is continuing to home her family member that lost their home during the Los Angeles wildfires despite looking for a new place for herself.
While in the process of finding a space that better fits the needs of her family, the actress, 45, successfully offloaded her three-bedroom, four-bathroom property in Silver Lake for $4.1 million.
In late March, a representative from her listing agency confirmed to People that the actress was looking for a larger place to accommodate a displaced relative.
The selling of the home comes exactly a year after Christina, 45, admitted that her divorce from James Heerdegen had left her 'really broke' and forced her to sell off her designer bags and jewelry.
The actress referred to her situation at the time as 'financial trauma.'
Meanwhile the listing agency for her home confirmed that the star was on the hunt for a bigger place to make things more comfortable for her whole household.
The Los Angeles Fires in January this year destroyed over $30million worth of real estate leaving 12,900 households displaced.
Over half of the structures in the Pacific Palisades burned down as well as half of the homes in Altadena.
Christina's home was listed by real estate agent Lorraine Getz, who told the outlet: 'This property is truly one of a kind and homes like this don't come along often, especially in Silverlake.
'What makes this home so special is the attention to detail, from the thoughtful layout that maximizes light and space to the well-crafted floor plan.'
Christina's former LA home is 3,396 square feet with three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The beautiful property has a rooftop deck, as well as a private decking area on the ground floor and a huge balcony overlooking the garden on the second floor.
The home sits above the Silver Lake Reservoir, with views of Downtown Los Angeles, as well as the mountains.
Perfect spot: A sunset seen from one of the gorgeous decks
Speaking to People, Lorraine said: 'This home is all about the views - some of the best in Silver Lake! The rooftop deck takes it to another level.
'It's perched high on a cul-de-sac for ultimate privacy, yet just at the end of the street, a hidden staircase connects you to Silver Lake's best spots - amazing dining, coffee, and boutiques, all just moments away.'
The pool sits besides a spacious area which boasts views of the city and mountain landscape.
Open living: The living room has a large fireplace beneath a built in tv and opens up completely on to one of the tiled decks
The rooftop terrace is covered, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the city and nature landscape.
The second floor balcony is tiled and has ample space for a couch and table making it an ideal entertaining space and has a tiled staircase leading to the rooftop terrace.
Inside the property the living room features floor to ceiling sliding doors, which can be opened completely to give unobstructed views of the skyline and trees.
Best room: The master suite has a floor-to-ceiling sliding door that open on to a clear panel balcony
There is also a massive fireplace in the living room, beneath a built-in television, for cozy nights in.
The modern wooden staircase features floating steps with clear glass panels and is set against a large window.
The kitchen includes a number of modern amenities, including a built-in coffee station and a huge center island.
The master suite has a floor-to-ceiling sliding door that opens to a clear panel romeo and juliet balcony.
There is also a large relaxing bathtub, perched by a window in the ensuite of the master bathroom.
On March 6, Christina proudly received her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The actress has been on screen since the age of eight, appearing in Mermaids, Casper, The Addams Family, Now and Then, Ally McBeal, Pumpkin, Monster, Black Snake Moan, Speed Racer, Yellowjackets and more.

