New photo emerges of Jaxson Dart with his mom… after she stole the show on NFL Draft night
The New York Giants selected Dart with the 25th overall pick at last month's draft, a move which sparked joyous scenes amongst his friends and family over in Utah.
The young quarterback could be seen turning and hugging his proud mom after officially joining the big leagues, with Kara appearing to wipe away the tears in an emotional moment.
And it was the glamorous mother of four who stole the show on draft night, with fans joking that the Giants should have selected her instead because of how toned she is.
A few weeks after becoming an internet sensation, Kara Dart has made another appearance in a Mother's Day photo alongside Jaxson, husband Brandon and her three other children.
Jaxon shared a photo of the family standing in front of a private jet and wrote: 'mommas day [love heart emoji]'.
He then added: 'Love you Mom'.
Dart is very close to his family, who flew with him to New York last month as he walked into Giants HQ for the first time.
During his time at Ole Miss, Dart revealed how his mom told him to slide more with the ball.
'I definitely need to start doing that,' he said in September 2023. 'My mom tells me to slide and I should start.'
In early January, Dart said his mom was his inspiration before the team's massive 52-20 win over Duke Blue Devils, saying: 'I told my mom I was going to leave everything I had on the field and I did.'
Kara herself has both a private personal Instagram account and a separate one that focuses on running and fitness, which has been inactive for a few years. She's also into fashion, and gives Dart advice on his pre-game outfits.
He told GQ: 'I've relied on her for a lot of things in the fashion world. At the same time, I think she gives great input. She worked at Nordstrom growing up, so she's always been a part of it.
'My mom's into it, and she's done a great job of letting me choose and find things that I like and just giving me options.'
She has revealed her family have a saying: 'You have to be comfortable being uncomfortable
Dart was picked in the first round of the NFL Draft by the Giants with Abdul Carter last month
It has emerged that the plan in New York is to sit Dart for his rookie season, with the former Ole Miss quarterback taking a spot behind Jameis Winston and No. 1 starter Russell Wilson at MetLife.
But the Giants clearly have big plans for him in the future after trading back into the first round to get the 21-year-old with the 25th pick. And as he gets to grips with life in the NFL, lessons from his mom in upsetting the odds could prove to be his making in the longer terms.
'For so many years now, he has not felt comfortable. We have a phrase at our house - you have to be comfortable being uncomfortable. Because so much of life is that,' Kara said in an interview with Ole Miss Rebels YouTube channel late last year.
In that discussion, she reflected on Dart's move to Ole Miss from USC and his early struggles in adapting to life under his new head coach, Lane Kiffin.
'You never felt relaxed, he was very aware of every stat,' Kara said. 'It was a grind but he knew what he wanted and he wasn't going to give it up.

Trump will host Kennedy Center Honors in presidential first. Here's who's on the honorees list
Ten years after his career as a television star ended when he launched his first campaign for the presidency, President Donald Trump is returning to his presenter roots as host of this year's Kennedy Center Honors award ceremony this December. The president, who appointed himself head of the Kennedy Center shortly after taking office, made the announcement himself at a press conference to unveil this year's slate of honorees. He claimed the Kennedy Center board had requested that he serve as the emcee of this year's show, stepping into shoes once filled by the late CBS News anchor Walter Cronkite from 1981 to 2002, then by Ambassador Caroline Kennedy — the daughter of President John F. Kennedy, for whom the arts center is named — from 2003 to 2012. More recently, the award ceremony was hosted by Glenn Close, Stephen Colbert, Gloria Estefan, LL Cool J, and David Letterman.

