South Africa beats Zimbabwe by 7 wickets in T20 series to set up final against New Zealand
The comfortable win means South Africa and New Zealand will contest the final on Saturday after Zimbabwe lost for the third straight time.
Chasing a target of 145, Hermann and captain Rassie van der Dussen (52 not out in 41 deliveries) led the chase at Harare Sports Club. They took South Africa from 22-2 to 128-3 when Hermann, who also hit three fours in his 36-ball innings, was bowled by Richard Ngarava.
Van der Dussen was there at the end with Dewald Brevis as South Africa scored 145-3 in 17.2 overs, winning the match with a wide bowled by Trevor Gwandu.
Zimbabwe earlier lost the toss and scored 144-6 in its 20 overs.
Brian Bennett top-scored for the hosts with a 43-ball 61, which included three sixes and seven fours. Bennett shared a 78-run partnership for the fourth wicket with Ryan Burl (36 not out in 31 balls). Fast-medium pacer Corbin Bosch took 2-16 in four overs.
Table-topper New Zealand plays second-placed South Africa in a dead-rubber match on Tuesday. Both teams have four points but the South Africans have played one more game.

Oval Invincibles' investor talks stall £520m cricket windfall
Unresolved talks between India's richest family and the county cricket club which hosts the Oval Invincibles Hundred team are threatening to delay the delivery of a vast windfall for the sport. Sky News has learnt that RISE Worldwide - a subsidiary of the Ambani family's vast conglomerate, Reliance Industries - and Surrey County Cricket Club have yet to agree on several key issues relating to the sale of a 49% stake in one of the competition's most lucrative franchises. Cricket insiders said on Tuesday that the name under which the team would play upon completion of the deal was among the outstanding issues. Money latest: Reliance owns the Indian Premier League's Mumbai Indians, as well as teams in South Africa, the UAE and the US. One source said that talks between RISE Worldwide and Surrey were not at a complete impasse but could still take time to resolve, even as English cricket's governing body is keen to announce that a £520m windfall for the sport had been finalised. The Indian billionaires agreed to pay roughly £60m for a 49% stake in the Oval Invincibles, with Surrey CCC retaining ownership of the remaining 51%. In a statement issued at the time the deal was struck, Akash Ambani said: "We are glad to be part of Oval Invincibles-the most successful team in The Hundred-and welcome them into the Mumbai Indians family. "England, with its rich cricketing culture, has always been special to the game. "To have the iconic Oval, which has witnessed some of cricket's greatest moments, as our home venue is truly special. "We look forward to collaborating with like-minded partners, Surrey CCC, who share our passion and ethos for the sport." On Tuesday, sources indicated that the remaining issues between the Indian investors and Surrey CCC could be resolved imminently. The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has been waiting for investors in the eight Hundred franchises to sign participation agreements for several months following an auction in February which valued the participating teams at just over £975m. The proceeds of its stake sales will be distributed to all of English cricket's professional counties as well as to the grassroots game. The windfalls are being seen as a lifeline for many cash-strapped counties which have been struggling under significant debt piles for many years. Each group of investors in the Hundred - where host counties include Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire - has been asked to sign a venue hire agreement and shareholder agreement with the owner of the venue at which their team plays. Sources said that RISE Worldwide had yet to formally sign these two contracts with Surrey CCC. Oli Slipper, Surrey CCC's chair, said in February: "We said at the outset that we wanted the best partner to ensure that Surrey continue to lead the way in English cricket and in Mumbai Indians that is what we have got. "They share our passion for cricket, they own the biggest and most successful team in the IPL, the Mumbai Indians, and we believe this partnership will bring continued success to both Surrey CCC and our Hundred team. "Beyond cricket, the huge success of RIL's global business will help Surrey to thrive off the field too." The most valuable Hundred sale saw a group of technology tycoons, including executives from Google and Microsoft, paying about £145m for a minority stake in Lord's-based London Spirit. A majority of the new investors in the Hundred have now agreed to revised terms with the ECB, after negotiations which will result in the host venues retaining control of their teams' intellectual property rights. Investors will also hold an effective veto over future expansion of the Hundred, while the ECB will be barred from launching any other short-form professional version of the sport while the Hundred remains operational. Some details relating to future broadcast rights have yet to be completely finalised. Surrey CCC and the ECB declined to comment, while RISE Worldwide could not be reached for comment.

