Happy customers are lauding this alternative to the well-known Dryrobe Changing Robe, with positive five-star reviews aplenty.
A particularly pleased buyer noted: "Great length, warmth nice and snug and waterproof. Great pocket sizes, nice and deep. Hope the zips dont stop working like my last one I was given. It has a hood too and great value for money!"
One satisfied customer exclaimed: "I love this! It's like being wrapped in a duvet, it keeps me warm. I've not tried it in heavy rain yet but from the materials, I can tell it's waterproof. I'm a size 16, 5ft4 and I chose the s/m size. I'm glad I did because it's very large for it's size. I would even go as far as saying that size 18-20 could easily fit into the s/m."
Customers are raving about this find, with another enthusing: "For me, the size and length are perfect. The quality as stated by reviewers is excellent. Love the colour, and the logo. The weight is like a feather, making it a true unisex dry robe - unlike a top brand which is heavy, bulky, and talk about overpriced. At £41.99, I can buy 4 of these, with hardly any difference in standards to one top brand. Oh, I nearly forgot to say how stylish it is."

Garden parasol with solar LED lights that customers 'absolutely love' now down to £55
Garden parasol with solar LED lights that customers 'absolutely love' now down to £55 There's a 15% reduction on the grey parasol for a limited time via Amazon When dusk descends the parasol creates a soft glow from its solar powered LED lights (Image: SONGMICS / Amazon ) As temperatures are predicted to rise and the sun begins to chase the rain clouds away, many might start contemplating how to comfortably find shade whilst still relishing the outdoors and arguably a parasol is the most stylish and functional way to this. But as the sun sinks below the horizon there's one design of parasol that can add an extra layer to the alfresco dining or relaxing on a lounger - look out for ones that come with integrated lights too. Amazon's choice is the SONGMICS three metre parasol with 32 LED solar lighting in grey which is now reduced by 15% from £64.99 to £55.24 for a limited time, and many reviewers are keen to express their delight, with one saying: "Parasol looks amazing. Great quality lights are not bright but creates a little atmosphere. . Really pleased with price and free delivery." READ MORE: Debenhams gazebo that'll get you heatwave ready has 32% off ALSO: 'Sumptuous' summer bedding from TV interior designer now 20% off The parasol can be angled to block out the sun's rays (Image: SONGMICS / Amazon ) This parasol umbrella features 32 LED lights powered by sunlight, creating a romantic ambience in the evening when the switch on the pole is turned on. The manufacturer states that the polyester canopy has UPF 50+ protection which blocks over 98% of UV rays and it is also water-repellent to protect you from the drizzle, which is bound to appear at some point. Easily tilt the canopy by pressing the button on the joint and the zinc alloy joint is stronger and safer than common aluminium alloy ones, with one buyer commenting: "Lovely quality and love the lights underneath. Looks great at night. The crank handle makes it very easy to open the parasol. The on/off switch is very handy too." Perfect for balconies too (Image: SONGMICS / Amazon ) However, one customer is not agreeing with the manufacturer's comment or this buyer, saying: "In light wind the mechanism has snapped inside the section where you can set it to straight or angled. Now it's absolutely knackered. There's nothing I can do but lock it at a stupid angle." Article continues below Another buyer is pleased with the size of the canopy, which the manufacturer states is three metres and can provide cover for up to six people, saying: "This is a lovely umbrella. It is big enough to actually provide proper shade and it is easy to put up and down with the winding handle. Plus it has a little switch to turn tiny lights on and off." Alternatives to the SONGMICS 3m parasol with LED solar lighting are the 24 Solar LED Lights Parasol in dark grey currently down in price to £61.19 from The Range and the 3m LED Lighted Large Garden Patio Cantilever Parasol in light grey costing £99 from B&Q.

Amazon's 'light as a cloud' sandals that are 'better than Birkenstocks' for under £22
Comfy footwear is 'in' for summer 2025 and these sliders will do just the job. Finding the right sandals for summer can be difficult. While it's important that they be comfortable, we also want them to be a little bit trendy. For the shoppers still on the hunt for a pair that can be considered fashionable, then the hunt is over, as these KuaiLu Womens Slides on Amazon are currently the subject of glowing reviews from thousands of shoppers. Currently retailing at as low as £21.84, down from £26.99, they pose a budget-friendly alternative to some other major brands that also provide orthotic designs for those who struggle with pain related foot issues. Offering a "lightweight" and "soft" design, these sliders are easy to wear for long periods at a time. With their double adjustable straps, they are said to hug every foot type and offer a perfect fit for everyone. The main reason shoppers love them is because of the ergonomic design that offers an orthotic footbed and arch support to provide a "supportive" fit. Meanwhile, there is also a deep heel cup that provides extra support when standing and walking. As of writing, Amazon stocks these sliders in sizes three to nine, with half-sizes included, in 15 different colours that include beige, tan, black, fuchsia and dark blue. For those who do suffer from any issues such as plantar fasciitis, then Skechers remains a go-to brand, and we have spotted the brand's On The Go Vacay Womens Flip Flops for just £27.99 over at Sports Direct. Shoppers can also get a little bit of extra cushioning and support with these Vionic Unisex Rejuvenate Recovery Arch Support Sandals that offer a chunkier design for £85 at Next. Meanwhile, shoppers looking to make a bit of a saving, then Amazon's KuaiLu Sliders offers a budget-friendly pair that have earned a four star rating from those who say they "fit like a glove" and are also "better" than major brand Birkenstocks. One five-star review read: "These fit like a glove and are as light as a cloud! I have very sensitive feet and I am able to wear these all day with no pain