Jasa Kita major shareholders sell 40% stake for RM68.9mil
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Jasa Kita noted that at present, Kintan Prima, Abd Azis Muhamad (the director and controlling shareholder of Kintan Prima) and persons acting in concert, namely Datuk Seri Islandar Mizal Mahmood and Datuk Dr Yasmin Mahmood, collectively hold 44 million Jasa Kita shares, representing 9.79% equity interest in Jasa Kita.
Upon completion of the proposed shares acquisition, the parties' stake will rise to 225.32 million shares or 50.12% equity stake and will be required to make a mandatory general offer at the same offer price of 38 sen a share.
The offer price is at a small premium over Jasa Kita's last traded share price of 36.5 sen.
Jasa Kita is involved in the trading and distribution of industrial tools, mechanical air tools and bathroom products.
In a separate filing with the exchange, Jas Kita noted its wholly owned unit, JKB Development Sdn Bhd has entered into a conditional sales and purchase agreement with Logik Damai Sdn Bhd to dispose of four parcels of freehold industrial land held in Gombak, Selangor, for RM38mil cash
Jasa Kita added the land parcels, measured an aggregate 14,086 sqm. Jasa Kita expects to make a net gain of RM29.5mil from the land sale and plans to use RM19mil from the sale proceeds for working capital.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the offer was made after EC Synergy entered into two share purchase agreements (SPAs) with Datuk Seri Tan Han Chuan and Datin Tan Ching Ching, respectively, to acquire 32.93 million shares in EHB, representing 74.14% equity interest in the company worth RM75.75mil. 'The acquisitions were completed on Aug 20, in accordance with the terms of the SPAs via direct business transactions,' it said. Samuel Ng Heng Hong, being the sole shareholder as well as the sole director of EC Synergy, is obliged to extend an unconditional mandatory takeover offer to acquire all the remaining EHB shares not already owned. Eurospan receives unconditional mandatory takeover offer
KUALA LUMPUR: Eurospan Holdings Bhd (EHB) today received a notice of unconditional mandatory take-over offer from AmInvestment Bank Bhd on behalf of EC Synergy (M) Sdn Bhd to acquire all the remaining ordinary shares in the company for a cash consideration of RM2.30 per share. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the offer was made after EC Synergy today entered into two share purchase agreements (SPAs) with Datuk Seri Tan Han Chuan and Datin Tan Ching Ching, respectively, to acquire 32.93 million ordinary shares in EHB, representing 74.14 per cent equity interest in the company worth RM75.75 million. "The acquisitions were completed on Aug 20, 2025, in accordance with the terms of the SPAs via direct business transactions,' it said. It said that pursuant to the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007, Samuel Ng Heng Hong, being the sole shareholder as well as the sole director of EC Synergy, is obliged to extend an unconditional mandatory take-over offer to acquire all the remaining EHB shares not already owned. Prior to the acquisitions, EC Synergy and Samuel Ng did not hold any EHB shares, according to the filing. EHB is primarily involved in the manufacturing and export of home furniture and was established in 1972.