Diddy guilty verdict is ‘in the bag' despite ‘weak' prosecution's ‘failure to call most crucial witness,' lawyer says

THE prosecution will likely secure a conviction in its case against Sean "Diddy" Combs despite their failure to call the most crucial witness, a former federal prosecutor has said. Closing arguments in Combs ' high-profile racketeering and sex trafficking trial are expected to begin as early as Friday afternoon. 8 8 8 8 The prosecution called its final witness on Tuesday, capping off six weeks of emotional, explicit, and graphic testimony from more than 30 witnesses, including Combs' former employees and ex-lovers. Neama Rahmani, a former federal prosecutor who is not involved in Combs' trial, said the government's sprawling case is enough to secure a conviction of the disgraced music mogul. "I do believe the prosecution has done enough to convict Diddy, but it really depends on the crime," Rahmani told The U.S. Sun. "I think prostitution is in the bag. It's pretty clear that the entertainers were paid and they were flown across state lines. There's an interstate nexus. "The next charge that I think they've proven is the racketeering, the RICO charge, and I think they've proven it because you can get to racketeering even if you lose on sex trafficking. "You can show a criminal enterprise and we have Bad Boy Entertainment with Diddy at the head of the enterprise." Rahmani continued, "You need to show a pattern of racketeering activity, that can be sex trafficking, but could also be drug trafficking. "It could be extortion. We heard about Diddy shaking down Regina Ventura. It could be bribery, paying a hundred thousand dollars for the hotel surveillance video. "It could be obstruction of justice. It could be witness intimidation. So there are a lot of ways to get to racketeering." 'WILLING PARTICIPANTS' However, Rahmani believes the prosecution faces an uphill battle to score a conviction on the sex trafficking charge. Explosive new Diddy mansion pics reveal star's shelves stacked with baby oil & vast weapons arsenal "I think sex trafficking is the hardest charge to prove and the reason it is is there are many emails and messages where Cassie and Jane seem to be setting up the freak-offs," Rahmani, the co-founder of West Coast Trial Lawyers, added. "They seem like they're willing participants and obviously the jurors have seen almost an hour of freak-off video and I'm guessing that parts of those videos at least seem to show that Cassie and Jane were willing participants in the sexual activity. "Now, I believe this is consistent with the psychology of abuse and we had expert Don Hughes testify why someone may stay with their abuser, but when victims do it can be hard." I think sex trafficking is the most challenging count. I wouldn't be surprised if the jurors hung or are even going to not guilty on that particular account. Neama Rahmani, a former federal prosecutor Rahmani underscored the recent outcome of disgraced movie producer Harvey Weinstein's retrial. The jury in Weinstein's retrial reached a split verdict, convicting the Miramax founder, 73, of one of the two criminal sexual assault counts he faced and acquitted him of the other. The judge overseeing Weinstein's retrial declared a mistrial on the rape charge after the jury failed to reach a verdict on the crime. "They're in New York where the prosecution only got guilty verdicts on one of the three victims because again, they maintain their relationship with Harvey Weinstein," Rahmani said, referring to the shamed movie mogul's retrial. "So, I think sex trafficking is the most challenging count. I wouldn't be surprised if the jurors hung or are even going to not guilty on that particular account." 8 8 8 'RICO CONVICTION IN JEOPARDY' Rahmani stressed that prosecutors weakened their case by not calling Kristina Khorram, Combs' ex-chief of staff, and Damion "D-Roc" Butler, one of the music executive's former bodyguard, to the stand. Khorram, who was referred to as "KK" in several lawsuits and in the prosecution's federal indictment of Combs, and Butler were mentioned by prosecutors throughout the trial and by nearly every witness that testified. "I think it was a mistake for the government not to compel Kristina Khorram, D-Roc, and even 'Gina,' who was victim three, to testify," Rahmani told The U.S. Sun. "With respect to Kristina Khorram, KK, and D-Roc, they could've charged them as co-conspirators in the case. "Normally, you would expect the prosecution to lean on people like KK and D-Roc to flip against their former employer. "So, the fact that they didn't do so is weak in my opinion. "The fact that they're not testifying in this trial that hurt the RICO charge against Diddy." The courtroom heard testimony from two of Combs ex-lovers, including singer Cassandra "Cassie" Ventura and a woman identified only as Jane. Ventura delivered an impactful and emotional testimony, telling jurors about the years-long physical abuse and sex marathons she was forced to participate in at Combs' direction. Jane also wiped away tears as she told the court about how she opened "Pandora's box" when she agreed to Combs' proposal to engage in a "freak-off" with him and a male escort. Jurors also heard testimony from roughly seven of Combs' former employees and personal assistants, who all testified about their turbulent time working for the Bad Boy Records founder. A third ex-girlfriend of Combs, who was only identified as Gina, was expected to testify at trial, but eventually did not. 