in my feet or my back. Love how you can adjust the top strap to keep my feet snug in the sandal. I like them better than my Birkenstocks! Highly highly recommend!" Fashion deal of the week In need of new trainers, but don't want to pay Skechers prices. Then these STQ Women's Slip-On Trainers are said to be "much better" than the famed brand. Even better, they are currently priced from just £30.99 on Amazon. With their slip-on style design and ultra-breathable mesh material, these trainers are said to be a fuss-free option for anyone who spends long periods of time on their feet, alongside anyone who suffers from foot pain issues such as plantar fasciitis. The flexible knitted material features an elastic cuff, making them easy to pop on and take off, while the wide fit fabric has been designed to make it feel like you are wearing nothing on your feet. Crafted with over 1,000 ventilation holes, they ensure that feet don't get to sweaty during wear, while the memory foam insole provides good arch support, making it feel "like walking on air". Available to buy in sizes three through to eight, shoppers can select from eight colours including black, grey and pink. However, it's worth noting that the £30.99 price-tag is available on the black colourway. With the STQ Trainers posing the cheapest price-tag, shoppers might be happy to hear that they have earned a 4.4 rating based on over 5,000 Amazon reviews that suggest they are "light as a feather" and "really comfortable". One delighted shopper said: "Super lightweight, comfortable and a fab colour pink. Much better all round than the Skechers I bought at four times the price! Your feet will love these." A similar review read: "I was getting tired of my Birkenstocks wanted a pair of cute summer sandals, that were supportive and affordable. These are perfect! Comfortable slip ons that are like an elevated slide which arch support and style!" Someone else praising the sliders wrote: "Cute and the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn. They stay on my feet and I'm never worries that they will slip off. I also have had feet pain and they help ease any pain after a long day on my feet." Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! A few shoppers have found the design to be a little on the narrower side, which might be worth taking into consideration if you usually purchase a wide-fit. One review with this issue read: "Very light material with foam bottom. I have wide feet and these were extremely narrow. Did not work for me but if you have average or narrow feet these would be ok. Little pricey for the type of quality and material in my opinion." While someone else happy with their purchase added: "These are great sliders a must for the holidays if u don't like the normal toe post sliders . These are like slippers on." 'I'm a gardening dad, here's what I'd like for Father's Day 2025'
With Father's Day fast approaching, now is the ideal time to start hunting for gifts Father's Day is just around the corner and, if you're like me, you'll no doubt be scratching around at the last minute for inspiration on what to buy your dad. For some reason, they're notoriously difficult to buy for. Those who like gardening, a gift themed around that topic can often be a solid bet, especially with the weather set to perk up. With just days to go, I've picked out four gifts that I'd personally be delighted with as someone who enjoys taking care of their outdoor space. They range in both price and theme, from BBQs to Crocs, these are some of the gifts I'd love. Drum BBQ Few things match the smell of a smoking BBQ on a sunny day. I had my first BBQ of the year recently and it was just as amazing as I remembered. That was just on a disposable BBQ though, and I'd love to upgrade my setup. This Argos Home Drum Charcoal BBQ is pretty affordable at £50 and comes with more than 9,000 customer reviews, with the vast majority very happy with the purchase. One said: "Brilliant for the money. Straightforward and easy to step up too which is a bonus." Another continued: "It's a durable BBQ with perfect size for family. The grill is made of black metal that's easy to wash! I love it!" Though one of the few lower scores did note: "I bought this late summer. By October it had rust marks all over it. The cover is great for being in a shed, but not outdoors." Lawn Spike Aerator Like lots of dads, I'm obsessed with my grass. Between a dog and a child, mine takes a bit of a beating, so keeping it in top shape is a constant task. It might sound boring, but fear not, we love it. One of the tools that helps with this is a Lawn Spike Aerator, which can be picked up from the likes of Amazon for £27.99. The boring reason for the tool is that grass roots need air, water and nutrients to grow thick, deep and strong. Naturally, soil often gets compacted and stifles the flow of the essentials that support thicker, healthier turf growth. That product has averaged 4.5 stars out of 5 to date, with one reviewer saying: "Perfect! All arrived without damage, extra bolts and some cute Bee garden gloves. As a first time home owner with a garden needing some TLC but a tight budget this is definitely worth the money!" However, one did note it's "perfect for a small front lawn but tiresome for a big lawn". Kink-free hosepipe My hosepipe is forever getting tangles and kinks and it's unbelievably frustrating. The design is simply awful, so I'd love one that doesn't have that problem. Enter the Flopro that claims to be "frustration free" thanks to a knitted design that stops those annoying kinks when you're trying to water the plants. Shoppers who've taken the plunge have said: "Nice hose at reasonable price. Fast delivery." Another went on: "Good quality hose, feels very durable and so far no kinking. I would purchase again but probably won't need to." However, one buyer did only give it a one-star rating, though didn't elaborate on what the issue was. It's priced at £39.99 on Amazon and is compatible with all brands of hose lock hose connectors. Crocs Last but not least, you can't go wrong with a pair of Crocs. I absolutely love mine, especially when it comes to gardening. They're just so easy to slip on and off when you're going in and out of the house, so you aren't dragging mud in. The classic clogs (my personal favourite design) range in price from £37.49 to £49.99, depending on the colour desired.
