there had been speculation about his future but the former Everton player hopes that has now been shut down. He said: 'It's laughable to me. I understand why people do it but there's nothing to comment on. 'I love it here, nothing's happening. I'm here to fight and play and hopefully win some trophies.' Stones was speaking as City held an open training session alongside the club's women's side at the Joie Stadium on the fringe of their training complex on Tuesday. City now have a friendly at Palermo on Saturday before facing Wolves in their opening Premier League game at Molineux on August 16. The side is taking on a different shape with new signings Rayan Cherki, Rayan Ait-Nouri and Tijjani Reijnders having been integrated during the Club World Cup, in which City reached the last 16. Their arrivals continued a squad refresh after the signings of Omar Marmoush, Nico Gonzalez, Abdukodir Khusanov and Vitor Reis in January. Stones said: 'Things evolve, football evolves, and the guys that have come in have been great. 'It takes a bit of time, obviously, to get used to the style of play, what's expected, but the guys have come in for a reason. 'With the quality that they've got, the aspects of the game are different from what we've had in the past. I'm excited to play with them and see what they do.'

Roma 'pushing to sign Man City teenager on loan with £29m option' just six months after he joined the Premier League giants

Roma have reportedly increased their offer to sign Manchester City youngster Claudio Echeverri, with the Serie A side seeking a loan with an option to buy. Echeverri, 19, agreed to join City from River Plate for £12.5million in January 2023, but remained on loan at the club for a year. The highly-rated attacking midfielder eventually joined Pep Guardiola 's squad in February. Echeverri has made three appearances for Man City to date, with the teenager coming off the bench in the FA Cup final, as well making a brief cameo on the final day of the Premier League season. The midfielder scored his first Man City goal against Al Ain in the Club World Cup in June, with the Argentine firing in a superb free kick for his new club. Echeverri's future remains in doubt, amid reports Man City had planned to loan him to their sister club Girona in Spain. Reports in Italy have claimed the teenager has turned down the move and wants to link up with fellow Argentinians Paulo Dybala and Matias Soule at Roma. According to the Rome based Corriere dello Sport, the Serie A side have submitted an offer to sign Echeverri on loan with an option to buy for £29million. The offer reportedly marks an increase from an initial £21million option. Roma are claimed to be insistent on having an option to buy to avoid increasing Echeverri's value next season, only for him to return to Man City. The club are said to have included an £35million buy-back clause in their offer, which would net them a £6million profit if activated by Man City. It is claimed Echeverri is keen to make the move, which is being pushed by Roma boss Gian Piero Gasperini. Prior to joining Man City, Echeverri made 48 appearances in all competitions for River Plate in Argentina, contributing four goals and eight assists. The 19-year-old's stock rose further when he was the driving force during Argentina Under-20s run to the final at the South American Championships in January. Captaining the side, Echeverri netted six goals and recorded three assists during the tournament. Echeverri, who was handed his River Plate debut by former City defender Martin Demichelis, also shone at the Under 17 World Cup in 2023, scoring five goals.