‘No d***heads': Why England Cricket hired New Zeland rugby union guru Gilbert Enoka
England have turned to the mental performance coach who created the All Blacks famous 'no d***heads' policy to give them a tougher edge in what has become a fractious Test series against India. Gilbert Enoka has been hired by his fellow New Zealander Brendon McCullum to harden up an England side the coach said were 'too nice' ahead of the third Test at Lord's, which was marked by a number of clashes between the sides. Advertisement Enoka was part of a training camp in London ahead of the Test summer and addressed the England players ahead of the fourth Test at Old Trafford, which starts on Wednesday. He will stay with the team for part of the game in what will be a temporary appointment aimed at giving England the edge in a series they lead 2-1 with two to play. The Athletic examines Enoka's background and why England are working with him. He is a mental performance coach with immense sporting experience, including working with the New Zealand cricket team — where he met England coach Brendon McCullum — the New Zealand netball team and a previous spell in English football with Chelsea, where he worked as an advisor two years ago. But Enoka is best known for his long association with New Zealand rugby, spending 15 years as their mental skills coach and another seven as leadership manager. That was where he brought in the 'no dickheads' policy said to be integral to the All Blacks two World Cup wins in 2011 and 2015. A d***head, according to Enoka, is someone who makes everything about themselves, puts themselves ahead of the team, believes they are entitled to preferential treatment, operates deceitfully or seeks unnecessary attention for their work. The policy emphasises that if an individual cannot change their ways they should be removed from the team regardless of their talent. McCullum was a pioneer of a nice, positive, friendly style of play when he was New Zealand captain and has brought a similar approach to his Bazball project with Ben Stokes. But he told the England team before the third Test that they were 'too nice' and encouraged the aggressive attitude that saw them hit back strongly at India after they confronted Zak Crawley and Ben Duckett for wasting time on the third evening. Advertisement The England captain said on Tuesday ahead of the fourth Test that Enoka had been brought in to help take England to 'the next level' during a spell of 10 Tests against India and Australia that will define the Stokes-McCullum era. 'We had a lot of time off after playing in New Zealand last winter and I spoke with Baz (McCullum) a lot about what we want to do and how we could take the team forward,' said Stokes. 'We can say as much as we want but we don't have the knowledge or experience in pushing teams onto the next level of where we want to go. 'Luckily Baz has known Gilbert for a long time and he's been able to put into words what we want to do a lot better than me and Baz would ever be able to do. 'He says we are similar in terms of our mindset to the All Blacks and that was nice to hear because they are such an unbelievable team. It's about culture, behaviour, training and being as good as we possibly can be.' While England have looked to toughen up, India have looked to the other Old Trafford where they spent time with Manchester United's players and their head coach Ruben Amorim before beginning their preparation for Wednesday's Test. 'A lot of our players are big Manchester United fans and it was great to be able to meet them and share our thoughts on each other's sports,' said India captain Shubman Gill. 'The English players on the United team clearly knew about cricket but said they weren't very good at it.' Clearly it's a factor in England's approach. Stokes doubled down on that on Tuesday and promised more of the same at Old Trafford. 'It's not something we will look to go out and repeat because that could take our focus off what we need to do out in the middle,' said the England captain. 'But by no means will we take a backward step. If the opposition are confrontational towards us we will try to give a bit back.' Gill, meanwhile, remains adamant that England were to blame for the bad feelings, which began when the India captain clashed with Crawley, telling the England opener to 'grow a pair of f****** balls'. 'The English batsmen had seven minutes of play left when they started their innings that night and were 90 seconds late getting to the crease,' Gill said. 'Not 10 or 20. They were 90 seconds late. Pakistan wins toss and puts Bangladesh into bat in second T20
DHAKA, Bangladesh (AP) — Pakistan cricket captain Salman Ali Agha won the toss and put Bangladesh into bat in the second T20 on Tuesday. Pakistan handed Ahmed Daniyal his international debut. He replaces leg-spinner Abrar Ahmed in the team's only change after it lost the first match by seven wickets. Bangladesh made two changes with Naim Sheikh replacing opener Tanzid Hasan and paceman Shoriful Islam coming in for Taskin Ahmed. The third and final match in the series is in Mirpur on Thursday.
