For the handy, outdoorsy dad, what better gift is there than a Leatherman gadget, one of the most trusted names in multi-tools? We recommend Signal, which our gear experts Steven John and Cam Vigliotta crowned the best multi-tool for camping 'thanks to its rugged tools that include a large blade, a tough saw and a hammer, its ferrocerium rod (which can create showers of hot sparks) and its loud safety whistle that can be heard for miles in the right condition,' they say. The fact that you can customize it (on Leatherman's site) elevates this multi-tool to a great Father's Day gift.

Sonic Editions works with distinguished photographers from all over the world to capture icons across industries, from music to movies to sports (the last category, for instance, includes rare photos of Muhammad Ali and Michael Jordan). Senior updates writer Karen Tietjen got one to display in her home and liked it so much she's also given one as a gift.
Atlas Coffee Club

Each themed bundle contains six to seven items designed to encourage bonding and playtime between father and baby, all sourced from small businesses. He'll get a book or toy for his tot, delicious snacks and items for some much-needed dad self-care.
tinned fish club
This isn't any old snack subscription box. Having tried Tinned Fisch Club's offerings myself, I was impressed by how thoughtfully the artisanal tins were curated and complemented by gourmet snacks and condiments. Not only that, there was fascinating information included on each product's origins and the makers behind them, as well as recipe ideas if Dad is a little more adventurous in the kitchen. Sample featured artisans include La Barca, Tenorio, ICC Saury and (my favorite) ICC Sanma.
The Original Craft Beer Club
Take the brewery tour to your dad's doorstep with Original Craft Beer Club's gift subscription of 12 microbrews every month (you can choose from a three-, six- or 12-month subscription). Each shipment features a curation of bestsellers and/or showcase brews from two American small-batch breweries. What's more, each can is freshly brewed to order and is accompanied by a newsletter detailing each beer's background and your personalized note.
When Is Father's Day This Year?
Father's Day always falls on the third Sunday in June. This year, it's June 15.
What Do Dads Love For Father's Day?
When it comes to celebrating Father's Day, it truly is the thought that counts. In addition to having some quality time to do what he enjoys—relaxing with a beer, playing a round of golf or spending time with family (likely his top choice)—dads love to feel appreciated. In terms of gift-giving, presents that cater to his interests are a sweet way to show how much you care. This can mean a splurge-worthy surprise, like a quality outdoor fire pit, or something thoughtful, like an Atlas Coffee Club subscription or digital photo frame.
What Can I Do For Father's Day On A Budget?
You don't have to spent a small fortune to spoil Dad on Father's Day. Spending quality time with family is one of the best ways to celebrate the day, whether it's a brunch gathering, an adventure outdoors or a few rounds of a favorite game. Presents don't have to cost a lot, either; this list includes several under-$50 gifts, from a nifty breakfast sandwich maker to a portable (and waterproof) Bluetooth speaker.

Late Night Reviews Trump's Night at the Theater
Welcome to Best of Late Night, a rundown of the previous night's highlights that lets you sleep — and lets us get paid to watch comedy. Here are the 50 best movies on Netflix right now. Master of the House President Donald Trump attended the opening night of 'Les Misérables' at the Kennedy Center on Wednesday. 'Usually, when Trump watches a staged rebellion, it's Fox News coverage of the 'riots' here in L.A.,' Jimmy Kimmel said on Thursday. 'It's a musical largely about a revolution. It's the people standing up against their king. The rebellion happens in Act 2 — or, I should say, it usually happens in Act 2. After Act 1 last night, Trump called in the National Guard and squashed the whole thing.' — JIMMY KIMMEL 'I have to say, Trump going to see 'Les Misérables' right now is like Kanye going to 'Fiddler on the Roof.' ' — JIMMY KIMMEL 'Some cast members from 'Les Mis' decided to boycott the performance because President Trump was there. Right now, the only person less popular than Trump in the world of theater is Patti LuPone.' — JIMMY KIMMEL 'Napoleon Bona-spurs was accompanied by Melania, as is required under Section B Subsection 3 of their prenup, which states, 'Mrs. Trump shall accompany her husband to no fewer than two public appearances per calendar year during which she shall refrain from open displays of revulsion, disgust, and/or hatred, regardless of current mood or events.' Also known as 'date night' for them.' — JIMMY KIMMEL 'But Melania, from all accounts, she loved the show. Her favorite song was 'On My Own.'' — JIMMY KIMMEL On the red carpet, a reporter asked the president if he was more of a Jean Valjean or Javert. 'Oh, that's a tough one,' he replied, and did not supply an answer. 'I don't know what's worse: that a reporter thought it was a good idea to ask Trump if he's the hero or the villain, or that Trump's response was 'Oof, that's a tough question.'' — DESI LYDIC 'All right, that's famously not a tough one. There's a pretty clear good guy and bad guy, but then I think Trump would have the same problem after a screening of 'Star Wars.' [imitating Trump] 'Oh, that's a tough one. Darth Vader is a mean guy, but also the Skywalker kid was very rude to the gay robot.'' — SETH MEYERS 'What do you mean you don't know? Javert is the bad guy. You just said you've seen the show a number of times. Is that number zero?' — STEPHEN COLBERT '[imitating Trump] The character I identify with most is Les. Les — Lester Miserables. Big, tough guy. Built that castle on a cloud. Not happy about it.' — STEPHEN COLBERT Want all of The Times? Subscribe.

Portland's 'pink pony prom' celebrates LGBTQ+ community in photos
PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — The pink rose boutonniere crafted by their mom and pinned to their pink-shouldered cowboy vest made the perfect ensemble for Lennon Sandoval to wear to 'pink pony prom.' This year's edition of the annual event, held to celebrate teen and young adult members of the LGBTQ+ community in Portland, Oregon, was inspired by 'Pink Pony Club,' the popular Chappell Roan anthem about queer liberation and self-acceptance. It was organized by the Sexual & Gender Minority Youth Resource Center, part of New Avenues for Youth, a nonprofit dedicated to ending youth homelessness. Drag artists paused the dancing to perform for attendees, who tossed faux money at the stage. Earplugs rested on tables and signs directed attendees to a low-sensory area for those who needed a break from the stimulation. Though some kept on dancing until the lights went on. ___ This is a documentary photo story curated by AP photo editors.

Here's what we know so far about the immediately highly anticipated sequel, coming from Amazon MGM+ Studios. And Brooks, who will be 100 years old when the movie debuts, will reprise the role of Yogurt. Joining the cast will be some fresh faces, too, including Keke Palmer. Spaceballs 2 will be written by Benji Samit, Dan Hernandez and Josh Gad. It will be directed by Josh Greenbaum, whose previous work includes the hilarious buddy comedy Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar. The original Spaceballs was released in 1987. The comedy is a send-up of Star Wars that also parodies other popular sci-fi franchises. Including, memorably, a singing and dancing version of Alien 's chestburster. It's worth mentioning that, during the original movie, the aforementioned Yogurt did suggest a sequel. His proposed title for the movie was Spaceballs 2: The Search for More Money .