Rory McIlroy: I don't think it's possible to be a playing Ryder Cup captain
Masters champion Rory McIlroy revealed he has already 'shot down' the prospect of becoming a playing Ryder Cup captain in the future. The Northern Irishman, Europe's leading points scorer in their victory in Rome two years ago, said the idea had already been raised with him but he rejected it out of hand. McIlroy, aged 36 and currently world number two, has plenty of time left at the top as a player, but it is a dilemma facing United States captain Keegan Bradley, whose form this year has elevated him to 12th in the world and 10th on America's qualification list. 'I've been asked to do that and I've turned it down,' said McIlroy, who was the first player to automatically qualify for Europe's team for next month's event at Bethpage in New York. 'The idea of me being a playing captain sometime soon has come up and I've shot it down straight away because I don't think you can do it. 'If you'd have said it 20 years ago I'd say it was probably possible to do, but how big of a spectacle it is and everything that's on the line in a Ryder Cup now, I just think it would be a very difficult position to be in. 'There's a lot of things that people don't see that the captain does the week of the Ryder Cup, especially now that the Ryder Cup has become so big. 'The captain's only going to be able to play one session on Friday, one session on Saturday. Would you rather not have a player that has the flexibility to go twice if he's playing well?' On Thursday McIlroy will tee off alongside world number one Scottie Scheffler in the BMW Championship at Caves Valley Golf Club outside Baltimore. The Northern Irishman opted to skip the opening event of the FedEx Cup as he knew he was already guaranteed a spot in the PGA Tour's season-ending Tour Championship next week and that drew some criticism. However, McIlroy argued his year is far from over as, in addition to the Ryder Cup, he will head back to the DP World Tour for a number of events, including the Irish Open and BMW Championship at Wentworth, before trying to win his seventh Race to Dubai title in November. 'A lot of the guys aren't 18 years into their professional career. I feel like I'm in a little bit of a different position,' he added. 'I'm playing nine times between now and the end of the year, so I've still got a pretty busy stretch coming up and I just think that extra week off will do me good with the events coming up.'

Disney fans fume over 'obnoxious' behavior of streamer as cast members admit it makes their job 'suck'
A fierce debate about filming at Disney World has erupted online after a streamer was called out for their 'rude' and 'obnoxious' behavior, even prompting cast members to weigh in. A Disney guest recently took to the popular WaltDisneyWorld section of Reddit, where they shared a picture of someone holding up an array of cameras and filming equipment while walking around the park. The unidentified man had a camera mount in both of his hands, and each one was attached to an iPhone as well as a portable charger and a slew of other wires. He held the devices above his head, making it difficult for people behind him to see . 'Anyone else think this is just obsessive and obscene?' the Reddit user asked about the contraption. It sparked a heated argument about the topic, as hordes of people rushed to the comment section to share their thoughts. Many people agreed with the poster, and one person, claiming to be a Disney Cast Member, even chimed in about their experience with people filming content at the parks. 'Being a [cast member] sucks when it comes to this,' the user admitted. 'Yes, some influencers will ask permission to film us, especially involving pin videos. However, many exploit us for content. 'People generally don't realize that performing isn't just limited to entertainment. Every [cast member] is always putting on a show. 'Disney is always watching. Hearing these influencers stretch the truth, or leave out pertinent details as a "hack" grinds my gears.' Others shared their own experiences with people filming or holding multiple devices at the parks. '[Something like this] was in front of us during EPCOT's fireworks show last time we went. And she kept waving it in our faces. It was rude,' one person shared. 'Absolutely. I can't stand people who regularly live stream in the parks, [to be honest],' another wrote. 'I've had multiple instances where someone wasn't paying attention to anyone around them because they were streaming and either walked into us/in front of us, or were just being loud in an area that didn't warrant it, etc. It's incredibly obnoxious, especially when they have rigs or multiple camera setups like this.' Someone else said: 'We saw this today. Blocking off their space with all their cameras and tech and then getting mad when people move around them or get in their shot. 'I don't even mean close to show time. I mean hours and hours before the parade.' 'And incredibly annoying. Had a guy like that in front of me at fireworks one night- had to move as his lights were bright enough it actually interfered with the firework show,' read a fourth comment. A different user admitted: 'Disney influencers like this take the magic out of visiting the parks. Disney World is a place to escape the world and enter one of whimsy and fantasy.' They added: 'Disney really needs to start limiting the kind of filming equipment people can bring into the parks. 'I've seen people with tripods setting up shots as if they were filming a movie and acting like they can direct people to stay out of their shots, like they are filming an episode of Modern Family or Full House. 'I know not all Disney bloggers are like this, but there are a lot of them who think they can get away with it since they are comp'd by Disney to shill for them.' Disney World explained the rules on its website, writing: 'Selfie sticks, hand-held extension poles for cameras or mobile devices, flags and banners are not allowed in any theme park or water park. 'Tripods or monopod stands that cannot fit inside a standard backpack or that extend over 6' (182 cm) are not allowed in theme parks, water parks, Disney Springs, or ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.'
