Jennifer Aniston Says She And Gwyneth Paltrow Still Gossip About Ex Brad Pitt: ‘How Can We Not?'
Last Updated: August 11, 2025, 22:54 IST
Jennifer Aniston says she and Gwyneth Paltrow still laugh and talk about Brad Pitt when they meet.
Jennifer Aniston isn't holding back when it comes to her friendship with Gwyneth Paltrow—and their shared history with actor Brad Pitt. The Hollywood A-lister openly admitted that she and Gwyneth still talk about their mutual ex when they meet up, blending a bit of nostalgia with the easy humour of long-time friends.
Jennifer Aniston Opens Up About Gossiping With Gwyneth Paltrow
Brad Pitt and Gwyneth Paltrow's relationship dominated headlines in the 1990s, with the pair dating from 1994 to 1997 and even getting engaged before parting ways. Years later, Brad married Jennifer in 2000, a marriage that would last five years before ending in a highly publicised divorce.
In a recent Vanity Fair interview, Jennifer laughed off the idea of avoiding Brad-related topics with Gwyneth. 'Ironically, I went to her and Brad's engagement party. Oh, of course [talk about Brad]. How can we not? We're girls. We're always swapping advice—'What are you doing for this? What are you doing for that? Do you have a new doctor for that?'"
Jennifer Aniston Reflects on Media Scrutiny and Moving Forward
Jennifer also revisited the relentless tabloid coverage during her breakup with Brad, particularly as he was linked to Angelina Jolie. 'It was such juicy reading for people. If they didn't have their soap operas, they had their tabloids. It's a shame that it had to happen, but it happened. And boy did I take it personally. They were sort of building us up and then tearing you down," she shared.
Despite the intense media storm surrounding their relationship and eventual divorce, Jennifer and Brad have maintained a cordial relationship over the years. Her friendship with Gwyneth has also endured, unaffected by the shared chapter in their romantic histories.
Looking ahead, Jennifer is channeling her energy into her work. She will return as Alex Levy in season four of The Morning Show, streaming on Apple TV+ from September 17. Reese Witherspoon and Mark Duplass reprise their roles, with Oscar-winner Marion Cotillard joining as Celine Dumont, a new operator who's set to shake things up on the fictional newsroom floor. Veteran actor Kirron Kher has never shied away from sharing her opinions, and she has always been quite candid about them. During a recent interaction, Kirron shared how she would bluntly tell her husband, veteran actor Anupam Kher, if she didn't like any of his films. She also spoke about the advice she gives her son, Sikandar, on not being as selective with his projects as she has been in her career. Speaking to CNN-News18, she said, 'I am not one of those people who appreciates family members just like that. I am rather blunt about that. My husband feels bad about it. He has done so many films. Some of them are good, some aren't, so I can't appreciate every film of his. I'm a dangerous woman to take to film trials because it is obvious when I don't like a film. It shows on my face.' Kirron then went on to admit that she didn't like Sikandar's performance in Tigmanshu Dhulia's film Milan Talkies. Anupam Kher and Kirron Kher got married on August 26, 1985. Sikandar is Kirron's son from her first marriage to Gautam Berry. After her divorce from Gautam, she married Anupam in 1985. The two never had children together. During a recent chat on Raj Shamani's podcast, Anupam shared that feels a 'void' for not having his own children. When asked for the reason behind the same, he shared that Kirron 'could not conceive.' 'Kirron could not conceive it and then once she conceived, she had to.. sort of… it was not growing in the right manner,' he said and added that he too, was busy with his career. 'I was too busy making it big. I was too busy aur Sikandar acha… acha hai Sikander mere liye (Sikander is still fine for me). He was 4 when he came into my life, when I married Kirron so I never felt anything missing,' he said.

Apple Cinemas says its branding is "clearly differentiated" from Apple in court fight
Apple Cinemas says it will defend its brand against a trademark infringement lawsuit filed by Apple Inc. , stating the theater chain has operated independently for over a decade with "no connection" to the tech company. "We are committed to defending our brand, our history, and our continued right to operate as Apple Cinemas – an identity that is and has always been clearly distinct and fully compliant with all applicable trademark laws," the company said in a statement responding to Apple's legal action filed last Friday. Apple Inc. sued the theater chain and its owner Sand Media, alleging they "knowingly and intentionally" used the Apple name to create consumer confusion during an "aggressive nationwide expansion." The tech giant seeks monetary damages and an injunction to prevent the cinema company from using the Apple name. Theater chain claims geographic origins, denies brand confusion Apple Cinemas, which operates 14 locations primarily in the Northeast, maintains its name derives from geographic roots rather than any attempt to capitalise on Apple's brand recognition. According to MacRumors, the company says its name "reflects our roots, beginning with our first planned location at the Apple Valley Mall in New England," though no theater actually opened at that Rhode Island mall. The theater chain, founded in 2013, has grown into what it describes as a "top 25 movie theater chain " in the United States. Earlier this year, Apple Cinemas opened its first West Coast location in San Francisco, expanding beyond its traditional Northeast footprint. Apple Cinemas disputes claims of consumer confusion, asserting its "branding is clearly differentiated" from the iPhone maker. The company also contested Apple's characterization of failed negotiations, stating it has "responded reasonably and transparently to all legal communications regarding this matter." The US Patent and Trademark Office previously denied Apple Cinemas' attempts to trademark both the "Apple Cinemas" name and "Apple Cinemas Experience" in 2024, citing potential confusion with Apple's existing trademark rights. Apple Inc. has expanded into entertainment content through its Apple TV+ streaming service since 2019. AI Masterclass for Students. Upskill Young Ones Today!– Join Now
