Donald Trump's granddaughter Chloe, 10, could be the family's next golfing star following her sister Kai's success
Kai Trump may have competition when it comes to being the best golfer in the family - and it's not from her presidential golf-loving grandfather Donald Trump.
Kai, 18, who's committed to play collegiate golf at the University of Miami, wowed over the past year whenever she's hit the fairways with Donald and showed off her skills on the course.
On Wednesday, she revealed the next up-and-coming golfer of the family in a video on Instagram, where she showed her ten-year-old sister Chloe as she hit the range and fired a rocket of a shot with her driver - and finished with a cool club twirl.

Chloe's impressive swing came as no surprise given her golfing pedigree.
Her granddad Donald owned 18 courses across the globe, and he's also got a huge passion for the sport and frequently enjoyed a round at one of his clubs in Florida.
Meanwhile, older sister Kai's got a bright future in the sport ahead of her and she's soon to head to college to continue her rise in the golfing world.
She's currently a senior at The Benjamin School in North Palm Beach, Florida, but announced her commitment to The U last year.
Miami's got one of the top golf programs in the U.S., previously winning a national championship, and Kai's set to be the new star of the school.
Last year, the teenager joined the world of sporting influencers when she launched her own YouTube channel.
She also regularly posted golf content, as well as daily vlogs that gave fans an inside glimpse at her life.
Kai's the oldest of Donald Trump Jr's five children with ex-wife Vanessa, while Chloe's is the youngest.
Kai and Chloe's mom Vanessa's been dating pro golfer Tiger Woods since March.

Dakota Johnson reveals savage revenge on friend's ex amid her own split from Chris Martin
Dakota Johnson revealed the savage revenge she took on the man who had 'broken her friend's heart.' The Fifty Shades Of Grey actress, 35 - whose shock split from Chris Martin was confirmed this week - opened up about her loyalty to her pal while taking a lie detector test for Vanity Fair. At one point, the topic was brought up when the star was asked, 'You once sent a man who broke your friend's heart a gallon of gorilla s**t. Can you confirm or deny that this happened?' Johnson paused to take a deep breath before sharing, 'I mean there's no way he would watch this. So, yes I did do that. It's been quite a while - it's been some years.' The beauty was then questioned how she was able to order and send such an item, with Dakota quickly answering, 'S** 'You can order any kind, any size,' she further explained before the person working the polygraph test said that the Hollywood star was telling the truth. Johnson appeared for the Vanity Fair clip to promote her upcoming romantic comedy Materialists - which also stars Chris Evans and Pedro Pascal. It also comes just days after it was revealed that both she and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin have officially gone their separate ways following eight years of dating. The former couple were first romantically linked back in 2017 and became engaged a few years later in 2020. The actress had also developed a close bond with his two children Apple, 21, and Moses, 19 - whom the singer shares with ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow. A source recently told 'Their relationship has been over for a long time, they just haven't been able to figure out to make it official. Dakota held a flame for them to be together because she loved him so much and loved his kids so much. 'Breakups aren't instant and they continued to breakup and makeup and sometimes things would work when they were away from each other, while they were working because absence makes the heart grow fonder. 'But then they'd get back together and little things just kept adding up to where they weren't right for each other anymore.' The insider added, 'Dakota is devastated that she isn't going to be around his kids as much anymore, but wants them to know that she is always there for them.' The source also stated that Johnson and Martin could possibly rekindle their romance in the future but explained that currently 'being separated will do wonders if they were to have any type of future together.' has reached out to representatives for Johnson and Martin for comment but did not immediately hear back. Not long after news of their breakup surfaced, the real reason behind the split also came to light. A separate insider told The Sun this week, 'Dakota wanted this relationship to work. She not only loves Chris, but his two kids, and that loss feels incredibly painful. The decision to end things was amicable, but Dakota is finding it hard. 'Over the past year, it became clear that their relationship had stalled and wasn't moving forwards.' The pair's busy careers and schedules made it difficult for the stars to settle down together. 'Settling down, as in Chris properly taking his foot off the pedal, isn't going to happen. And, ultimately, it was one of the many straws that broke the back of them,' the source continued. Along with becoming close to his children, Dakota also developed a friendship with Paltrow as well over the years. Gwyneth and Martin initially tied the knot back in 2003 but their divorced was officially finalized in 2016. Despite the split, both Paltrow and Johnson will still remain close and in each other's life, per People. An insider told the outlet that the Iron Man actress 'fully intends on maintaining that bond' with Dakota. The two actresses 'have grown close over the years and Gwyneth even considers Dakota family' and the pair also have 'genuine mutual respect' for each other. 'They both grew up in the spotlight, have been in the business for years, and really relate to each other's experiences.' Last year, rumors of a split between Dakota and Chris began to circulate but a source at the time told People that they were still 'happily together.' The insider added, 'Sure, they've had issues and taken breaks in the past, but things are great now.' Johnson has since been filtering through a busy schedule as she promotes her latest movie Materialists - which is set to release this month on June 13. The premise is: 'A young, ambitious New York City matchmaker finds herself torn between the perfect match and her imperfect ex,' per an IMDB synopsis. During a recent interview with Deadline, Dakota opened up about the romantic comedy and having the chance to work with both Pedro Pascal and Chris Evans. 'Chris and Pedro were wonderful. They're both pretty funny dudes. They both really make me laugh. I really make Chris laugh, which I like a lot. And Pedro and I were friends before, so just being able to hang out all day was really fun.' She added, 'Because when you're on set, you're just like, "Oh, I'm in movie prison and I can't do anything, and I can't see anybody and I live on set." So, it was just so fun to have a friend there. But they're both, I think, really wonderful in this movie.'

Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness SPLIT their $24M NYC penthouse amid ugly divorce
and Deborra-Lee Furness are splitting their ritzy $24M penthouse in New York City amid their ugly divorce. The Wolverine star, 56, and the Shame actress, 69, are in the process of divvying up their properties and assets after their split following what Furness called his 'betrayal.' And while they figure out what to do with the rest of their $387 million fortune, the exes have at least decided to split their $24 million Manhattan property down the middle. Earlier this week, on June 2, Jackman and Furness filed records with the city regarding their shares of their former love nest, as seen in documents obtained by This marks the first public sign of their asset division, which The Real Deal was the first to report on, and comes just two days after the actress formally filed for divorce. The three-bedroom and 3.5-bathroom penthouse, which the couple purchased together back in 2022 for $21.12 million, had not been listed for sale but underwent a property transfer. And according to the new deed seen by it has been confirmed that the pair have ultimately decided to split this property down the middle. The documentation of the property transfer shows the names of the exes' longtime legal advisor as well as their shell companies on either or both sides of the deed. The paperwork reveals that Lackawanna LLC, a limited liability company that the pair previously used to purchase the home, transferred the penthouse to Phoenix Rising I LLC for $11.7 million. Phoenix Rising has been linked to Furness and is perhaps a symbolic name for reemerging from the ashes post-divorce. The sale price of the property had been registered at $23.6 million, so Furness seemingly had the property transferred to her via the shell company for just under half of that sum. The deed also shows that the transaction was made between 'relatives or former relatives.' The paperwork also shows that the Phoenix Rising I LLC shares a Beverly Hills address with the pair's longtime legal advisors — as the law firm Grant Tani Barash & Altman Inc. appeared on both sides of the deal. The luxurious property in question is a three-bedroom and 3.5 bathroom home that Jackman and Furness bought from a legendary architect and once used to live bicoastal between their many properties. Their multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio includes properties spanning across three continents. They own several luxury properties across the United States — including a second one in New York City, a triplex unit in the West Village — as well as England and Australia. Their aforementioned, not-so-humble Manhattan abode was designed by Jean Nouvel — a Pritzker Prize winner and the renowned architect behind the Louvre Abu Dhabi. The penthouse features a private elevator entrance, a stunning views of the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline as well as 14-foot-high floor-to-ceiling windows in the property spanning just over 4,675 square feet. The now-exes once enjoyed the rooftop terrace with an outdoor kitchen as well as a library room that could be converted into a fourth living space. Jackman and Furness's plans for their other New York City property has not yet been revealed. They purchased that Perry Street triplex unit in 2010 and put it up for sale for $38.9 million in 2022. After about two years, however, they appear to have taken the 11,000-square-foot property off the market after a number of price cuts failed to land a buyer. The property remains in the hands of their shell company Lackawanna LLC. Jackman and Furness, who have been married since 1996, announced their separation back in 2023 after 27 years of marriage. There are 14-foot-high floor-to-ceiling windows in the property spanning just over 4,675 square feet At the time, they cited a desire to pursue 'individual growth.' Though the pair have not publicly revealed the reasons behind their separation, rumors have run rampant as fans speculate Jackman growing close to his fellow Broadway co-star Sutton Foster in The Music Man play was a factor in their split. Last month, Furness alluded to Jackman's alleged affair with his now-girlfriend as she broke her silence about his 'betrayal' since legally filing for divorce. 'My heart and compassion goes out to everyone who has traversed the traumatic journey of betrayal,' she wrote in a statement shared exclusively with 'It's a profound wound that cuts deep, however I believe in a higher power and that God/the universe, whatever you relate to as your guidance, is always working FOR us.' She continued: 'This belief has helped me navigate the breakdown of an almost three-decade marriage. Last month, Furness alluded to Jackman's alleged affair with his now-girlfriend as she broke her silence about his 'betrayal' since legally filing for divorce; pictured November 1999 in Sydney 'I have gained much knowledge and wisdom through this experience. Even when we are presented with apparent adversity, it is leading us to our greatest good, our true purpose,' she wrote. 'It can hurt, but in the long run, returning to yourself and living within your own integrity, values and boundaries is liberation and freedom.' She concluded her statement with the 'one thing' that she has learned, which is 'that none of this is personal.' She added: 'We are all on our individual journeys and I believe that the relationships in our lives are not random. We are drawn to people, we invite them in, in order to learn our lessons and to recognize and heal the broken parts of ourselves...I remain grateful.'
