
Upcoming IPO: Sri Lotus Developers IPO opens on July 30; price band set at ₹140-150 apiece
Sri Lotus Developers IPO has reserved not more than 50% of the shares in the public issue for qualified institutional buyers (QIB), not less than 15% for non-institutional Institutional Investors (NII), and not less than 35% of the offer is reserved for retail investors.
Tentatively, Sri Lotus Developers IPO basis of allotment of shares will be finalised on Monday, August 4 and the company will initiate refunds on Tuesday, August 5 while the shares will be credited to the demat account of allottees on the same day following refund. Sri Lotus Developers share price is likely to be listed on BSE and NSE on Wednesday, August 6.
Sri Lotus Developers IPO consists entirely of a new issue, with the goal of raising ₹ 792 crore. Out of the total amount raised, ₹ 550 crore will be directed toward its subsidiaries—Richfeel Real Estate Private Limited, Dhyan Projects Private Limited, and Tryksha Real Estate Private Limited—to partly finance the development and construction expenses of ongoing projects: Amalfi, The Arcadian, and Varun, respectively.
The lead managers for the issue are Monarch Networth Capital and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors.

Reliance Infrastructure shares have fallen by 14% in the past five sessions to touch a low of Rs 281.25 on Tuesday, while Reliance Power has tumbled 15% to Rs 45.32 on the BSE during the period. The slide comes after reports that the ED is set to question bank officials involved in a Rs 17,000 crore loan fraud case linked to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday issued summons to several top executives of the Anil Ambani-led Reliance Group in connection with an ongoing money laundering investigation, a day before Ambani is slated to appear before the agency, according to an Economic Times to Times Now sources familiar with the development, senior group executives, including Amitabh Jhunjhunwala and Sateesh Seth, are among those summoned. The ED has reportedly issued at least six summons under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) so far, the report further to group firms—Reliance Home Finance Ltd, Reliance Commercial Finance Ltd, and Reliance Communications—amounting to around Rs 17,000 crore have reportedly turned into non-performing assets (NPAs), involving nearly 20 ED's action follows a series of searches conducted last week at multiple premises associated with the group. The searches were reportedly carried out at 35 locations across Mumbai, encompassing 50 companies and 25 a parallel but related development, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has submitted the findings of its probe to the ED, as well as to the National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA) and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).Sebi's investigation pertains to an alleged diversion of Rs 10,000 crore by Reliance Infrastructure (R Infra) through a series of transactions with an engineering firm named CLE Pvt to SEBI, evidence collected during the investigation indicates that CLE was functionally a related party of R Infra. Documentation cited by the regulator included submissions by CLE to Yes Bank , where it acknowledged Reliance Infra as a promoter. Internal records, such as audit committee meeting minutes, reportedly identified CLE as a 'group company.'Additionally, the regulator found that bank accounts operated by CLE bore email addresses using the '@ ' domain, which corresponds to the Reliance ADA Group. Private bank share hits record high, soars 40% so far in CY25. Do you own?
CSB Bank share price today: Shares of private lender CSB Bank hit a record high of ₹438.05, gaining 3.4 per cent on the BSE in Tuesday's intra-day trade in otherwise a weak market. CSB Bank had posted a healthy business update in the June quarter of financial year 2026 (Q1FY26). As of June 30, 2025, the company reported provisional total deposits of ₹35,990 crore, marking a 20 per cent year-on-year (Y-o-Y) growth from ₹29,920 crore recorded in Q1FY25. Within these deposits, current account savings account (CASA) stood at ₹8,465 crore, up 14 per cent Y-o-Y from ₹7,449 crore, while term deposits increased 22 per cent Y-o-Y to ₹27,525 crore from ₹22,471 crore. The segment is expected to benefit from a broader spectrum of products, including loan against property (LAP), commercial vehicle and consumption loans, and creating enough cross-selling opportunities across the customer lifecycle. In parallel, wholesale banking is expected to deliver robust growth through a restructured vertical-led model, covering large corporate, mid-market, and NBFCs/PSUs. The focus is on deepening share of wallet, enhancing trade and CMS offerings, and progressively reducing earlier NBFC concentration. MSME lending will continue to demonstrate consistent growth, while gold loans are projected to grow steadily with a prudent approach to risk, CSB Bank said. Consolidated total revenue from operations in the quarter under review stood at ₹145.46 crore, as against ₹142.46 crore in the year-ago period, it added. Total expenses were marginally higher at ₹12.15 crore, as compared to ₹11.77 crore in the same quarter a year ago, the company said. The stock split in the ratio of 1:10 was also approved by the board, where one stock of face value of ₹10 will be subdivided into 10 stocks of face value of ₹1. "The board of directors of the company at their meeting held today i.e., on Monday, August 4, 2025, have inter alia considered and approved sub-division of the existing 1 (one) equity share of the company having face value of ₹10 each fully paid-up, into 10 equity shares having face value of ₹1 each, fully paid-up," the filing read. The record date for the purpose of the sub-division of equity shares shall be intimated after taking the approval of the shareholders of the company. 'The present authorised capital of the company is ₹60,00,00,000, which will be divided into 60,00,00,000 ordinary shares of ₹1 each with power to increase the capital from time to time," the filing read.
