The pair were nicked as they waited to jet off to The Netherlands unaware cops had found incriminating evidence on their Encrochat handsets.
The duo, from Glasgow, are now banged up with scores of other Scots hoods who were nailed after using the encrypted phones to carry out their criminal schemes.
At the High Court in Glasgow, both were each jailed for four years and six months after they admitted being concerned in the sale and supply of controlled drugs.
They were also each made subject of Serious Crime Prevention Orders for three years which will come into effect on their release from custody.
Images of their cocaine stash were today released by prosecutors after the Glasgow pair were jailed at the High Court in Glasgow.
The pair had been part of a crime gang involved in dealing more than £500,000 of cocaine and cannabis during the covid lockdown in 2020.
Messages revealed the duo's illegal activities including Campbell moaning that Montgomery had him "working" on the warmest day of that year.
The pair, both of the city's Knightswood, had earlier pleaded guilty to a charge of being involved in serious organised crime.
The pair were caught as part of the Operation Brumlow police probe into a crime mob.
Montgomery had the handle "Lets-Go' on EncroChat to communicate with fellow criminals while Campbell was known as "Reliantriver".

We told how in August 2023 the men were arrested at Glasgow Airport with them due to get on a flight to Amsterdam.
Detective Superintendent Steven Elliot said: "Montgomery and Campbell were responsible for orchestrating a significant drug trafficking operation that posed a serious risk to our communities.
'Their actions were deliberate and driven by profit, with no regard for the harm caused by the supply of illegal drugs.
"This outcome demonstrates our commitment to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and the country's Serious Organised Crime Strategy.
"We will continue to target those involved in the supply and distribution of illegal drugs and use all available means to disrupt and dismantle organised crime groups operating in our communities."

We previously told how French and Dutch forces infiltrated the Encrochat network - leading to a wave of arrests across the UK and Europe.
Around 60,000 people across the continent used it, with around 10,000 of those users being from the UK.
Mystery continues to surround the people who made and supplied the handsets to hoods eager to keep their activities off the radar.
But the users came unstuck when French law enforcement cracked the system using software they have kept a closely guarded secret.
We told how a leading crimebuster said the takedown of Encrochat phones gave Scots cops the upper hand - and 'turbo-boosted' their fight against gangsters.
Miles Bonfield, deputy director of the National Crime Agency, hailed the impact of Operation Venetic, a hi-tech blitz that unearthed the activities of hundreds of hoods.
He said: 'It made a real difference to turbo-boosting some investigations that were already running and giving them the vital insight and evidential assistance they needed to prove their heinous criminality.'

Moment LA cops shoot reporter on live TV while Brit photographer is hospitalised by rubber bullet during street anarchy

Australian reporter Lauren Tomasi was covering the protests for Nine News when she was blasted at close range by a rubber bullet, collapsing in agony mid-broadcast. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 2 Lauren Tomasi was reporting live from the streets of LA amid the violent protests in the city 2 The Australian reporter was shot with a rubber bullet by riot police live on air Credit: X 'The LAPD are moving in on horseback and firing rubber bullets at protesters,' Tomasi told viewers, as loud bangs echoed across Downtown LA. Suddenly, a police officer swung his weapon towards her, and a cloud of smoke erupted near the correspondent. Caught on camera, Tomasi doubled over in pain, live on air. 'You just f***ing shot a reporter!' a furious protester screamed at police, as others rushed to help the injured Aussie. Despite the shocking moment, Tomasi managed to yell back, 'I'm good, I'm good.' Her network later confirmed she was 'left sore but otherwise unharmed' by the impact — but the image of a journalist being targeted has already sparked outrage. It comes after a British photojournalist was rushed to hospital for emergency surgery when a 'sponge bullet' tore through his thigh during the same night of violence. Nick Stern, 60, from Hertford, said he had made himself clearly visible as a member of the press when he was shot while photographing a standoff between protesters and riot cops. 'I felt this horrific shooting pain impacting my leg. I felt down immediately and felt this large lump … protesters came to help and I was just saying, 'Sit me down, sit me down'… then I blacked out,' he told The Times. More to follow... John Swinney's youth violence summit must deliver real change not just talk

John Swinney deserves credit when it comes to engaging with the public on the big issues facing the country. Not every minister in his government is so willing when it comes to listening to voices who may not necessarily agree with their party line. The SNP leader will host a summit on reducing youth violence across Scotland in a bid to prevent knife crime. But mum Vicky Donald surely speaks for many when she voiced fears that nothing will be done. She has demanded urgent action and 'real change'. The message is clear – John Swinney's latest summit can't be just another talking shop. The Scottish Government has also pledged that funding for the Scottish Violence Reduction Unit will rise by seven per cent, after fears it faced a budget cut. It comes in the wake of the tragic deaths of teenagers Amen Teklay, 15, and Kayden Moy, 16, who both died this year after being stabbed. Another youth was also seriously injured but survived following an altercation in Edinburgh. The Record has repeatedly reported that violence is a real problem in some secondary schools, with teachers seemingly powerless to punish the worst perpetrators. Real action has to be taken so our youngsters can feel safe, whether they are in the classroom or out socialising. The vast majority of young Scots are well-mannered and a credit to their families. But a violent minority cannot be left to cause havoc and risk more lives being lost. Be a donor hero Giving blood is one of the easiest ways you can save someone else's life. It's a quick and painless process that the vast majority of adults could easily undertake a few times a year. Appointments can now be made online, making donating even easier. There are many Scots who give blood regularly but the service can't rely on a few people doing all the work. At least 10,000 new volunteers are needed to step up and help keep bloodstocks at their required levels. More than half of regular donors are now aged 45 and over. Put simply, younger Scots need to be encouraged to step up and help save lives. You never know when you or a loved one could require a blood transfusion. It's never too late to become a blood donor for the first time.