'THE BIG QUESTION' Rahmani argued that the prosecution's accusation of Combs related to Gina, who was mentioned in the federal indictment and throughout the trial more than 100 times, troublesome. "It's problematic for the prosecution to allege all these crimes related to Gina and then not have her locked down, in a way that she disappears before trial," Rahmani told The U.S. Sun. "So, if they lose on any of these counts, the question will be, was three victims enough, especially when those three victims stayed with Diddy, either as an assistant in Mia's case or as lovers in Cassie and Jane's case. "That's the big question, if they were abused they did they stay with their abuser. "But I still think prosecution can prove RICO because they called six personal assistants to the stand to testify about buying drugs, buying lube, buying condoms, setting up the hotel rooms for the freak-offs, the hotel nights, or the king nights, cleaning them up afterward. "So, there's plenty of evidence that there was coordination and an agreement between Diddy and these personal assistants." Closing arguments in Combs' federal trial are expected to begin on Thursday. The jury could begin deliberation as early as Friday afternoon. 8

Tammy Hembrow flees Australia with her young children amid split from husband Matt Zukowski

Tammy Hembrow has fled the country after announcing her split from husband Matt Zukowski. The pair are headed for divorce after just seven months of marriage and the fitness influencer has jetted off to New Zealand to rest and recuperate. In post shared to Instagram on Thursday, Tammy announced she was heading to Queenstown with her kids, before sharing footage of the family at the airport. 'Errands before our lil getaway. Honestly this couldn't have come at a more perfect time' Tammy wrote in her caption. 'Guys give me all your Queenstown recommendations' she added alongside a series of images in which she posed alongside her car. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Tammy later uploaded some short videos in which she was at the airport with her children to her Instagram Stories. One clip showed her daughter enjoying a snack and a dance, another showed her son complaining about the price of airport food. It comes a day after Tammy revealed that she feels 'lost' after announcing her split. The influencer is looking toward the future and hopeful she can rebuild from the ashes, she told her fans on Instagram. 'I feel like I've lost myself a thousand times… and each time I've found something new. So here's to that' she wrote in her caption. The comment came alongside a carousel of images of Tammy enjoying an iced drink with what appeared to be a friend. She also shared an inspirational quote that read: 'You're not in this season by accident'. Tammy earlier shared an emotional update following her painful breakup. The 31-year-old admitted she has been getting headaches from constantly crying after announcing she was getting a divorce. 'I think I am getting extra headaches at the moment because I'm a cry baby,' she said in a video shared to her Instagram Story. Tammy announced her shock split from Matt in an emotional video on Sunday. The Love Island Australia star also revealed the couple's separation in a sombre Instagram Story, telling fans the decision was not taken lightly. 'It's with a heavy heart I share that Tammy and I have decided to separate,' Matt began. 'Both of us have struggled with making this decision, however we need to do what is right for ourselves and her three children. 'This wasn't a decision we took lightly. Our time together will always be cherished and never forgotten,' he added, before thanking fans for their support and asking for privacy. Despite their short-lived marriage, both parties have asked for privacy as they adjust to life post-breakup. 'We appreciate everyone's support and space at this time as we navigate the split,' Matt concluded in his emotional post. Tammy later addressed the split in an emotional TikTok video, telling fans she would be getting a divorce. 'I don't want to get into the details and I want to be sensitive to everyone involved,' she told fans. 'Obviously when you marry someone, you do it thinking that it is going to be forever and I blame no one but myself,' Tammy continued while breaking down in tears. 'I've made not the best choices when it comes to relationships. I'm good at putting on rose-coloured glasses. 'Obviously the worst part for me is that I have kids. I don't care about me, I know I will be okay, but I feel awful.' The news came less than 24 hours after Matt was spotted spending time with sports journalist Tayla Little at the London Tavern in Melbourne on Saturday night. Tammy first sparked concern in March after she was spotted crying in a bathroom, while Matt was later overheard allegedly ' talking crap' about his wife at a South Melbourne gym. In the weeks that followed, Matt quietly moved out of the couple's Queensland home and relocated back to Melbourne, where he resumed working for his father's pool business. While Matt continued to co-host his podcast Where's Your Head At? with ex-girlfriend and fellow Love Island alum Anna McEvoy, Tammy was noticeably absent from his social media. Meanwhile, the Gold Coast-based influencer has remained in Queensland with her three children - son Wolf, nine, daughter Saskia, seven, and toddler Posy, three - from previous relationships. Matt was notably missing from several major family events over the past two months, including Tammy's 31st birthday, Posy's fairy-themed third birthday party, and even Easter weekend. Tammy and Matt tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony at Château Du Soleil in Byron Bay on November 23. They got engaged in December 2023 following just three months of dating. The jet-setting pair were engaged in the Maldives, before heading off to Greece and Bali for luxury holidays.
