The Digital Experience Index, launched in 2022, assesses the maturity of government digital platforms and services. Its completion rate rose from 77.26 per cent at inception to 85.04 per cent in 2024, reinforcing Saudi Arabia's position as a provider of user-focused digital services.
The Emerging Technologies Index, rolled out in 2023, tracks readiness for adopting cutting-edge technologies. The indicator rose from 60.35 per cent in 2023 to 70.70 per cent in 2024, reflecting a growing commitment among agencies to move beyond basic digitisation and embrace more advanced innovations.
Introduced in 2024, the Digital Content Index evaluates the quality and reach of digital content on government websites. It recorded a 71.40 per cent completion rate, underlining the importance of ensuring that digital presence encompasses not just service delivery, but meaningful and effective user engagement.
These performance indicators provide a framework for measuring the impact of digital transformation across Saudi Arabia's government entities. They aim to encourage healthy competition, elevate service quality, and broaden digital initiatives. Ultimately, the Kingdom aspires to position itself among the top five global digital governments, with a continued focus on improving beneficiary satisfaction.

Earnings per share (EPS) amounted to SAR 1.61 as of 30 June 2025, up from SAR 1.42 in H1-24, according to the initial financial results. The clients' deposits witnessed a 14.78% year-on-year (YoY) rise to SAR 316.81 billion in the first six months (6M) of 2025, compared to SAR 276 billion. The assets increased by 21.18% to SAR 490.81 billion in H1-25 from SAR 405.02 billion in H1-24, while the investments jumped by 18.96% to SAR 72.65 billion from SAR 61.07 billion. Financials for Q2 In the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, the net profits reached SAR 2.59 billion, higher by 11.07% YoY than SAR 2.33 billion. Quarterly, the Q2-25 net profits climbed by 4.44% from SAR 2.48 billion in January-March 2025. Dividends Proposal The board members greenlighted cash dividends after Zakat amounting to SAR 2.54 billion, equivalent to 8.50% of its share capital, for H1-25. Riyad Bank will distribute SAR 0.85 per share for 2.99 billion eligible shares, according to a bourse statement. Egypt: CIB completes fifth securitisation issuance for B.TECH worth EGP $17.43mln

Egypt - Commercial International Bank (CIB) – Egypt, the country's largest private-sector bank, has successfully completed the fifth issuance under securitisation programme, with a total value of EGP 859.4m. CIB acted as the exclusive financial advisor, lead arranger, issuance manager, promoter, and coverage underwriter for the transaction. The issuance was divided into two tranches: the first with a maturity of nine months and the second with a maturity of eleven months. Both tranches received a 'P1' credit rating from Middle East Rating & Investors Service (MERIS), supported by the strength of the underlying receivables portfolio, along with comprehensive guarantees and credit enhancements provided to bondholders. This transaction forms part of a two-year securitisation programme with a total value of EGP 5bn. It attracted significant investor interest, reflecting robust market confidence in the issuer, and the execution team. Amr El-Ganainy, Deputy CEO and Managing Director of CIB, commented: 'CIB is proud to lead this successful transaction, which contributes to supporting and expanding the consumer finance sector in Egypt.
